Just save yourself money aggrivation and dont deal with any company that has his name on it. I do not trust any solar companies/sales people any more. Mt ex worked for him, we put 30k in solar on my house, currently does not work and that company is long gone. He just keeps opening new companies and defrauding people and closing his compaies just to start all over. DONT DO IT

This company lies and does never repair or come check your panels. Panels worked fairly well the first 2 years, then all of a sudden in the hottest month of the year they just quit. Believe it or not, it took me a month to realize they weren't working. Trying to get in touch with them is impossible.

Your solar advisor, customer service staff, and the entire installation team were knowledgeable, prepared, and always professional throughout the process. I feel good about choosing Evirosolar and highly recommend them. For me, finding the right company was a little confusing until I met with Envirosolar. They are honest, upfront, and have a fantastic team! I also like that they are a local company you can trust to install your solar system. I could have not asked for an easier experience. It was a true turn-key operation!

Panels worked fairly well for three years, then all of a sudden in the hottest month of the year they just quit. Believe it or not, it took me a month to realize they weren't working. Trying to get in touch with them is impossible and I just saw a note on the BBB site or somewhere that they're out of business. So much for the 20 year warranty and now I'm on my own to find someone to repair whatever is wrong.

Big team of installers came out with the crew foreman. It was a 2 day install because of the system size. Everyone was very detailed, nice folks, and professional.

It needs a part and no one is willing to look at it.

I am thrilled with the lever of customer service we've received from Envirosolar thus far. They've been easy to reach and super helpful every step of the way, from answering our questions pre-sale, to installation, to helping us with setting up the energy tracking apps. I rarely write reviews, but I really had to write one here after our wonderful experience with Envirosolar's team. They are simply one of the best companies we have worked with - not only did they meet my expectations but also lived up to their commitment. Their team members were extremely courteous and professional during the installation process, and after customer service is amazing even after the job was done as they always were there to answer my questions whenever I called with one. Just a great company all around!

Glad I was introduced to solar by an Envirosolar sales representative. He’s one hardworking guy and I was convinced by his earnestness and sincerity. Their system worked just as he said he would so no complaints at all.

I’m super happy going solar with Envirosolar, because we did not only cut down on electricity costs, we also got a state incentive and tax credit. Good thing that their representative patiently talked us into this. The system is working perfectly. At first, I thought it was an unnecessary home investment but I was proven wrong. Very trustworthy people.

We wanted to get out system up in time to still save us some money during the grueling months of summer and Envirosolar met our deadline - got it fully installed just in mid-July 2019. Since then we've just had one minor problem, which the company was quick to resolve. We got their entire package offering (security + smart home + solar) and couldn't be happier with our newly upgraded home especially during these times of pandemic when we're spending so much time at home!

Well, it took my wife and I several years to make the move to solar. We'd always been interested in it for both the environment and our pocket books. But it's been so expensive. While we waited for prices to come down and local government subsidies to improve, we researched 4 different companies. Envirosolar was the only one who actually allowed us to speak with one of their customers in our area, so we contacted them (with permission) and we were able to see the installation they got firsthand. This gave us the assurance we needed. So we contracted them to do our job and we were duly impressed with the installation and service we received. If you're looking to make the switch to solar, I recommend Envirosolar. They do exactly what they say with no runaround.

I rec'd a postcard from them shortly after moving to Florida (June 2019). Install was in Sept 2019. We moved to Florida, the sunshine state, thought it might be a good idea to do solar panels to help the environment and eliminate our electric bill. We were promised that this would completely eliminate our electricity bill, it hasn't at all, so now we pay our $200 electric bill each month AND our solar panel installment loan payment of $202.75 each month (not even touching the loan at this rate) AND we were promised excellent service afterwards - ha, non existent, I have called several times, either on hold forever, or lied to, or hung up on, and no one ever gets back to us. OH, and we were also promised a 30% tax credit, also didn't happen - you can only get a credit, IF you owe at the end of the year! LIES, LIES, and more lies, well, we will see... I might just be finding others like myself that have been taken, calling the news station in Tampa, and get this company ran out of FLORIDA at least, and maybe consider a CLASS action LAWSUIT! This is not the way legitimate business is done. Don't use them, I would say, don't do solar at all. We wanted to think it over for 24 hours, and we were pressured in to signing up same day for some extra bogus bonus. Our sales people, were here from 7 pm to after midnight - we were exhausted, and the over the phone contract thing- I couldn't even hear the person clearly on the other end, kept sending me emails to docusign, without me being able to read the whole thing. I have it ALL documented and I don't plan on giving up! Do NOT let these people in your house!

