Overal a terrible experience
They said the system that they install will power the whole house and we will produce extra in summer to use for the winter month but we already have a 115$ power bill in summer, which is peak production time. While they shouldn`t have advised us to put a solar system in without a battery, because our power company charges 5.27$ KW on peak demand charge between 1 and 8pm and only credits back 0.02 cents. On top of that we had to wait several month to get our check for the financed propane tank install, that we ended up having to pay on install date out of pocket. We even had to call the loan company to put pressure on to receive the payment. Now we are still waiting on the promised energy efficient pool pump to be installed, while we are paying extra power for that every month. Everything was like pulling teeth. After consulting with other Solar companies and them showing us charged amounts on similar sized systems, we also realized that we were way over charged and are now paying an electric bill AND a loan.

Voltage Solar Power was super knowledgable, fast, and experienced. They were able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Their install team was polite and professional. The install looks amazing on my home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting solar. I am excited to see my savings every month. Thanks VSP!
