ADT Solar (formerly Sunpro Solar)

Excellent experience

Overall very professional team from start to finish. Fernando was very thorough on explaining to me about solar and being there even during installation making sure it’s done right. Installation team was on time and very friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

Installation

The team of 5 workers that included the installers and electricians were all easy to deal with. They answered all the questions we had and were very professional. They cleaned up around the house, ensuring they left no screws or other material laying around. We would highly recommend using their services for any installation or project update.

Professional

The crew was supper friendly. We were impressed that they realized that a wire was not correct and the next day, in the pouring down rain, they came back to correct it. Overall, would suggest these guys to anyone. Thanks, George

Sunpro Solar

I worked with Gage Mueller and had a terrific experience. Gage is more than capable, the installers were excellent. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. One of the best decision I've made.

13 panel system.

It took a long time to get permits. Installation was quick without any problems. Quality workers who were very curtious. Panels produce more power than I use on a sunny day.

SunPro/ADT Solar

I went Solar a couple of months back, the whole process has been great, everything was done on a timely manner and the workmanship was second to none, my Solar Specialist StanleyGonzalez was very knowledgeable and was involved through the whole process.

ADT Solar

The professionalism of the installers, the courtesy and respect they’ve given to the home, and the fact that they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Jesse our sales rep, Craig our acct manager, and the team have done what they said they were going to do. I wish other vendors would show the same workmanship as ADT Solar.

Appreciated Service

I have worked in some form of customer service or service delivery my entire life. My appreciation for both excellent service and customer service are a notable part of interactions. The team did an outstanding job from notification they were in route to cleaning up prior to leaving. I’m very pleased with the work and service received; already referred to a neighbor.

Solar Installation

Jazmin was very professional and explained the whole process in detail. I would totally recommend ADT to anyone considering solar. The process was pretty quick from the beginning to the end. Once we started with a simple quote it we then continued with consistent communication to make sure we knew what was going on at every step. We got our system installed within 4 weeks of moving forward.

Very professional

This experience has been great! Jesse has been very helpful and thorough with answering our questions. He did a good job setting expectations. The install crew was very courteous and respectful. We decided to go with a battery as well because that's extra comfort and security for us. I've recommended Jesse and ADT Solar to my neighbors.

Worth the wait

We began our project in January of 2022 and connected to the grid in January of 2023. We understand that SunPro sold the company to ADT Solar in the meantime, so staffs, work force, everything had to take time for the change over. Paper work for the government and work with local electric provider delayed the connection. However, our panels were installed early on and the electricians did the connections relatively fast and did a very good job hooking everything correctly and neatly the first time. No problems. We are now on the grid and producing more energy than we are consuming. Angela Gonzales, Customer Advocate and contact with the company, has been a gem for keeping us in the loop. We have no complaints except for the wait time, but we understand the reasons why this occurred.

Customer service

I am highly impressed with solar specialist Chuck Tuley. Patient, professional, helpful, caring, knowledgeable. Chuck is willing to go the extra mile to show and explain the benefit of this product. He will help in any way possible to make sure you are satisfied with the installation and operation aspects of solar. ADT has hired a true customer service STAR, he is awesome. ADT provides Energy Pro which is a nice addition to getting solar panels.

Excellent company

ADT solar is awesome. They are professional and courteous. Jake answered all our questions when meet with him. The installation team was prompt and worked quickly. I recommend going solar with ADT Solar any day.

Great communication pre installation. Installation crew was quick and efficient and thorough. Great job!

A Great Experience

Very professional, kept me well informed, a pleasure to deal with on all levels. Carmella, Patrick, Triston,Andreas, Freddie and Johnny were wonderful to work with.

Beyond Satisfied

From beginning to the installation of the solar panels I am beyond satisfied. When meeting Tim Fogel regarding ordering solar to installed there was no high pressure selling. Mr. Fogel addressed what my home would require regarding the type and how many panels I would need. Once entering into a contract I have continuously been kept informed of where we were at with the process prior to the installation, i.e. permits etc. Rachel Hayes, Jennifer Hayes and Stacey Cook provided excellent customer service keeping me upto date and what to expect each step thereafter. January 8, 2023 was the scheduled installation date for the solar panels to be put into place. High cudos to ADT Solar for the crew they assigned to have the panels installed. The crew showed up within the scheduled time allocated, immediately looked over the area the intended panels were to be installed and discussed the change to the exact location of installing the panels. I was completely satisfied with the suggested change and from there the crew immediately went to work. I found these young men professional, polite and focused. The electrician was provided access to the fusebox and took time to discuss what steps he would be taking to ready the installment of the inverter box. Once again I was and am completely satisfied with this young man's knowledge and professionalism. The work ethics of the crew and electrician are exceptional and professional. I commend ADT Solar in their selection of the crew and electrician hired to install my solar panels and inverter box. Job believed to be well done and I am beyond satisfied. Thank you to the ADT Solar Team and to the hired crew and electrician. Would truly give more then a 5-star rating for the overall jobs performed.

Yesenia was a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. The installation team was also very personable and professional.

My installation was well communicated ahead of time and the crew arrived when they committed. During installation I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of every crew member. Panel Instalations

We had a wonderful experience. We met Sonia ♥️ Faucher, we even got an

Great experience

Tony Price was the salesman who initially pitched solar to us. I was already interested, but he did a great job of explaining all the nuances of how the billing worked, payment options, and the credits and rebates that were available. He made it all sound great, and he was right. There were a couple of delays with the install, one based on our HOA, and another getting a City inspection, but those issues were outside the control of SunPro. There was a brief period between completion of the installation, and the activation with the electric company, but SunPro reimbursed us for the payments made in that period. Overall, we had a great experience with SunPro, and Tony always made himself available when we had questions about anything.

I choosed ADT Solar

My Experience with ADT was remarkable. with the communication from Sales to the rest of the Team at ADT Solar to explaining and showing me the parts to be install gave me the confidence to trust on ADT for our big investment on going Solar. Through that process I got a text or call giving me the update on my solar panels prior to install and after. Thank you Sonia Faucher for your communication and putting attention to detail to all my concerns you really did go above and beyond my expectations. if anyone needs Solar go with ADT Solar and ask for Sonia Faucher 956-640-5550 her direct line. she always answers no matter what.
