I asked for a consultation and they provided a long list of benefits and ways that this will aid. After agreeing for their work they ended up coming down and providing me the best ways to figure everything out. Installation had some hiccups, yet they remedied them asap. They have been a great asset and have run by me all the monitoring they will be providing as well. Cannot recommend them enough.

My entire solar installation process, from the first exploratory call to the final "go-live" day, was fantastic. The key difference was the incredible support I received, which made a complex project feel simple and stress-free. A huge part of this was my point of contact, Joey. Pre-Installation Support: From our very first conversation, I knew this was the right company. Joey was with me for the entire journey. In the planning stage, I never felt rushed or pushed to purchase anything. It felt less like a sales pitch and more like an educational session. I had a lot of questions, and Joey patiently answered every single one. What I appreciated most was his honesty—if he didn't know an answer off the top of his head, he didn't make one up. He'd say "That's a great question, let me find the exact answer for you," and he always followed up. This built a huge amount of trust. The Installation Process: Because of the strong foundation Joey built, I felt completely supported during the actual installation. He was my consistent point of contact, so I never felt passed around between departments. We actually had a moment that could have been a major problem: the company ran out of the specific panels that were in my initial proposal. Instead of a delay or an excuse, they immediately upgraded my panels to a better model that actually produces more electricity, all at no extra cost. Joey handled this seamlessly, explaining the situation and the solution clearly. What could have been a headache became a huge win and really proved they value their customers. After-Installation Support: The customer service didn't stop once the panels were on the roof. After the system was turned on, Joey was still there to help. He walked me through understanding the new monitoring app and what to expect from my first utility bill. Final Recommendation: I would recommend Vibe Solar to anyone looking for solar. In an industry where companies can pop up and disappear, the fact that they have been in business for over 20 years was a major factor for me. I have friends who used newer solar companies that unfortunately went out of business, leaving them with no support when issues came up. They were not given the after-installation care that Vibe Solar can offer. It gives me incredible confidence that if I have any issues in the future, Vibe Solar will actually be there to honor their warranty and help. If you are considering solar, ask for Joey. The combination of a stable, long-running company and a dedicated, supportive point of contact makes all the difference.

at first I didn't understand how the installation work, my shingles were nail that became a big problem and they came through with Jessica & management came though to figure out how to solve my roofing now I have solar problem and they did. $59.00 dollars a month for Edison is bill great. thank you for all you've done

Great choice

Joey Cerda from Vibe Solar was the best. He did not try and sell me extra unneeded products. The system has been working great for years and am really enjoying the negative numbers on my electric bill.

Solar can be super overwhelming; however, I finally found a company that I could trust! Vibe Solar is an awesome local company, woman/Veteran owned and have been around for awhile! Rick (sales rep) definitely made the process easy and smooth and spent time with me to answer all of my questions and get me the best deal for my needs! He was very knowledgeable and definitely seemed honest and for the people! Also, Adam and his crew did a great job with install! They are all about perfection and customer satisfaction! I will say it looks much cleaner than many jobs that my surrounding neighbors have from other companies. I feel in good hands with Vibe Solar and can’t wait to experience the benefits of solar!
