ADT Solar (formerly Sunpro Solar)

All Things Considered

System is not finished yet (two-weeks late). I am anxious to see how the system functions, which it appears will take another week. That will be three weeks from the initial designated starting date. Looks like the job that the electricians, and solar panel installers did is excellent (certainly looks great).....Anxious to see how the LG Panels function and operate through it's remote blue-tooth access. Looking for that "net-zero" electric bill. There is no doubt that Sunpro is one of the best. Ask me again after I have the system operating for 3 months.

It’s best INVSTEMENT ever

It’s good company and I like the warranty

Great customer service

So we were super excited to get the install crew going, they were very accommodating,ie. Getting masks, they measurements on our roof were off and they could not install all the panels as planned. The entire company got together and we got options and made a plan. Installation still continued and as far as I know all parties are happy. Install crew for the panels... amazing

Fixed

It hasn't been easy going solar. It takes ALOT of patience. It took about 2 months to get panels installed and working after I agreed to buy them. There's little communication during the "dead" period of getting HOA approval, permits, and installation. Then after a couple of months I realized the usage/import/export numbers on the Enpase app wasn't matching up with my utility meter. I called the Sunpro office and was told everything looks good on their end. I contacted a sales rep and he was able to have the office schedule for an electrician to come out and look at the CT's. Don't ask, I don't know what they are, but they were fixed and all is good. I'm now a satisfied customer. Sunpro isn't a perfect company, I'm not a perfect person either. But, with patience and perseverance from me, Sunpro took care of the issue. Although I'm paying a little more now for the panels and the utility bill, my overall electric costs will be alot less in a few years. If you're thinking of going solar contact Gage Mueller on the FB page "The Sunpro Solar Experience". He's their #1 sales consultant for a reason. He's terrific! Ashley Moore in the home office is on that page too and is very helpful if you have questions or need assistance.

A great product and company

I enjoyed working with SunPro Solar, they kept me up to date on the progress of the install, and answered any questions I had. My county is notoriously hard to work with and during the pandemic, even more so. But they doggedly followed up with the permit process and we finally got approval. It took some time, but I now have a solar system in place and it is working beautifully.

Over all y’all got it done I am pleaseThanks

Again I am please with everything Exspecially the rebates

Balloon Payment

SunPro Solar requires a balloon payments if you use Spectrum Credit Union to finance your loan. My monthly payment was $196.00 and now it is $283.99 monthly although we did not receive any refund do to insufficient income.

Sunpro

The sales personnel was very competent however he since then has not returned any text I’ve sent him. This is very concerning. The crew and follow up has been great. I’m not sure if they did a vacuum test or caulked or placed weather stripping on doors.

Good

Going Solar!

It was an easy process, very simple. We have ended our electric bill, no more $400+ surprise bills. Honestly, we choose them because of the reviews from across the neighborhood and the sales rep living here.

I'm a fan of SunPro

Larsen of SunPro, our sales agent, is top notch, always available for questions and assistance, way after the sale. Jaquiem, one of the solar panel installation techs who installed our solar panels was professional and courteous. And regarding our SunPro electricians, Rick and Cody, we couldn't be more happy with the work they did. Both gentlemen went the extra mile to make sure our electrical solar panel requirements were met and our questions were answered. Rick apologized several times about a scheduling conflict that wasn't even his fault. He kept us aware of what was going on during the entire 6 hour process and even stayed late to ensure we were satisfied with the work that was completed. We would work with all these gentlemen again at any time.

Very helpful and friendly. Helped with any qeustions we had. It did take some time to install the panels. It was probably due to our style of our roof and our community. We are happy to have solar!

Everything we had hoped for

We are very pleased with the results that are starting to show. The installation was a rough start but panned out to expertly done. Sun pro was honest and up front with me from the start.
