Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job at an extremely competitive price. He was a dollar cheaper a watt than my cheapest bid. He conceals all wiring. Everything was done on time and fast. Could not be happier.

Great Company

Rarely do I write reviews on products or services but I am so appreciative for being referred to Triple Line Solar they deserve the positive feedback. Jeff and his crew were very professional and personable, kept me informed throughout the entire installation process allowing me to learn quite a bit about solar and how it works along the way. The installation is top notch, I have no visible wiring on the outside walls of my home and the power inverter is mounted inside my garage where it should be. Jeff was able to design a solar panel layout allowing me keep my pool solar (fixing an issue with the original installation as a bonus). I highly recommend this company, you wont find a better price per kw and the finished product is exactly what I was hoping for.

What?

Wow! No sales force; therefore, no commissions to drive up the price! I received an on-line quote, leading to several telephone conversations with the Marketing Director. I found Triple Line to be a thoroughly professional organization with very courteous and skillful staff-without exception. Three comparable systems were quoted at between 5 to 7 thousand dollars higher. Solar panels installed are tier I quality, but by no means the highest in the industry. I purchased at an exceptional price. I recommend them without qualification.

Fantastic Company

I did my research and narrowed down my solar company selection to two companies. I chose Triple Line Solar and couldn't be happier. Currently they don't have sales people. There is no pressure and their prices are lower than the competition. They have an actual shop in Murrieta. My 30 panel microinverter install went unexpectedly smooth and faster than the timeline suggested. Shelley is fantastic. I bombarded her with emails and always received prompt and honest responses. Jeff, the owner, is a busy man but still took time to answer all my questions. He has a series of youtube videos that are informative for the solar novice. Install crew were punctual, clean, professional, and did a great job. I also had a solatube skylight installed that is awesome. They have killer deals on quiet cool whole house fans with install. Triple Line Solar is a no brainer.

Delightful customer experience

From the very start, Triple Line Solar was there to assist. We are newbies to the solar systems and concerned with all the claims made from salespeople and the Internet. The experience from Triple Line Solar was refreshing. They treated us with respect and answered every question. More of a Solar Consultant than a sales function. Triple Line researched all aspects of our home and provided what I believe is the best-in-class solution at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Triple Line Solar to anyone looking at investing in alternative power options.

No Pressure Solar

We chose Triple Line Solar because they didn't knock on my door or call during dinner time to solicit our business. We found them through online research. They patiently answered all of our questions about solar panels and financing. If you want to deal with a solid company instead of a "used car salesman" type approach, give them a call.

Christmas in March

Christmas in March For the past several years, I have casually considered Solar Panel for my home. Each time a friend spoke of his meter going backwards and how much he was saving, I renewed my efforts, but was then thwarted by the lingo, the technology and many financing options/issues. I was also concerned by all of the “Johnny-Come-Lately” experts now selling Solar systems. Who could you trust? So, in November I finally decided to get serious. I decided to trust the decision of a smart and meticulous friend. I contacted Triple Line’s President and spoke with him. Jeff was helpful in educating me and instilling confidence that his company was the right one to do business with. Buying a Solar system is a lot of highs and lows. First you decide to do something and then you have to wade through the paper work. Then you wait for the materials to come in and suddenly it is installed. That is followed by more waiting until the bureaucracy gets through inspections, paperwork, and approvals. Actually, I had nothing to do, but the wait is frustrating. Then the phone rings and it is PTO (permission to operate) Day. Then you get to throw the switch, turn it on and watch your meter going backwards. SunPower has a great Website and mobile App that shows a chart of the energy that is being generated every hour. It is addictive and fun to watch the sun come up and move the hourly bar charts throughout the day. It has been a month now and my small, 20 panel, SunPower system has generated 50% more Kilo watt hours (kWh) of electricity than I have been using everyday. Today I got my electric bill from SCE and it was for $1.71 and on the last page it showed that they owe me $77.50 for excess power generated. I can hardly wait until the long hot summer days are upon us to see the savings. Another benefit is that I can tell all of the solar telemarketers that I already have a system and PLEASE DO NOT CALL AGAIN. R J Walther

WOW!!!!! I want to say "Thank You" very much for what your company did for me and my family. I looked and waited for a long time to get solar and by chance I happened to stumble across your company "Triple Line Solar" on the internet. I ended up getting in contact with Chad Stanovich and he had the burden of working everything out with me. I was truly amazed at the fact that Chad listened to what type of system I wanted, my budget and he made it work. You state that your company is all about the customer and I believe it. There was no sales pressure, no upgrade, no down grade and everything was on schedule. I want to mention that your installation crew was also very impressive, courteous and timely. When they climbed onto my roof and started playing country music I told myself "God Bless America." Thanks again and I wish you and your employees the best!!!!!!!

Long Time Customer

Jeff (at Triple Line Solar) bid, delivered and installed my system. He came with a personal recommendation from a friend of mine. He handled all permits, connection and state rebate paperwork. All I had to do was supply access and apply federal tax credit when filing taxes. System has been up and running for three years. I have not touched it once nor have I performed any maintenance. I found Jeff to be very honest and trustworthy. He also offered the best deal in town at the time. He delivered everything that he promised. I would highly recommend having him bid your job.

I just wanted to send a short note complementing you on the men you have working for you. Every one of the men that came to work on my house was polite, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of all of your employees that worked on my project so I am hoping that you have a way of letting them all know what a great job they did. I am however aware of the name, Chad, who politely listened to my endless questions and special time management needs. He never made me feel like I was complaining or that my requests were annoying. He was very polite, friendly and always returned my calls promptly.