According to our sales person (who quit the company right after our sale) it appeared to have the best support after the sale - including free removal and re-installation on another home if we moved. Virtually NO Support at all after they have your money. o They do not answer their phone or return messages. No email to contact, any used during installation are blocked after the sale. This company has the potential to be great, but totally lacking Customer Service or follow up. I would never buy from them again or recommend to anyone considering solar for their home. Envirosolar is a scam to get your money and run. NO SERVICE, NO RESPONSE to problems or requests for a PAID in FULL receipt needed for our taxes. They don't deserve even one star after the sale is completed. We have no receipt, no working monitoring system and no way to contact this company, because they simply do not answer or respond to our repeated messages. What kind of an operation is Abe Issa runnig? All we want is for our system to be functional and a receipt for our tax records. You would think we could get at least that for $33,800.00.

They say there products will replace your energy bill. It didn’t even come close.

We signed with Enviorsolar in May 2017. In August 2019 1/2 of the system went down due to an inverter failure. The company sent someone to evaluate the system and what needed to be done. They also promised to pay the difference in electrical usage for all the time the unit was out of service. I continued to speak to them and finally in March 2020, we received 2 new inverters. I continued to try and get them to come install but they continued to put us off. I finally had the installation done at my own expense just to get the system back operational. Then on 6/20/20, when I asked about the reimbursement and antennas that had been missing from the inverters, I was told that they were out of business.

This company is a scam. My solar system was installed in October 2017, but was not turned on until April 2018. My city inspector had approved it in December 2017. I had to call them to find out, then call Envirosolar multiple times to try to get them to turn the system on and finally just demand instructions to be able to turn it on ourselves. So 6 months where my solar panels were just very expensive roof decorations. My system stopped working in October 2019. I called Envirosolar in November 2019 to put in a service ticket and was told the service team would call me to get it scheduled. I then called multiple times a month for the next 6 months trying to get this fixed. Constantly being told that the service team would call me. When I demanded the phone number for the service person in February 2020, I called them and found out that he was just a contractor with them and they had not authorized him to do service calls in our area, so the supposed call was never coming. I called Envirosolar back and they were supposedly going to work on it and got it fixed. Several more phone calls being told that the service team would call me. The pandemic hit, so they weren't doing service calls. When restrictions were lifted, I was told again that I just needed to be patient, that they were working down their list. I called yesterday, 6/9/2020 and they told me that they are now out of business and I should speak to my loan provider. Loan provider says they aren't a solar company, just a loan company so can't help fix solar panels. Almost another 7 months of useless solar panels. That is 13 months out of the 32 months where the solar panels have been nothing but an expense. I contacted our sales person who is now with another company. He sent someone out same day as a favor to look at the system and let us know what is wrong. The inverter is bad, a piece covered by warranty. They sent me the info to request a new inverter from SolarEdge, the manufacturer. I try to do that and SolarEdge tells me that they used the warranty on my part and sent a new inverter to Envirosolar on 10/22/19, so the part I have does not have warranty anymore. Envirosolar had the part to fix my system and knew what was wrong with it all along! Before I even contacted them! They have done nothing to replace it or even provide me with the part so I can get it fixed myself. They are a complete and total rip off. There should be a way to provide negative stars.

i chose them cause they had a very good and convincing salesman little did i know i was signing for stress but not solar. it has been now over an year and almost 5 months since i signed but guys i only have decorative roof which was not what i signed for. they were very fast to start the withdrawals even before i received the panels .After making several calls without reaching someone i finally decided to look for their salesman who gave me a number to call only their coustomer service person to hang the phone on me.after some struggle they come put the panels on the roof and from september last year ive never had from them again i keep calling and only being tossed from one person to another and lastly no answers . i called DCU and they toss me to Mosaic than Mosaic toss me to Envirosolar and no answer so my friends think twice before you sign those papers those guys knocking on your door promising you everything you mighty end up joining my club

Sales presentation sounded great. We would be saving money and helping the planet by going solar. We are seniors and saving sounded great. So we signed up and it's been down hill ever since. Some panels were not working so requested service. We were told they were so busy it would be weeks before someone could come. Never heard back. Tried to e-mail the rep I had originally corresponded with - mail returned undeliverable. Never heard from them again. Recently had a hail storm and may need a new roof. This would mean removing the panels and reinstalling them. Have called them 2 x now with no response. Contemplating my next step. Stay away.

