Very Dissatisfied
I have been waiting over 7 months and still have not received my referral fee (which was promised Feb.18th) and written agreement to pay my power bill for 1 year has not even addressed as well.

Generator Scam
Purchased a generator with our solar system over a year ago. Solar system was installed in responsible time, finally after they exhausted every excuse, we finally received our generator. Now we are literally on an uphill battle to get it connected. With elderly parents and living in an area with hurricanes, we are praying not to go through a 2nd hurricane season for something we have paid for. Absolutely, UNACCEPTABLE and there must be a law to regulate companies from taking advantage of consumers. Best advice, go somewhere else that can deliver what you have purchased.

Disappointment after contract signed
Salesperson was professional and explained everything and sold me on USA Energy Savers LLC Jacksonville, Fl. However, unfortunately that is where the professionalism stopped; first the installation was supposed to take no more than 2 days, installation wasn't complete for 2 weeks, secondly I was guaranteed at the point of sale, 6 months of payments refunded to me. I received a refund check that would barely cover 3 months and when trying to reach out to contact person in charge, I was giving the run around... and still to this day, 4 months after installation have not received what was guaranteed. Very disappointed in the professionalism, customer service and just the business practice.

Clueless customer service
I've been calling for two weeks after their "installer" placed an order for a new power inverter box needed for access to the energy our panels are collecting. Their repeated promises to call me back have never been fulfilled, though I've been calling daily. It seems that the next step is to hope that the company owner can be found or a lawyer can force their hand.

Promise rewards they do not give
They promised a $1000 reward for each person I referred that buys the panels from them. One of my friends I referred did it and they never gave me the reward.

Crap liars
Was told that if I got the panels on my house and got all of the extra ad ins that duke power would be paying me. I’m still stuck with a bill from duke and now stuck with a 44k loan. It’s ok though. There’s lawyers waiting for these kinds of cases
