Velocity Solar Power

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service I received from Joe and Azel from Velocity Solar. From the very beginning, Joe's customer support exceeded my expectations. He was focused on doing what was right for the customer, kept me informed throughout every step of the process, and made sure I always knew what to expect. His personable approach, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate the logistics made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I also want to acknowledge Azel for his professionalism and craftsmanship during the on-site repairs. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident throughout the repair process. I truly believe that outstanding service is what sets great companies apart, and Joe and Azel are excellent examples of that. They are a big part of why I will continue to do business with Velocity Solar and confidently recommend your company to others.

The Velocity Solar Power team is amazing. They just wrapped up our project. Communication along the way was outstanding. Yesterday they worked a LONG day and everything looks great. I highly recommend Velocity Solar Power!

My family and I decided to use Velocity Solar for many reasons. The customer service we received was outstanding from the get go! The installation crew that arrived to our house was very friendly and professional and not only did an exceptional job installing the solar equipment, but made sure we were satisfied and left our property very clean. Both the building inspector and the utility inspector told us that the installation was some of the highest quality work they had inspected and everything passed the inspection process quickly. We had the chance to speak with the owners of the company after our project was completed and felt so glad that we chose Velocity Solar to sell us solar and install our system. We highly recommend this contractor and company for your solar power needs!!

Velocity was recommended to me by my cousin. I’m a new home owner and Frank made me feel great about my decision. Getting a new roof out of the deal was a plus. I’m so happy I switched to solar. This is a great company to use.

Extremely Satisfied !!! My husband was on our church's board when our church decided to go solar. We are a non-profit organization so the board did massive research and vetting of multiple local and out of area solar companies literally for over 1 1/2 years. Finally after narrowing it down to three they decided to go with Velocity as they were the best value (price + quality + knowledge + Honesty + service). WE dealt directly with the owner Darin Dowd , since we personally knew him and his family. They are one of the most honest and ethical people you will ever meet. They helped us make sense of all the bids, as a lot of them were just bait and switches either selling inferior systems or most commonly giving us quotes for smaller systems that would not cover all our energy needs but appeared cheaper. My husband left the board before they made the final decision but it was clear that the best choice was Velocity. Over a year later when we were ready for our home solar system the choice was very simple, so we went with Velocity for our home. Our normal electric bills ranged from $189 on the extreme cold months ( 3 months per year) to as high as $500 during peak summer months about (3.5 months per year) now we own our system and are only paying $190/ month consistently but will not have a bill in about 15 years when we are ready to retire. WE highly recommend Velocity Solar!!!!
