BEWARE of this company

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Been trying to get a hold of Hailey, who I thought worked in the front office, since the phone goes to her. I've been texting her and trying to leave messages with their new computer answering service (which sucks), since June 19th, with no response. Can't help but feel that she is ghosting me. I have an issue where I bought A solar system last year, which included a new panel that I was told I had to upgrade to. The panel they replaced was only two years old. Approx 3-4 months later, I was sold on the benefits of upgrading to a battery backup and a new Span "Smart" panel, which cost a good chunk of money. Hailey Agreed to refund me $5,ooo to offset the price on the new panel for the one they just replaced (which they took with them). I have yet to see that check, she keeps telling me that it is in the "Queue" to be sent.. Texted her yesterday, informing her that I would be driving 1 hour and 34 minutes from Clinton, MO to their Location in Springfield, MO to speak with her in person. I drove there today, the 15th, and was greeted by a young woman, who I did not get her name, I should have, it could have been Hailey, avoiding the public. She told me that Hailey was in the field. I asked to speak to the owner, Bud Pierce, but was told he too was in the field. I paid a lot of money for this complete system, which has had its issues, but for now, my concern is with fact that Hailey will not step up and honor Her deal for the Span Panel and that she will not return calls or text messages. So, those that considering going solar, which is great for energy independence, Beware of "The Solar Company"
