The overall service before and after instalation was good. However, after the rains started, we noticed a water leak in one of the upstares bedrooms. After consiling with 3 roofing companies, they suggested I contact Sunwalk as there was a problem with the installation, thet caused the leak. Contacted Sunwalk and they suggested I get a roofer that coud fix xtghe problem right away. I did so, and the roof was repaired. I also notified them of the water damage in the bedroom and again they assujred me they would take care of the ptoblem. Then, Sunwalk notified me that they would not be resoponsible for the cost of repairs. Have to get an ayttorney involved.

Solar Installation
Just went Solar with Sunwalk Solar. Logan Boesch is an awesome expert and very patient and always available. I had lots of questions and concerns throughout the process of going solar, Logan was always available and took time to make sure I was happy and understood everything. Must go with Sunwalk and ask for Logan if you are thinking about Solar!

Knowledgable, honest and flexible
Sunwalk was extremely personable and approachable and answered all my tough questions that Sunrun and Vivint reps didn't. I felt comfortable knowing the financials my Wife and I would be looking at next month as well as many years down the road. We ran through every possible scenario as far as outside factors are concerned as well as our usage and possible sale/rental of our home. I am 100% satisfied and the install crew were top notch. The panels are top tier as well and maintenance should be minimal based on testimonials. -Chris
