New Customer! Recent Install

Overall Professional Service and Install! Quick process, my associate Sonia Faucher was very friendly and followed throughout the entire time. Communication was excellent! I would give 6 star! One extra for going the extra mile!

Installers arrived earlier than scheduled, worked thru the snow, and completed earlier than planned. They did an amazing job!!!

Rusty Droescher

Crews kept me informed and completed work efficiently with full clean up.

Me fue bien ha sido un excelente trabajo Fui orientado en forma clara por solar specialist Me ha resuelto todas las dudas que he tenido

Great!!!

Jesse was GREAT with the solar process. He checked in, he was great with my kids, and even came on install day to make sure I understood everything and to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to get solar or even just explore the options!!

We were referred to Justin Bell, Solar Energy Specialist by our neighbors, who also had solar panels installed by ADT solar. Justin contacted us and came to our home for an evaluation on August 26. He was professional, answered all our questions and even after our first meeting, he was available for all our concerns at any time we needed him. He helped us understand all the tax credits and all the extras with the system (electric company credit, Light bulbs, energy saving extension cords, home energy evaluation) The representative assigned to us, kept us informed weekly about the paperwork that needed done with the electric company and county. Today, November 7, we had our installation done. The men were very professional and worked efficiently. They installed 40 panels in about 7 hours. The team worked well together. No garbage was left behind. The man who installed our thermostats, was so helpful in explaining the system, he walked us through the app for our phones and answered every question. Justin gave us a call tonight and asked to come check out the installation that was done today. I thought that was very professional. This company seems to care about their customers and products. We are so happy that we got our solar panels and system done by ADT Solar.

Large Job had 3 separate jobs done

This project involved removing my 1st array of 38 solar cells. Then Buildpro replaced my roof. Then the Final section involved reinstalling the 1st array and an additional 17 solar cells. I was kept updated as the permitting required took the longest. The 3 crews where professional and great workers. All 3 crews where knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Very happy with the total job.

Install was professional and went smoothly.

Very easy solar installation

This is the second home I have installed solar on and this may have been the easiest process. From sales to installation, the process has been smooth and very fast. Professional and knowledgeable staff at all levels. Now to wait for final inspection and permission to operate.

Very nice staff and understands my need

I decided after a year to add a backup battery and every thing went smooth. The only one headache was Centerpoint who never responded and delayed the whole process. But finally I got the backup battery and so far it works great. I do recommend ADT Solar (former SunPro)

Professional and Quick!

Kept me in the loop through the entire process, even when local govt and utilities were dragging their feet. When everything was finally dotted and crossed with permits they were able to get installed in days! Definitely would recommend. Guys knew their stuff.

Everyone was courteous. knowledgeable and professional. A delight to work with. Job well done.

Great install

The team knows the equipment. I bought a Tesla Powerwall and was installed same day with my PV

Our experience with ADT Solar was very good. We were informed of the process as soon as we signed our contract with our seller. We were contacted via email/text to let us know on dates every step of the way.

New to Solar

The entire process has been seamless. Everyone is knowledgeable and the install was quick and easy. Very excited to make this change to solar and help the environment.

ADT solar installation

Jasmine Sanchez was my ADT solar representative. My installation, sales, and service was absolutely amazing. The staff and installation crews were very knowledgeable and professional. Easiest and most quality service I have had to date! I will absolutely recommend them to everyone looking for solar.

Solar Install

I just had my panels installed. So far my experience has been a positive one. I was hesitant about adding solar, but after talking with Steve Delgado, I decided to go solar. He is very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions and concerns. The install team was very friendly, professional and did the install much quicker than I anticipated. Steve has come out to my home to show and explain every step of the way. I am now waiting to the PTO, but I would definitely recommend ADT Solar, especially Steve Delgado to anyone looking to install solar. If you are on the fence about it, talk to Steve. He will answer all of your questions honestly and thoroughly.

Exceptional service

My experience was amazing. I haven’t been this happy about something since I had my last child almost 13 years ago. These young men were very respectful, efficient and got the job done.

Very happy with this company

We worked with AJ Lu and he was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. AJ explained everything very thoroughly and made us feel confident and comfortable with our decision to save money with ADT solar. We can’t recommend him enough. AJ is definitely the one to work with on your solar solution!

Solar System Reconnection

My Enphase Solar System was disconnected from Austin Energy Grid for over 2 months. I had hard time finding a qualified electrician to perform the reconnection. My Installing Solar Company is out of business. Derek from ADT Solar / Sun Pro Solar was Awesome, he knew exactly what needed to be done to reconnect to the Grid. He made improvements like adding fuses to protect the Enphase Control box. He was on time, communicated well and stayed until the job was finished. If you need Solar System Service, then request Derek.

Top Notch Service

Starting from our interaction with the salesperson through the install, I've been nothing but impressed with the way ADT has handled our purchase. They are on top of all the details and proactively keep you informed about what o expect and when to expect. Then they do exactly as promised when they say it will be done. You can't do better than ADT Solar.

Great company

Installed within 6 weeks. Team did a really good job and our sales rep kept in constant contact through the process. Would recommend so far

The Best in the West.

In the world of options, we have the best people behind the best product. Total happiness. No regrets. Randy Johnson

Sonia F. & Rene V. came by to check how my solar panels were working for me and it was amazing to see how much energy, beyond my families usage, they were producing. I’m happy to say we’ve gone Solar!
