ADT Solar (formerly Sunpro Solar)

EXCELLENT TEAM

First of all, the estimator was very professional and did not try pressure into buying more than I wanted. I wanted a small system that would reduce my electric bill by about 50%. I wasn't interested in reducing my electric bill to zero. The sales person understood and provided a quote for what I wanted. The team also provided a free energy audit on the house at impressed me. They sealed the areas where outside was entering the house. They provided a tent for the attic and a years supply of ventilation filters. The installers were experienced and cleaned up the area before departing. Sunpro took care of the city inspection and provided instructions on the new electrical panels that were installed. I am very happy with the solar panels and my elecrtic bill has been reduced by 50%. What more can I say except to give Sunpro my best recommendation. Too boot--my neighbor also purchased a solar system from Sunpro and I received $1000.00 credit on my electric bill. Happy, happy, happy.

Delivered everything they promised

The team from Sunpro made a lot of promises, many of which my wife and I were skeptical. When the process was over they had delivered on every promise with courtesy and efficiency.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing service. Everybody was professional and they did a great job.

Excellent company with great employees !!!!!

They were chosen because of all the great reviews I read on line in comparison with other companies.

GOOD PERSONAL, VERY FRIENDLY AND WELL KNOWING...

WHEN I HAD THE FIRST VISIT WITH ARLETHA, WITH VERY GOOD SKILL ABOUT THE SYSTEM AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, THAT'S MADE ME CHOOSE THEM. AND THE PEOPLE AFTER DID IN THE SAME MANNER.

Friendly, Professional and Easy to Work With

SunPro offered great incentives as part of my solar package. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The work was done in a timely manner and I am now generating energy credits with my electricity provider.

Company with good background

Sunpro has been a reliable company. Workers are professional, installation went well. We are very satisfied with everyone that we dealt with

Quick Install, Friendly Staff

SunPro was the 3rd company I had spoken to when starting this entire process of researching and looking into a solar panel company. Shaan was my sales guy and as soon as I mentioned that, he cut out all the extras and just cut to the chase. Everything he informed me of that I hadn't heard from other providers was clear and concise. The install day arrived and the guys on the roof finished incredibly fast. The electrician probably took about an extra hour or two but overall, very satisfied with their work. So far my system has been performing well. I had credit sent back to my energy company so I currently have credits with them which is nice! This was installed during the summer so certain days sucked up more juice than we could provide but as time went on and things began to cool down, it's been overproducing like a champ! I heard from someone else that did some research about their Power Production Guarantee and their Warranty papers became difficult to obtain. I wouldn't fret. Something they don't clarify is that they want to let your system run for a few months to see what they can estimate. Made sense. Don't forget to remind them to send you that information after a few months though. TLDR: Great company. Would highly recommend. Remind them to send you warranty info and PPG in a few months.

Awesome Experience, End to end service.

I entertained 4 bids for the Solar Panel system. Sunpro presentation was professional, verifiable and informative. By the end of the presentation, I knew what panels would be installed, what converter would be used, how much electricity would be produced, the cost of the project, and how long it would take.

SunPro fulfilled all agreements and offerings

I am please that my solar panels are generating energy and usually exceed my usage and provide payments from Reliant!

City Inspector Impressed

The city of Plano, TX sent a person to inspect the new SunPro solar panel system recently installed. As I followed along, he first looked at the panels then the main and auxiliary solar breaker panels. I could tell he was impressed from his comments as we went along. When he removed the newly installed house main breaker panel he asked the name of the company who had installed my solar system. I replied SunPro Solar and he said, "Oh! That's why this all looks so good."

SUN PRO IS A TERRIFIC CHOICE FOR YOUR SOLAR PROVIDER

I did my research online and my entire experience from the beginning to end was top notch with Sunpro Solar. Each division of the installation process was professional and crew personnel arrived promptly and completed their work. The best part of this company is the owner Mark Jones who sent me a handwritten note giving me his cell phone number to contact him personally if I experienced any difficulties. The solar company warranty for 25 years of service and care for the product was certainly a deal clincher for me. My savings on electricity certainly make my choice of Sunpro since June 2019 worth the purchase price.

Excellent Work

The install was quick and easy. The paperwork was minimal. The finance rate was excellent. They took care of everything.

1 star to 5

I cant seem to edit my original review, sunpro has reached out to me and completely changed my mind, they have went above and beyond to resolve my unhappiness. In short, I wasn't happy and they did all they could to fix that. I change my 1 star to 5 stars and give customer an extra 5 stars (10 total) :) THANK YOU SUNPRO for making an unhappy customer HAPPY again. these are the ppl to buy and deal with best customer service iv had in a long time

Most outstanding crews!

Great job by everyone from the beginning sales process with Oscar, to all the installation crew. The exceeded my expectations, everyone was courteous, kind, and professional!

Quality company from sales to installation

Honest sales delivery providing multiple options while providing pros and cons of each option Sunpro offers as well as options and performance of the general types of solar hardware options. The installation and back office (engineering and project mgmt) staff where exemplary - on-time and fully engaged with me throughout the project. I could not more highly recommend this company.

