Sales rep Shawn Davenport did a great job putting together a solar system for our house. Our house is particularly energy INefficient, so he put together a large 10 kW system to offset our electric usage by 80%. It took about two months for the system to get installed - the longest delay was waiting for the electric company to inspect the system. Once the system was on, it has been working great. Our bill this August compared to last August has been reduced by $100 even though more people live in our house now. I expect that our electric bill will be reduced to zero for some months of the year. We haven't had issues with the system, so I haven't spoken to customer service very often.
