BEWARE of this company
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Been trying to get a hold of Hailey, who I thought worked in the front office, since the phone goes to her. I've been texting her and trying to leave messages with their new computer answering service (which sucks), since June 19th, with no response. Can't help but feel that she is ghosting me. I have an issue where I bought A solar system last year, which included a new panel that I was told I had to upgrade to. The panel they replaced was only two years old. Approx 3-4 months later, I was sold on the benefits of upgrading to a battery backup and a new Span "Smart" panel, which cost a good chunk of money. Hailey Agreed to refund me $5,ooo to offset the price on the new panel for the one they just replaced (which they took with them). I have yet to see that check, she keeps telling me that it is in the "Queue" to be sent.. Texted her yesterday, informing her that I would be driving 1 hour and 34 minutes from Clinton, MO to their Location in Springfield, MO to speak with her in person. I drove there today, the 15th, and was greeted by a young woman, who I did not get her name, I should have, it could have been Hailey, avoiding the public. She told me that Hailey was in the field. I asked to speak to the owner, Bud Pierce, but was told he too was in the field. I paid a lot of money for this complete system, which has had its issues, but for now, my concern is with fact that Hailey will not step up and honor Her deal for the Span Panel and that she will not return calls or text messages. So, those that considering going solar, which is great for energy independence, Beware of "The Solar Company"

Problems with install
They tied into an older system I already had, and my production plummeted. Told them something was wrong, and was told it surely wasn't them, and they would get back to me. Also was supposed to get a$1000 rebate for a problem with initial signing. Last told me it was on a "list" for rebate checks, and would be sent the next time they did rebates. Won't answer, or return my calls now. On the other hand, the gentleman who did the breaker box and battery was great.

Waiting for batteries
I have been waiting for my batteries for my system. It's been almost 2 years since my panels were installed. You call and they tell you they will get back to you. But that never happens. Now they won't even answer the phone. I paid for the product and would like to have it or get reimburse on it. Not a good way to treat a customer who paid alot for the system.

great sales andinstall - NO WORKING BATTERY and NO SUPPORT
Sales guy was very friendly till sale completed. Then nothing...... until we ordered more. Installation crews are great, cleaned up mess. Left a list of to do that needed to be completed: 1. fill in the driveway they cut to bury the cable 2. cable not fully buried 18 inches due to driveway Later some of the wire after the driveway is not buried 18 inches, but 1 inch now uncovered After install of the battery pack. They needed to finish something. After 30 days, no liberty utilities to show up to turn on the system (July - most power generation but we had none) I called, they said to call Liberty. Liberty stated they had not have any communication from That Solar Company since original install (8 months earlier). Backlog added 3 weeks. the battery took 2 days to get working 3 days after battery installed, it failed. Called them, 7 days later they showed up. Worked for 1 days. Since then, called enphase - router is not working so battery not working. What is this bad design? what if no internet, no system???? 4 calls, 3 email - NO RESPONSE besides receptionist answering the phone. THEY GOT THEIR MONEY and WE AREW NO MORE.. EVEN THOUGH I WAS CONSIDERING THEM FOR ANOTHER HOUSE I NEED Installation
