ADT Solar (formerly Sunpro Solar)

Excellent company, from start to finish!

Very happy with Sunpro! The sales rep was very thorough and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I chose them because of their superior warranties and the fact that they’re also a roofing company.

A+ Service! I love my solar panels!

Sunpro was awesome! Excellent communication throughout the process and the installation was fast too. My solar panels look incredible and work fantastic. Thanks sunpro!!!

Sunpro

The contract was signed on 7-22-21 and SunPro was ready to schedule install on 8-12-21, less then a month. SunPro offers LG 375 Solar panels made here in the USA and considered the best in the industry. SunPro has a 25 year warranty which is among the best in the solar business. Sunpro has an apples to apples Price match guarantee. Paul Schlosser was always willing to get on the phone with me at any time I wanted to speak to someone from SunPro about the project.

Reginal is great salesman

I choose to go with Sunpro because our salesman was very patient and very informative. We had no question we made the right choice.

Service was a Great

Sunpro was very professional throughout the whole process. I really liked that they don’t use sub-contractors to install on my home. My system has been installed for 8 months and my highest bill was $1.93. Talk about a savings. I had one issue with 3 of my panels on my system and they came out to replacement panels because it was a defect. I have recommended 2 of my co-workers to Sunpro and I received $1000 for each one of my co- workers when they got installed last month. If you are looking into to solar definitely choose this company. They will take care of you.

Excellent customer service and unbelievable energy savings

A few years ago we had solar panels installed by Sunpro. Our energy bill went from $150-$250 per month to nothing (except having to pay for the monthly meter fee from the utility company $20). Later on, we had an installation problem with the solar panels and was quickly resolved by Sherril Teller. The customer service by her and her team has left a positive impact. Thank you very much! I recommend Sunpro to anyone who wishes to save money on their energy bills.

Sun Pro

I was contacted by a lot of companies to discuss solar panels on my home….SunPro was actually the ONLY company that bothered to show up! They kept in constant contact with me regarding each step of the process all the way through SW Electric finally getting my meter changed out! I’m pretty sure at this point, I’ve spoken to just about everyone in the Louisiana office! My team that installed my panels COULD NOT have been more professional and the installation of the Nest and the lightbulbs in my home was also a breeze and handled with extreme professionalism! The SunPro Companies has really tried to do everything they could to ensure that I was a happy, satisfied customer, and they achieved that!

Exciting Day

Excellent installation. Team was extremely polite, clean, and fast. Had our system installed in no time, as well as policing around the house for any debris. Just waiting on Alachua County inspection and GRU hookup. Thank you guys for a GREAT JOB!!!

The company is excellant they took care of everything!

We chose they because they were professional, had a great warantee.

Very pleased with SunPro install.

So far, we are very happy with SunPro. Our 28 solar panels were installed on Feb. 24. The installation crew arrived at 8am, and two others arrived a few hours later to install the electrical. Two of them worked until 8pm, almost completing the work in one day. Crew leader Ryan was very professional and it went smoothly (and more quietly than I'd expected). Midafternoon, EnergyPro arrived with their home energy package -- a Nest thermostat, insulation wrap for the hot water heater, LEDs, weather stripping, etc. -- and they did a home energy audit that was much more thorough than the one Duke Energy did here two years ago. The system passed inspection on March 16. Two SunPro installers arrived early to make a last connection and were here for the inspection. Again, very professional. Chris explained what they were doing and answered our questions. On March 25, I signed Duke Energy's paperwork for the interconnection. I had a question and called my project manager, who returned with an answer the same day. Now all that is left is for Duke Energy to install the bi-directional (net) meter.

Install review

The sales person was knowledgeable and professional.

Great Experience.

Sunpro, and in particular Hector, made going solar, simple and painless. Hector thoroughly explained the whole process, and also ensured that he was present when it came time for the panel installation. He has made himself available at all hours of the day and night for any questions that I have had, and ensures that all my questions are answered. Hector is a kind man, and has excellent customer service skills. I truly appreciate Sunpro and Hector for such a wonderful experience.

Professional and easy

Sunpro solar has great customer service. With solar energy still not being a common thing I wanted a company that will follow up on any problems. Sunpro solar has my trust that they will be there when I need them.

Great service!

professional experts with great savings

EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

From start to finish we have been delighted with the engagement, installation and performance of our system! We only pay $16-18 per month for electricity use mostly in fees! The income tax rebates came in as promised! The other benefit was they gave us a $1000 paid to Dominion which we still have a credit balance after 1 year and in-home energy gadgets ie. Nest Thermostat, lights and attic blanket which further helps us save $$! Super pleased!

SunPro was professional and knowledgeable.

After talking to the Brian Hursey I was convinced that this a right decision to have solar energy in Florida.

The Best in Solar

I researched and talked with 2 other solar providers before Chad came along. One was a low cost, low quality, local provider. They were nice, and pleasant, but I got the impression going with them would be a mistake due to their limited resources. The second was Shine Solar. They continually badgered me and gave me 4 different prices before I finally blocked them and almost gave up on doing solar at all. Then, Chad came along, showed me what SunPro could do, with a calm demeanor and no pressure. SunPro had about the same pricing as what Shine finally offered on their 4th attempt, plus extras, like utility bill credits and home energy improvements at no additional charge. Bottom line, my monthly solar bill is less than what it would be with OEC, my electric utility. I never have to worry about rate hikes, which are an annual occurrence. I received a tax credit, which I turned into a "free" hot tub that will operate on electricity my panels will generate. My home is energy efficient and liberated from OEC. And, I'm doing my part to limit my carbon footprint. If you live in the OK metro, there is no reason not to consider SunPro Solar. Nothing out of pocket, no electric bill, a solar payment that's less than my electric bill was, tax credit, and even some energy efficiency gifts from SunPro. On top of that, Chad Miller Sunpro works our area, and you couldn't ask for a better, more trustworthy sales associate. Thanks again Chad!

Very professional and great prices!

They came in showed me what would work and we came to a conclusion that a ground mount was my best option and no other company cared enough to look at that. It made a huge increase in production and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

good follow through

Everybody did a great job, The last 4 months we haven't had a electrical charge from our provider.

Great

From start to finish the service was great.

Great decision

I spoke with a couple solar companies and glad I went with SunPro. They explained everything ever step of the way. The guys doing the installation are very courteous, and respectful.

Great Company to work with

Company was been really great to work with. My salesperson Carly Price has been very helpful and continued even after everything was installed. Speaking to customer service has been real easy also. Overall this has been a great experience working with Sunpro.

Solar Panels

I went with Sunpro Solar because they made sure it was a good fit for me before letting me sign up. It is a great investment and feels good giving back to the environment. I highly recommend giving them a chance to see if it is right for you!

I think it very nice

Because may light bill was outrage

Best Decision

After extensive research with many different companies, we had it narrowed down to two. Sunpro Solar was by far the best in terms of everything. From the initial consult with Blake to the weekly dealings with Matthew, we were blown away by this company's professionalism, organization and thoroughness. They handled everything! It was a great experience and I HIGHLY encourage people to use this company. We even asked for a yard sign to advertise them, that's how much we loved this company.
