Overall a pleasant experience. They stepped me through the process to get NC rebate from Duke, Definitely appreciate the assistance. For the most part, the system has been performing as described. We had a few 'higher than expected' utility bills.
Response from Yes Solar Solutions
Thank you for your review. If the first few months were winter months, you would be seeing lower than the average estimated for each month. Once we get some warm spring and summer it will average out. Don't forget we have a production guarantee after the first 12 months if you do not see expected generation!

Everything was up front with the cost and quote.
Couldn’t give them a 5 star because of the installation process delays and the overall lack of communications. After voicing my concerns they have been pretty good with communications.
Response from Yes Solar Solutions
I apologize for the installation delays, which are the hardest thing for companies to control due to weather, utility interconnection process, inspections, etc., and especially for not meeting your expectations in communication. That is not our usual performance and not the usual customer experience. I appreciate the feedback and we will stay in touch! Hopefully, the years of clean reliable energy ahead with no rate increases will make it worth it.
