After months of delay due to back order issues, a battery suddenly appeared towards the end of December & an installation appointment was scheduled. There was no coordination with PG&E, therefore my system is still not operational. I made several attempts to reach someone; one person laughed at me and said to call my sales representative, however, the operator told me that he was my new sales representative. I used the chat option (live person, not bot) on the website and requested to speak to someone authorized to discuss my concerns and they disconnected. I have now paid over $29,000, system is not functional and apparently no one is responsible.

Very competitive from a pricing standpoint and everything they said would happen did, on time. The installation crew was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend them.

A year later we added a few panels and a heat pump, again very smooth and very happy. I recommended them to friends. Today I am more than likely going to sever my relationship with them. I've been trying to get a battery storage system quoted and installed for 7 months and still don't have a quote. Their inability to execute or maybe the fact that my business isn't important to them, have me looking elsewhere. And now that I have been looking I've found other solar companies that are more competitive with their pricing and are more knowledgeable about what they are quoting. It's all very disconcerting.

I didn’t mind the high level of communication because they understood our situation and wanted to be part of the solution for us. I’m pleased to say we are in the final stages with PG&E and will be reaping the benefits of our solar system in short order. I’m confident that their expertise can benefit you as well. We heard of Synergy through a friend of a friend. We chose them because they seemed small enough to give a highly personal experience, but big enough to have all their own people. Also importantly for me they had experience working in Palo Alto, where the permitting department can be very persnickety. I can honestly say Synergy made our entire experience completely easy. There was literally zero pain, zero delays. They came on time, worked super clean, and within a few days after installation our panels were permitted and running. I have done multiple home projects with all sorts of professionals over the years and I have rarely had such a painless experience. I give this company 10 out of 10. Could not recommend them more highly.

The installation went very well with the project manager, Jason, and his crew being very professional, attentive and detail oriented. The clean up was flawless as well.

I shopped around and considered a number of solar companies, and Synergy was by far the best company I found based on a combination of price, product quality, customer satisfaction, and customer relations. And not that my system is installed and up and running, I’m certain I made the right choice!!

I choose Synergy as they were the first in the area to handle Neo Volta battery backup. They did a professional job of installation and follow up. Their permit plans and placards were excellent.

System Sizing Synergy did not oversize my system, they are a bit on the high side but not like some of their competitors. One company quoted us twice the size system we needed. TIMING: True to their estimate for installing our system it was done right one time. Quality Of Installation: I am retired from the trades, heating AC/ and commercial refrigeration, so I know quality craftsmen like work. This was quality, they even were careful of my new gutters, using gutter guards on their ladders. So often workers will cause damage to their surrounds while trying to finish the job, this crew did not. Perfect is the word I would use to describe this company. Thank you
