Unreliable - poor communication
I contacted Texas direct solar and worked with Anthony for about 3 weeks and he was quite responsive until he suddenly stopped responding. He came home and presented the final bill and I asked for 1 % discount. He even agreed to the discount but stopped communicating. I left 2 voice mail messages and a text message all of which went unanswered. I feel Anthony has been very unprofessional and he did not come out like that in the beginning. I am very disappointed. I would have appreciated at least if Anthony had been direct in his response to let me know what went wrong.
