Our experience with Sweetwater Energy Services has been nothing less than stellar. Every single question we had was answered in a timely and satisfactory manner. Throughout every step of the process, Thomas and his crew were communicative and engaged – as eager for us to flip the switch as we were ourselves! Their commitment to delivering both quality product and service is outstanding - even outside of their field, I’ve found few businesses that can match their care and concern for their customer. Truly, these are good people, and I can think of no higher review to leave than that.

My husband and I purchased solar panels and a radiant barrier from Sweetwater Energy Services a year ago and had a sub-par experience. Our "4-6 week" project took ~10 weeks and included last minute paperwork, additional check/fees, and poorly communicated installation logistics (although Frank and his team are great). Once the panels were finally installed, they could not be switched on because our electric box was not properly sealed to the wall and a master electrician needed to come out to fix the issue, something that should have been caught in the 9 weeks leading up to that point. Our first bill was higher than any bill we historically had in that month and our panels have only been producing ~50% of our estimated electricity since then, suggesting the panels are less efficient than advertised and radiant barrier is doing little to help save energy in our house. Thomas, the COO, was initially working with us to find the problem, and was honest with us that our salesman miscalculated what we would be producing. Once we proposed solutions to the problem, however, he stopped responding to any emails. Although we have somewhat of an energy efficient house, we’re disappointed in our overall experience with Sweetwater.

I have used this company not only once but 3 times. Added 5 panels the first time and then another 5 a year later, and lastly I upgraded inverters to a far superior SolarEdge product and system is working flawlessly. Thanks Thomas and crew!

The whole project was started around October 2016, completed in mid November dues to my schedule and the delayed arrival of the parts especially the battery bank. The second phase was the ground mount solar system. This second phase was much quicker because the "infrastructure" was there already (i.e. the inverter, and the main wiring). My system is Grid-tied with battery so there be no need for me to add a back-up generator for potential electricity outage. The battery backup should be more than enough for all the essential need of living except the air conditioner. The quality of work is super as you can see in the pictures.Rick the boss and the electrician Justin are good and reliable people. Overall i am very happy with the decision. Also the price is very reasonable and i did my homework extensively for comparative shopping.

We wanted to reduce the carbon footprint of our household and do the right thing for the planet, but what we didn't expect was what a wonderful experience it would be. Sweetwater Energy has been not just up front and with every bit of information that we would need to make this type of decision but once installation began, they surprised us by having the most pleasant and polite people working at Sweetwater. They worked around our schedule and completed absolutely everything that was promised in the deal. Our house is now very energy efficient and producing energy into the grid. I watched our energy bill online drop to $0 after the system was turned on and generating energy. Thank you Sweetwater team.

Sweetwater was the second vendor that I spoke with in looking for solar for our family's home. I only have great things to say about them. Bill was patient in explaining the system to us, how the solar panels work, solaredge technology vs. enphase. Bill was more of a consultant with sound advice than a salesperson providing pros and cons as well as options to provide a true apples to apples comparison if needed. They were able to answer all our questions regardless of how small or trivial. Sweetwater refuted the first solar vendor's misinformation when they felt threatened in losing their client. Sweetwater was truthful in providing an accurate and much less expensive system with a higher producing system. Sweetwater's installation team and were courteous and professional, taking the time to clean up afterwards. They assisted with the letter to the HOA. All the permits were handled and so we had minimal running around. They communicated throughout the process. They went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable with our purchase.

I found Sweetwater Energy and felt very comfortable from initial contact through completion. They did a great job at every step and prices were very competitive. Sweetwater Energy was about the 5th or 6th company I spoke to about a turnkey off-grid system for use on our farm. Sweetwater was the only one that was able to give me the confidence that they had the products, service or know how to make me feel good about going solar. Bill and Rick were great to deal with. The products are top notch and their product and system knowledge the best I had found. Installation was top notch, great technical and cosmetic workmanship. Great attention to detail They really back their products with the best warranty I found. My system was build so I could add on in the future. I am certain Sweetwater will be around when I expand my system and they will supply all the products and services. I purchased a 4.7kW PV, 8Kw Inverter system. We love it!!!!! I recently had solar panels installed along with their radiation sun barrier in my attic and a special energy saving pool pump. I can't say enough for Bill the sales manger and Rick the master installer. They were able to not only answer my questions but walk me step by step through the entire process. Their workmen were polite and very professional. I could not give a higher recommendation to a company than I do this one. I would recommend them to my mom they are that good!!

After researching local installer, I came across Sweetwater Energy Services, and decided to install a 7.8 kW ground mount solar system. It consists of 24 Panasonic HIT Power N325SA16 325W Mono most efficient panel.using SolarEdge Inverter/optimizers. Smooth process in getting the permit, installation, inspection and approval by CenterPoint to connect to the grid. Everything was done professionally and on schedule, including upgrade of the electric panel.

I just had a system installed by Sweetwater Energy Services and I'm really satisfied with the entire process. From the initial quote from Chuck, to the final walk through, the whole process was very detailed and timely. The installation is very clean and all the workmen polite and helpful. I wanted to leave space and capacity for extra panels if needed in the future and they set it all up as I wanted. I did get quotes from other companies and they were right in with the lowest and I know the customer service is the highest.