This company is just ripping people off, they lie, they tell you what you want to hear but there are no actions that back it up. You can only get in touch with them about one out of ten tries, I am going to see what I can do legally. I am wondering if anyone else has tried legal action against them? I would love to hear about that. I have been trying to get this made right for going on 8 months, a couple of the people I talked to no longer work there, (wonder why) If there are any suggestion please contact me I am very frustrated. It’s been a year since they started and still not working total scam

I purchased solar panel from this company and have not saved 1dollar I call them no answer I’m tired of leaving messages and no response no call back they are a bunch of thieves liar and scam artist

On 10/10/2017 I entered into an agreement with EnviroSolar to install solar on my property. Approximately 10/21/2017 for $21,240. According to the agreement, EnviroSolar was to send an QA to inspect the installation, hand me my warranty documentation: this never happened. I also asked for a detail inventory of what was to be installed. This also has not happened. After reporting several issues with the system, such as shutdown for as long as 24 hours or a minimum of 8 hours, EnviroSolar installed SENSE monitoring at my location in July of 2018. Again I asked if this was included in the package that I purchase and again I asked for a detail inventory. In 2018 I filed a complaint with the Texas State Attorney General and with the BBB. On August 2018 EnviroSolar said the would bring the installation up to standards if I withdraw my complaints. I cancelled the complaints. Part of that agreement was to reimburse for tax lost, LED bulbs, add 3 panels and inspect the system and correct the installation discrepancies. I receive a check and a box of LED light bulbs. In June of 2019 I refilled my complaint with the Texas State Attorney General. On July 11,2019 I received a communication from EnviroSolar Operations Manager with the following offer. 1) Install 5 more panels to ensure system is providing at least a 50% savings. 2) Secure the wires underneath the panels that are hanging and touching the roof. 3) Secure the Cables in the attic that are currently hanging on the Duct work. 4) Complete a Savings analysis and provide a savings reimbursement based off the bills you provide. 5) Provide you with the Warranty info for your Panels. If I did this. 1) Provide me with Pictures of the cables in the Attic so we can identify how to secure. 2) Provide me with your previous 12 months bills so we can perform a Savings Analysis and determine the amount of the Savings Reimbursement. 3) Removal of the BBB Complaint. I did as requested. I sent 12 months of bills and received a check of just over $200.00. EnviroSolar hired Titan Solar to evaluate the system and remove the panels from my roof. The Titan Solar team from Austin came in November of 2019 and made the recommendation to move the installation to a ground solution. The Titan Solar representative called the EnviroSolar Operations Manager and there was an agreement to proceed. Since then I have not heard from Titan Solar or EnviroSolar. The Titan Solar agents did not remove the panels from my roof or correct any installation deficiencies. Their explanation was at least I was receiving some power from the panels. I have made attempts to contact both Titan Solar and EviroSolar with no reply or acknowledgement. In the past I have filed two complaints with the Texas Attorney General and both times I received a promise to fix the systems with EnviroSolar has not keeping their word. At this stage my first choice is the complete removal of the system, repair of my roof and the re-imburse

I purchase solar panels from EnviroSolar based on their 100% zero electric energy cost model. My solar system is working but not producing the promised amount of solar energy. I was told they will reimburse me for my 2019 electric bills. They have not done so and will not respond to my attempts to obtain status updates.

