Top Notch Company

From start to finish this company is top notch. Regional manager, Tom Mosley, was knowledgeable, personable, and kind. He answered every question we posed to him. He made the sales experience a ZERO pressure one that gave my wife and I time to mull over the decision. The project coordinator, Jessica Pettit, and project manager, Enrique Sanchez, stayed in contact with me after the sale and kept me informed of all that was taking place behind the scenes. They did a great job of keeping us informed! The installation occurred about one month after the sale; I only mention this because we thought it would be some time in June or July. The installers arrived before the scheduled time and met with me prior to beginning. The installers, Alonso, Dom, Joel, and Chris walked me through what they would be doing and in what order they would be doing it. I was never in the dark about any part of this process. They began about 9:00 AM and were packed up and finished before 11:30 AM. The electricians, Jack and Eduardo, were friendly, informative, and worked very fast on installing all of the wiring through my attic and out to the now panel. The finished product passed inspection with flying colors the same day. We were producing electricity by 3:00 PM. The next day, Sunpro Solar contacted me and informed me of a panel that was not communicating with their servers. They sent out men less than 24 hours to check the connection of the panel and get it talking to their network. Sunpro Solar is a great company to work with for your solar energy needs and from meeting their employees, it must be a great place to work as well. Do not hesitate in contacting them. If you like reach out to me and I can refer you!

Superb!

Sunpro was an excellent choice for me.

I am very satisfied with the installation of solar panels by Sunpro. I give Jay excellent 5 star rating for his professionalism throughout the whole process. I am amazed by the amount of electricity being produced by the solar panels and the amount of money being saved. Sunpro is a 5 star company.

A Company with a Personal Touch

5 stars for this company. They have a team that treats you like family. They are on time and keep their word. I call them and there are no run around, I speak directly to the top guys, a rarity these days. Adam and Jessie are always on top of everything. I tell them my problem and they give suggestions on how we could work things out. They even text me off hours when I have a question. No outsourced customer service; you just speak directly to them. My overall experience with this company from their CEO to the solar technician were amazing. I will recommend them to all my friends and family

Excellent Solar Panels

Melyssa Godsey Lead project coordinator and her team did excellent job in my 35 LG solar panels.I have it running for almost a month now and its producing in regular sunny day from 60 to 69 Kilowatt/hour and Im only consuming around 25 Kilowatt/hour a day. I would highly recommend Sunpro solar especially Melyssa, she is very professional and will help you all the way from start to finishing the project.

Profesional service all around

Jonathan Price and the entire team at SunPro are so professional. Jonathan is always available to answer any questions I have. The installation took about 4 hours for 26 panels. Everyone has been pleasant and helpful to work with. The panels look great, the electrical work looks great and it was approved a couple of days after it was completed. Switching to the new electric company was so easy. Great team of professionals!!!

Very professional

Very quick installation, always worked with us - Lisa is the best!

Outstanding and professional

Today your team of installers completed the installation of my 28 panels along with the connection to my electrical system. They were quick, courteous and professional throughout this process. If I had any questions they did their best to answer my questions. Devin Leathers my sales rep also stopped by and checked on the progress of the install. While he was here I was able to pick up a referral one of my neighbors. So, far this has been a very delightful experience. I look forward to many years of dealing with these professionals. Thank all SunPro staff, keep up the great work.

Going Green the Sunpro Solar way.

Helped me obtain a loan with very low interest and no downpayment for 15 years, Apply and pay for all the city and state license and later inspections. They contacted Oncor to reset the smart meter and make it ready for the solar energy system. The same day Sunpro team came installed the whole system and was up and running the same day. All that time the coordinator kept informed by phone or email, answered all my questions and my concerns. I am glad I chose Sunpro Solar.

VERY ORGANIZED AND PROFESSIONAL

I DID MY RESEARCH AND FELT IT SUNPRO WAS THE BEST COMPANY WITH THE BEST PRODUCT.

Easy install, great software, good advice

Sunpro was recommended by a neighbor (and Sunpro paid him the promised "reward," which was heartening to me). From the first visit of the salesman to the final installation of the Nest thermostat, all went very smoothly and quickly. The salesman advised me to use appliances (dishwasher, washing machine) during the day to max out use of generated electricity. And after the installation of the panels, one of the installers advised me to have a certain tree trimmed. I just did that, as soon as it lost all its leaves. The person who came to change the light bulbs, install the thermostat, and do the "air pump" (not sure what you call it) helped me by putting insulating tape around my HVAC closet door--an easy fix but something I had not done. I'm very happy with the panels. I call them my "silent partner." Bills are really tanking in the winter because I don't have electric heat, so it's fun!

Very professional

They called as soon as we requested info. The other company never replied

Great Product

Well installed. Receiving great service from my array. Power Bill almost nonexistant.
