Solar install

We purchased a solar system spring of 2024. It was not sized correctly. In the summer when we should be generating credits to our electric company our electric bill has been 450. a month besides my solar payment of 539. a month. My husband tried to explain our electric use to the salesman in the beginning and all he would say was, Well you can always add another battery. We have an existing generator which we were told they could hook up but the salesman pushed us into a supposed Generac Generator but we received a generator from harbor freight, which, we did not want or agree too. Our existing whole hole generator has never been hooked up correctly, a panel they broke on install has not been replaced and the panels are fixed instead of tracking . This has been a terrible experience with something we were very excited about acquiring. We live the idea of solar but have been doomed by the company who sold us the system and installed it, That Solar Company. To