This company is nothing but a scam did not give us any information he should have except what it took to sell his solar system

The 1 star definitely goes to the very thorough salesperson, who said all the right things to get our contract and who has been the most responsive by texting. Installation was completed (so I thought) during the summer and my payments for panels started drafting with no problem. I switched to Green mountain energy as suggested for best savings and that is where my issues began. I've paid 6 bills averaging $200 with solar credits between $42-$72. I've been fighting with Green mountain who keeps claiming that EnviroSolar needs to check their equipment. Envirosolar's customer service has got to be the absolute worst to non existent. When I did speak with a rep, she mentioned I should have some apps downloaded to monitor my usage and production. Well I did have "solar edge" but not the "sense" app. Rep tried helping me configure the "sense" app which didn't want to work. Finding was that the "sense" device was never installed and a tech would reach out to schedule install. Two weeks passed still no call and no answer at customer service AND no calls back after leaving voicemails. Envirosolar's resolution was the "sense" device was that it was not available anymore and they issued us a $300 credit. They also said that everything is working properly without even coming to double check set up. With the amount of money spent on these panels I STRONGLY believe that they should monitor the transition with the electrical providers and customers to ensure the savings are received. I live in a new energy efficient home and my usage billing is showing in kilowatts which is way less than the panel production which shows to be in the mega kilowatts per hour. I am NOT receiving the credits that I should be receiving and am super exhausted with dealing with this.

In my opinion, this company is nothing but thieves. We have had nothing but problems. Our system has worked maybe 6 months of the two years since it was installed. NO ONE returns your calls. NOT one promise has been fulfilled. We are in the process of hiring an attorney. DO NOT USE this company. They install crap and take your money.

This company does not even deserve the 1 star I gave them. They took 6 months to install, then it wasn't right. Nearly everyone we were communicating with has either quit or been fired. No one returns a phone call. I am going to block the automatic payments. I refuse to pay for something that doesn't work. That's the only way to get someone's attention. I've already did it once. We signed paperwork in March, they didn't get panels installed til August. System still doesn't work. Don't even let the salespeople in your door. Don't waste your time & money.

Happy to get off the grid and put some money back in my pockets!

After shopping around a bunch I financially decided to go with Enviro. they were cost effective but seemed to be a decent sized company

From day one i have had great interactions with everyone involved, along with a very informative staff. I got called recently just to see how installation was, I'm Impressed and excited to start seeing savings.

Happy to have a company that understands the environmental impact it takes to make a difference. making the whole grid solar will stop green house gases & change how we create energy for our future generations.

From the sales staff to installation, everything was well explained and made easy to understand. It takes time to get through each step and help was never far away. All my questions were answered quickly and I felt like a valued customer.

It's important to be a part of taking care of the planet. We had two solar panel companies give a presentation. Envirosolar's representative was very knowledgable and personable and that is the reason we choose Envirosolar. The representative talked more about the benefit of having solar panels than anything else. We were sold.

Their salesperson did a great job selling the solar system but everything after that has been crap! I was supposed to have an operating system on April 1, 2019, and it was not until August 15th that the system was turned on. The sales guy that sold me the system left a couple months after the sale and getting a response from anyone in the company is worse that try to pull teeth. Now I am trying to sign up for SRECS but I don't have all the required information for the application and nobody from ENVIROSOLAR responds and to top it off I am finding out from PJM-EIS that the installer should have completed the application.

Recently live and generating power. I know Envirosolar is not the cheapest, but for our installation, they were a great choice. They did an enormous amount of tree trimming and electrical work. In the end a great install and we are extremely happy.

First of all I wanted to tell everyone about Aaron Novak and his exceptional customer support. He has been extremely knowledgeable and has answered every question I have asked of him. He's made the process go very smoothly with prompt replies and solutions. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from the very beginning with Aaron to the installation. All of the crews that came out were very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. Very happy so far and can't wait to go live!

This company is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ENVIROSOLAR! Their customer service is nonexistent. They fed my family lies. The promised rebate amount was wrong. The system does not produce the amount of energy quoted. They will not return phone calls or emails.

