My husband and I had some issues with our 1st Solar panel provider so we switched to Enviro-solar. At first we were so confused and had some issues come up between the old provider and the new provider. Promises and who did what and contract issues. ANY WAY...... we went round and round because the people we were working with either quit or got fired. SO we were left with out any contacts.... My husband was talking to people and I was talking to people but now one seemed to know who to get to help us. FINALLY, Deja S. put 2 and 2 together and got a hold of me and she was a HUGE help. The story was told again and she took care of business. She was kind, understanding, professional, and patient. If we would have been dealing with her back in August we wouldn't have had the problems that arose. She is a great asset to Enviro-solar and she has excellent knowledge when it comes to customer service.... read more
