ADT Solar (formerly Sunpro Solar)

Good experience

Eric and his crew arrived about 8:45am and were done about 1:00 pm. Very nice to deal with! Then Juan and his crew came about 9:30am and finished up about 3:00pm. Nice group of guys! After the installation was done, my Sunpro solar specialist came by to check on the work that was done and to see how it went. Mary Guinn was very helpful in getting the job done!

Beyond my expectation!

From the time of presentation of product by sales to completion of the install I have been coached and kept up to date on the process.

Solar made easy!

I have worked with several different project managers from different parts of the state, so I am unsure how to classify the “local office”. I am assuming though that the teams are out of the one I selected. The Sunpro solar teams arrived at my house bright and early Monday morning and began work. I had 44 solar panels installed on two residences. 22 on my house and 22 on the barndominium on my property. The panel installers worked a long day completing both structures. While they were busy the electricians were installing the 3 Enphase batteries in my garage. The next day they completed my battery hookups and moved to start installing the 2 Enphase batteries on the barndominium. At this time they are completing that installation and then will submit the reports for the final inspection from TNMP. Victor’s electrical crew was here the first day and Carlos’ electrical crew has been here for the past two days. They are all very polite and professional, answering and explaining everything as they go. I am looking forward to the final inspection completion and being able to use my new solar technology!

What this could mean in the future for your company

I had a good experience with all of the Sunpro-team. Jerry was the first person to come out to see if it was worth it. He was very polite and professional. Very informative. As for the installation team which consisted of the electricians, base setting, and the installers They all were here on time and at all times kept me informed of what they were doing. They even hand dug a couple of holes just to ensure they did not hit a water line. They cleaned up all of there trash off of the job site. Please just know that you have a great team put together that is providing you with the best quality of work. That is very hard to come by nowadays in a world where people think it is below them to actually get there hands dirty and give an honest days work for an honest days pay. In closing, I have multiple possible customers that I have told about me getting solar. I am the test project. They are all waiting to see how my solar works out. If it works out they will get solar. Of course I insure you that when it comes time they will all be going threw your company. Thanks again for all that you have done.

Solar Panels installation

Austin Primo was very helpful throughout the installation process of solar panels at my house located in Spring Texas. He was very calm & kind, explaining details about the entire process. He communicated often to tell me about each stage including timing/duration. He visited my house multiple times to check the progress of work being carried out. He answered most of the questions l have relating to solar panel technology and usage.

Back several years ago when I was doing research into which solar company we wanted to go with, I found Sun Pro. From the very beginning of the process until this very day, they have always given excellent professional service!!! After Hurricane Ida, we needed to install a new roof. I contacted Sun Pro for the removal of our 26 panels!!! After the roof was installed (By Build Pro - a sister company to Sun Pro), they came back and reinstalled the panels. From the project manager to the installation crew, we were always kept informed on what was taking place!! Over the years, we have had inverters go out and Sun Pro has always been expedient in replacing those. And I don't want to forget the $$$$$ SAVINGS $$$$$ on our power bill!!!! It has been incredible!!! Thanks Sun Pro for the great service. We are very happy customers!!!!

Super Job!

The installers couldn't have been nicer. They arrived before 8;00 A.M. and went right to work. The original plan called for XXX amount of output but the installers were able to redraw the plan which increased the amount of output and decreased the useage of solar panels in other areas of the roof. Overall it was a GREAT JOB.

Best group of workers. Here on time, actually about 30 minutes early. So, on time for me. Very cohesive group. Worked well with the Wi-Fi installer that showed up a little later. They started about 8 and were gone by 1.

Love it!

The process to going solar went pretty smoothly. Ariana came and explain to my family and I how solar works, and we all want solar. While there were some hiccups, Sunpro did a great job of handling everything and getting our system installed before the end of the year.

Amazing company

Eric Bell was the Solar Specialist I worked with. He was absolutely thorough. Everything was explained in detail so I had no questions. The crew did a phenomenal job. They were quick and efficient. Any questions I had were answered. I am very please with these guys.

everything has been great. Jaren Wilson has been excellent to work with as he cares about his customers.

SunPro Kansas City

The representative Brett Burns was very knowledgeable, honest, and followed the process the entire way. The install team did a good job and when there was a mistake they fixed it right away. I am satisfied and happy with my system and just waiting on PTO. Thank you Brett and SunPro for the help transiting to solar.

My Sunpro Solar experience

I was interested in how the solar panels worked as I noticed more and more people in my subdivision were going solar. We made an appointment with Sunpro Solar for a consult. Ariana came out to the house and explained everything about the process and answered all of our questions. We were impressed so we bought the solar panels for our home. I was impressed on how smooth and quick the process took. The installation was completed in less than a day along with the efficiency testing, total LED bulb replacement and attic tent. The Sunpro team reached out to us after installation to help us out with understanding our new system. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to make the switch to Solar.

New to Solar and Sunpro

So far everything is great. I'm brand new to this company but so far things are great and the install was fast

SunPro solar install

Most professional and do as we say team I have experienced. Advance notice, courtesy during visit, good clean up, work hard, install looks great. All materials were available, electricians did excellent and complicated work. 1 and 1/2 day for 48 panels. Answered all questions, all was done as advertised from sales to install, and worked with HOA for design approval.

SunPro Solar Installation

Arrived on time, very friendly, finished task on time, good job, helpful, answered questions when asked- this was an add-on upgrade to existing LG solar panel system.

Sunpro is GREAT

Every step has been smooth and easy. I highly recommend this company.

Since the installation was scheduled, the team arrived on time, installed the panels in no time and the electrical work was completed without any issues

Didnt choose Sunpro but our rep was fantastic

We ended up going with a competitor due to pricing, however Jeremy the sunpro rep who came out to talk to us was fabulous. He answered all my questions, explained their offerings well, and was a nice guy all around. I have anxiety when it comes to pushy salesmen and he was not. The *only* reason we went with someone else was due to something outside of his control: price. If any sunpro execs or management reads this I do hope you recognize his talent and treat him right. Thank you Sunpro for an unexpectedly good experience.

My expirience with Sunpro has been Amazing! Eloy Garza is my sales rep who I highly recommend to anyone that is looking to go solar. He came to my home went over the program and was able to drop my bill by over 40% from what I was paying. Not only was he great but his instillation crew were prompt and professional from beginning to the end. Thank you Eloy and crew for all of your help!

Saving Money - Great Company

Sunpro Solar installed our system 4 years ago. We haven’t had an electricity bill in 4 years. We are very happy. Customer service is great. We added a Tesla batterie as well and had no issues at all.

Marciann is warm, happy and knowledgable

Very happy with the service I received. Cleaned up really well. I am impressed. Everyone I met who worked on the house did a very professional job by explaining what was happening and in a very professional way.

My Sunpro experience

Very professional and thorough,

I bought a system a year and a half from sunpro and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done! Everyone has been awesome from the beginning and to this day, I’m still so in love with my system! Like many people, I was skeptical but I can honestly say now…. So incredibly happy with my choices!