I had solar panels installed by EnviroSolar July 2017 and have had problems in getting a response from the company from day one, especially since the system kept breaking down. Well, it finally stopped working for good in October of 2018. Since then I have been paying installments on the system plus a regular electric bill. The company finally sent someone out in January of 2019 and he determined that I need a new inverter. According to EnviroSolar it is 'on order'. Bear in mind that I can go to Amazon and get an inverter to my house in 2 days and this is now almost the end of March 2019. I very rarely post bad reviews on any company but I feel people need to be warned about doing their due diligence (which I did not do) before making such a large purchase

Installed by Enviro Solar. Promised savings of about $200 a month based on panels installed with a payback of $209 a month for 20 years after giving my tax credit to them or the loan company to be correct. For a year now I have compared last years bill and found I am paying between $80 to $100 less on my electric portion of my utility bill. So I am out about $300 a month to save about $100 a month. I have had no satisfaction when I realized Golf balls might damage my panels and squirrels are living under the panels. So far they have not chewed the wiring that has caused a problem. WHAT A CRAPPY INVESTMENT!

I've had a smooth experience all the way through the install. Had the install process interrupted by the rain but they got me on the books again quickly! After i purchased the system they sent me a full 8 page overview of long term savings and warranty information. Tre helped me turn on my solar system and activate the SolarEdge app. There was a setting that needed to be changed in order for them to monitor my system from headquarters and Tre gave me step by step directions. Seconds later he could see my production live! And according to the energy montioring app they set up my system has been close to offsetting all my production every day even with this lousy weather.

We had our solar panels installed 9-5-18. It is now 1-25-19 and they still aren't working correct. We keep getting the run around that they are working with technician to get out and get it working properly but still hasn't happened. We were also promised to be paid our electric bill since November until they got it running correctly but haven't received a dime. It is quite embarrassing when family and coworkers ask how we are enjoying it and we have to tell them the truth.

This review is only for my interaction with Tre Walker on or about 1/14/19. I called concerning Solar Edge communication failure of inverter to monitoring application. Tre was personable and provided instructions that were easy to understand. He was patient as I worked to enter password perform connectivity test. Unfortunately the test was unsuccessful and as of 1/22/19 it has not been corrected.

I have contacted Ryan several times concerning our three family member solar panel accounts. We, three, got solar panels from Envirosolar. I was referred to Ryan because my cousin, Reynaldo R. Abrego's solar production was down. We noticed it because he went back to getting high electric bills. Diagnosis was made and Ryan made sure the a replacement inverter was ordered and installed. I take care of Mr. Abrego's is a Vietnam vet battling cancer. I bought of my sister's solar panels and was interested in her getting to monitor her solar energy production. Ryan came to the rescue and we got her set up. Ryan helped me get Mr. Abrego's and my solar panel monitoring functioning. The three of us, family members, are very happy with our solar panels and the quick service we receive from your company. We also would like to make you aware of courteous and patient manner that Ryan has responded to my communications. I would like to emphasize that the experience we have had with your company has been a positive one. I have been assured by Ryan that he is ready to help me if the need is there in the future. I trust Ryan that he will continue to do as excellent job as he has demonstrated so far. We feel our solar panels are worth it.

The only part of dealing with this company was the help that I received from Nikii Cauley. It took us 6 months to get the rebate check that I was promised at the time of signing the contract in 2016. Nikii was a wonderful breath of air during the whole process. Only after notifying the bank for help and contacting the Texas AG was I successful in getting the Oncor rebate. Nikii was with me the whole time in working with their finance department within this company. The installation could have been somewhat better with leveling of the panels across the roof. I am still glad that I had the solar panel system installed. Lowered my electric cost by 50%+. They did fail to tell at the time of activation that I needed to contact my electric supplier to change the plan to Solar Buy Back so I would receive the electric credit. After contacting TXU and changing the plan I started to get the credit. Lost several hundred dollars in the first year because I wasn't told how the electric credit was given. The company should have advised me of changing the plan during installation. The salesperson that I signed with wasn't with the company very long and couldn't get the help I needed when asking questions. Again I want to thank Nikii for the help and the time she took with the phone calls and emails in successfully getting the rebate I was owed.

Called customer service about my solar panel not working spoke with Reo and he was super helpful and told me he would call me back within 24 hr to help me with my problem called me back within 2 hours and this time I spoke with Trey and he was super helpful and dissolved my problem.

Niki was the most intelligent, thoughtful, helpful, friendly, professional and caring person with whom I dealt him with. She actually made this entire process enjoyable. She always returned my calls and never left me feeling that Envirosolar has got my money and they don't need to care anymore. This is so not the case, they continue to make sure you are happy and that if you should have a problem, they would handle it.