Best Solar Panels : Best Solar Panel Installation

I'm excited to write this review. The staff at Sunpro Solar was amazing. We have had our panels for 5 years. In those five years, we have had one faulty solar panel. Unlike other companies (I've heard horror stories) the staff was helpful and came out to my property within the week to replace my solar panel. Sunpro Solar is honestly an amazing solar panel installation company. I did extensive research on companies in Orange County prior to selecting them as my solar panel provider near me. There were many providers near me to choose from, however, when I finally made my choice they key determining factors were: 1. Solar Company in Business for Years: at the time of my research Sunpro Solar had been in business for years. 2. Quality of Solar Panels: Sunpro Solar supplies SunPower solar panels. They have different types of panels to choose from and Sunpro Solar was extremely helpful in assisting me to make my decision as to which solar panels to install. 3. Warranty: SunPower solar panels come with an extensive warranty. When making our selection, it was important for my husband and I to have a warranty due to the substantial investment. 4. Friendliness: Sunpro Solar staff were patient with my questioning which was honestly pretty relentless. Prior to solar installation, I was pretty naive in solar technology. I asked so many questions to different installation companies. Sunpro staff was the friendliest. Every summer, we have saved hundreds-literally- in our heating and cooling needs. Prior to solar installation, there were quite a bit of tears shed (honestly) with our heating and cooling bill. Our home is quite large and our energy bill was just as enormous. Actually, the reason we decided to switch to solar was because of our large energy bill- we had to do something! I strongly recommend Sunpro Solar if you are in Orange County.

Excellence at it’s best!

Sunpros representative Laurie is very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was fast and efficient. No one can beat the warranty’ and effectiveness of this solar company. The panels are good looking too.

After a full 12 months with my panels, I'm still extremely happy

SunPro has certainly lived up to their promises! I started researching solar in 2014 and didn't find the right match of company, product and fit until I found SunPro in 2017. I'd received several other quotes and and the fact that SunPro had such a good price on these top rated premium LG panels sealed the deal (along with the SunPro guarantee of production) I have circled back to some of my neighbors who went with another company and not LG panels and two in particular stand out... both are quite unhappy with their deal, those systems don't generate as promised and it's left those neighbors paying a solar loan AND a Duke bill most months. From install to support SunPro and these LG panels have lived up to the promises and expectations. I have not had anything due from Duke (aside from the customer charge you cannot get rid of) in several months and this was exactly what I was expecting to see from my system. I absolutely LOVE the micro inverters on these panels and the ability to see consumed and generated in real time ever 15 minutes. Other systems without the micro inverters don't allow the true real time monitoring of your usage and generation to help make tweaks during the day to maximize your generation. I'm excited to get to the end of this, my first FULL year Jan-Dec with the panels so I can bask in the production number at the end of the year.

Sunpro= the definition of TEAM WORK!!

The Sunpro representitave, Scott started the ball in what I would say were the greatest team plays ever. Megan kept me updated regularly and each step was simple, easy and worry free. Never had the pleasure of such great attention to detail until the job was complete. Sunpro made going solar a delightful experience. Thanks!

Sunpro Solar is the best!

Our system was professionally designed and installed by Sunpro several months ago. We love it. The LG panels with microinverters are very efficient. We get a credit from Duke every month. Can’t beat 25 year warranty! Our neighbors are going solar with Sunpro too.

Sunpro Solar is awesome to work with

Sunpro Solar (specifically Chris) is a great company to work with. They are very considerate and honest with regards to what our home needed and how many panels. Chris went above and beyond to ensure the process from buying to installation and follow up has gone perfect. Any issues we did have it was taken care of with out question. Overall I would not chose to work with any other solar company and Chris is phenomenal.

Couldn't be happier to switch!

I interviewed 3 companies before making a final decision on solar. Sunpro is the total package at a great price. Sunpro not only offered a competitive price, but they were very thorough, ensured I knew each step of the process and set me up with realistic expectations. The energy consultation that they perform after solar panel installation is equally important to me, not only am I adding solar energy to home, but I'm using less energy then ever! Eliminating a power bill, saving money, solar is such a no-brainer, I won't hesitate to call them for any and every home I own for life. Their app is awesome as well, you can monitor and learn so much about energy usage!

Totally Professional

The entire SunPro team did a great job with the sale, contract, and installation. Still waiting on the county to inspect. Great Job. The electrical team was exceptional!! Big shout out to the Master Electrician Rosendo for great work.

Incredible Experiance

I'd like to pass on good words about the team that installed my solar panels this Friday. They made the experience a great one and truly made me a believer that there are still service companies out there that care about the customer. Jerry, Mike and Eric were very efficient and took every opportunity to tell me how things were going and what they were doing. Denton and Bryan were also super helpful and explained all the basic steps they needed to do in order to get the electrical where it needed to be to meet code and support the new solar panel system. This stellar team speaks volumes about the business it self...I absolutely recommend Sunpro...PS Military friendly (Big plus)
