Excellent Service!

The entire process was very easy from beginning to end. Our SunPro rep Gabe Valdez answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about SunPro and it’s services. Even having MVEC, the lowest priced company in our area, it was evident that we would be saving much more by switching to SunPro Solar. Thank you to Gabe and the SunPro team for helping us make the transition to Solar.

Professional and courteous

The team showed up on time and immediately got to work. It was a super cold day and they worked hard and were super friendly despite the weather conditions. Professional and efficient they made sure I understood the system and made sure things were right before they left.

Complete information

From the time I first contacted to the installation of the panels and connection, I was contacted and informed of what was happening and going to happen. Installation was quick, simply done and only took one day to install 31 panels. The sales person, Mann H. Carter, explained everything in the initial meeting and insured and worked to assist in getting the credit required to install the panels. Also, Carter insured I understood how many panels were required, how they would be situated and what was entailed to get the installation done in a timely manner. Sarah Kasson contacted me via text, email and phone to advise me of the status of the installation; this was extremely helpful as Christmas holiday and vacations were happening about this time. Kasson was on top of the issue at all times, including an after action request. I am very satisfied with how the installation was done and am now waiting on my electric company to come and inspect the installation and set up so we will be able to start using our system.

Going solar

I was not in the market for solar but after multiple companies knocked on my door I started to do my research and subpro had the best price for what I was offered in my opinion. I got 17 panels and a tesla battery pack for the same price someone was trying to sell me 22 panels. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional and friendly. Genaro Fernandez always knew the answers to my questions and always got back to me when I reached out. The panels and battery look great and I couldnt be happier with their warranty that was offered which was better than the other companies I researched. A++

Great follow-through

Met with a consultant and sized our system to our needs and preference. He was able to explain the process and next steps to my satisfaction. I was assigned an account manager who reached out with current status within a week of signing the contract. She also gave me weekly updates! We had our system installed and the EnergyPro assessment completed within a month of signing the contract. The install team was very courteous and professional, answered questions I had completely and completed the work in about half a day. They also took care to clean up like they had never been there. Waiting on inspections and the gobahead from the electric company to flip the switch!

I recommend Sunpro 100%... Since day one, our sales rep Joseph Valderrama has provided 5 star service. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure that he answers all of your questions and is very kind and makes sure that you get the answers you need. I would also like you mention that he is very accessible. He answers all of my messages. I am truly 100% satisfied with his service.

This is a no-brainer if you want to go Solar or even if you aren’t sure yet! Dillon is a super salesperson and person in general. The Solar company makes sure all their employees are always respectful, as quiet as possible, and friendly. I am so excited to have lower energy bills, a lost-cost affordable way to pay for it, and it all works perfectly with my new electrical panel.

Install

Shout out to the Sunpro installers that installed my panels today. They were on time, very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. My solar specialist, Dillon Snow stopped by to ensure the install went as planned. The purchase and install process has exceed my expectations.

Everything from the sale to the installation had been fantastic. All individuals who I have dealt to with have been very professional. Jose Lopez my sales representative was available every step of the way and was even there on install day. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Detailed and Professional

We just got our solar panels installed last June 14, 2021 and we received excellent customer, follow ups and proper up to date information by Ana Brice. A great experience

From sales to installation The SunPro has been amazing. Michael walked me step-by-step through the purchase of my solar system. The installation team arrived promptly and walked me step-by-step through the installation and kept me informed throughout the process. They took extra care to clean up after themselves and not to damage any landscaping. I am very pleased with SunPro and look forward to a long relationship.

We Made the Right Decision

We'd been curious for a long time about getting solar energy, but had been turned off by too many solicitation calls and aggressive "used car salesman" type pressure pitches. Plus we'd heard stories of people having negative experiences either with the companies they dealt with or their solar systems themselves. I decided to learn as much as possible about both the good and the bad from unbiased sources and make our own decision as to whether solar would be a good fit for us. One of the main things we had to decide was what was the reason (or reasons) we wanted solar and what were our expectations. There are so many solar companies out there it was also very important to us that we felt comfortable with the sales rep and could put our trust in them and the company they worked for. As a result of what I learned I came up with a list of questions to ask any prospective solar company, so we'd feel confident in our decision. Long story short, Trey, the SunPro rep was the only one who answered all of our questions in a way that gave us confidence and made us feel comfortable to put our trust in SunPro. There was absolutely no pressure sales or promises that seemed misleading. He was honest, patient, knowledgeable and sincere. We could tell he was concerned with making sure all our questions were answered and we made the right choice for us. He even answered some questions we didn't know to ask! That, combined with SunPro's incentives, guarantees, and support provided after the system is installed helped us make our decision. Trey and SunPro have come through 100% and delivered everything and more that they promised and we expected. It was a very easy and pain free process. We're extremely happy we made the choice to go solar with SunPro and recommend them highly to anyone even remotely considering going solar. Friendly and Professional

Everyone that showed up was very friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would, provided a breakdown of what they were going to do and answered all my questions. I was surprised how quickly the installation of panels went. The electricians adapted very well to the surprises you would expect when working on a 30-year old home. The energy guys were very diligent in their work.

Everything from the initial consultation to the install was fantastic. Andrew Roberts was my sales rep, he was professional, we talked about many things outside of just solar. Made it feel as if he was really helping me out rather than just selling me something. He’s met with a few of my friends already because I was confident in his honesty and professionalism. Only negatives I have was they did not finish my energy audit on the first go around. My house is on the bigger side and there was only 1 guy that was here until 11 pm, and still had not finished the install on the inside. Now my account manager Rachel has kept me in the loop every week with weekly emails and phone calls and it was good to know that they were always thinking about me and not leaving me in the dark. Overall fantastic experience!
