Just had our solar panels installed less than a month ago so I cannot rate on the quality and efficiency of the solar panels, yet. As for Fidelity's service, we had a pleasant experience working with solar sales agent, Andrew Smith. He was very thorough, patient, and honest, always return our texts; and no pressure or pushy. Overall, our experience working with Andrew and his colleagues-Dori at office and field installation agents-was very pleasant. 5-star for their service.
