Very Good

Everything was on time and the salesperson was very respectful. My system has been up and running for 4 months and we've had no issues at all. I have no power bill I get credits on my utility bill every month.

Everything was done in a very professional manner and technicians were very polite and knowledgeable

Instal team was on time and tomas romo kept me informed throughout

ADT is great!

I have loved ADT solar from the beginning, representative Eliza Garcia was outstanding and sharp she answered all my questions on the spot. The install and process was very smooth and easy to go through. I have already recommended several of my friends and neighbors.

Finally!!! Actual customer service!

From the get go with their sales rep Brandon to the exchange of emails, texts and phone calls with their other reps was nothing but a good experience. They worked with my schedule, treated me like a person and even an old friend. They weren’t pushy. If the electric companies weren’t trying to take advantage of customers then these guys would not be doing so well. Every time I spoke with them, they treated me like I was family and like they truly cared about me and not my money. Stand up service and support!!! I would definitely recommend. If you’re not sure, just meet with them and you can get $25 for your time and more for referrals. It’s worth it!

Low pressure Sales, great experience

So far it has been a very positive experience. The sales team has been very responsive but low pressure. The install guys did a great job. My install took two days due to size and they were prompt and courteous. Waiting for electricians now and the permission to operate.

Great Service and Experience

The experience with ADT Solar was exceptional. Everyone stayed in contact with me and kept me well informed in the installation process. My sales rep Lee was great and even plans to stay in touch with me well after install. Great experience overall!

Sunpro solar/ Adt solar

Got solar panels august 2021 and honestly has been the best decision we've made for our home. Weve been renovating our home so the use of electricity has been ungodly and in 6 months we only paid $100 to the electric company for overage. $100! I used to pay nearly $200 a month before. I would highly recommend this company, they are so helpful. The install was fast and the customer service is immaculate. This is our experience. We will always recommend solar now!

Great product and staff

Although solar is not right for me at this time the sales associates, Rodean and Keith, who helped me were great! They took the time to go over everything with us, and they were professional and very friendly. In the future, if solar is for me I will definitely be reaching out to ADT to help, and to install. My sister has a full solar system with them, as she absolutely loves it!

Enlightening Experience

ADT Solar spent their valuable time educating me on the entire concept of solar, how it works, how I could use it to benefit my family and I, and more exciting options to come in the future. Huge thank you out to Shaan Rahi for the help through the entire process, as well Teriana Nixon for keeping me updated and educating on next steps. The future is BRIGHT for ADT Solar and I continue to talk to everyone about my experience and refer them to ADT Solar.

Polite and professional workers, informative through out process from planning to installation of panels and associated equipment.

WOOHOO!!

ADT Solar were great in every aspect of my going solar experience! Every person I had contact with was fantastic. They were knowledgeable and courteous and always called or texted or emailed information to keep me up to date constantly. My timeline took exactly how long they said it would. I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Every interaction with individuals or teams were done in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Installation was quick and looks great. I especially want to recommend Bobby Baker who oversaw every part of the purchase, from presentation to installation to ensure every step went smoothly as possible with as few problems or difficulties as humanly possible. It was a pleasure to work with him.

So far so good. They've been giving us updates on the process. The salesperson was thorough and even answered text messages well after quiting time. The woman that we dealt with (our account manager, I think was her title) called and was available when we had questions. The installers we able to adapt the install to our home and had everything installed in a day.

Excellent. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, kind and reasonable. He took time the explain the best area for installation and was very polite.

The sales and installation crews were very professional and very informative on what the installation process was for the job too be performed. It was a great experience and enjoyable with no problems. Thanks! Doug McIntire

ADT Solar

Matthew Downes was very helpful, managed to assist with design, array placement and battery back-up design. He clearly understands the process from start to finish and is great at explaining the process and setting expectations. Matthew also came back to check on us and make sure we were happy with the install. I was also really impressed with the install crew, as they turned up on time every time and wore identifying shirts and were extremely professional. ADT Solar has delivered on its promise and installed a very nice array with 2x Tesla powerwall backup batteries at our property. We would highly recommend Matthew Downes and ADT Solar.

Great to do Business With!!

Great Service; Carmella Serna is Fantastic!

Solar Installers

The gentleman: Dalton, Sigmund, Alex, And Turbo we’re absolutely amazing! They stayed out in the heat that were in the 90s and kept on until the job was done with no breaks. I can’t say thank you enough!

Everyone is dedicated!

From the onset of our first appointment with the sales rep Peter Forness, then the installation of the solar panels, the battery backup and transfer box we couldn't say enough about the group of employees that showed up at our home. Very dedicated and cheerful employees, not a bunch of curmudgeons. Pleasant to interact with and great sense of humors. It was a blistering day the day of this part of the installation but they all took care of themselves and got the work done. Glad we went with SUNPRO!

Very well done.

The ADT team was very prompt and professional. Our consultant Danny even came by on install day to make sure everything was good. I appreciate that the efficiency installed our new thermostat for us and that the installation was done in a matter of hours.

Great experience with the whole ADT team!

We have had a great experience with Marcus Ehlinger and David so far! Our account managers have kept us up to date on the project and everything including the install has gone so smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar!
