Great Solar System Install

After getting input from a number of my neighbors, I had Sunny Energy prepare a proposal for a full house solar system. They were very thorough with their evaluation and offered a very competitive proposal. I decided to contract with them for the installation. They handled all the permitting and approvals required. They showed up on time with a whole crew of folks and had the system installed in a half a day. They were present for the inspection by the local electric utility and everything went perfect! I would highly recommend them!!

Sunny Energy is the best!

The entire process went exactly how they promised it would, and they communicated with us at every step. We were up and running when they said we would be, and they were just awesome to work with. They took care of everything, and we would recommend them to everyone!

Best Decision for Solar

From our Sales Rep Jordan Kunz and Taylor Candy at the office the decision to go with Sunny Energy was great. Jordan explained everything to us thoroughly as we had not knowledge as to how the solar system worked and Taylor answered any questions we had after we purchased our system. We did nothing after that as Sunny Energy handled everything from getting permits, expert installation. inspections and working with APS to have our system turned on. We are extremely happy with the decision we made with buying our system from Sunny Energy and highly recommend them for anyone considering solar power.

A win, win with a good company!

Sunny Energy was very informative, honest and kind throughout the whole process of getting solar installed at my home. They spelled out all of the benefits for me and explained the government push to promote cleaner energy. This whole process was seamless and relatively quick. That also includes the team work with APS (power company) jumping on board to complete the project. There are a lot of solar companies out there right now. Sunny Energy is the way to go in my opinion! They are up and coming and clearly care about their customers! Thank you!

We were completely happy with our installation and the operation of our system with the upcoming summer heat we are looking forward to saving money and helping the environment by generating our own power. Sunny Energy kept us informed during the installation process and getting us on line.

Good job

I am pleased with my solar. Interestingly, during installation some of my siding was damaged. The installer pointed it out to me. He didn't hide it and said the company would take care of it. They did. Melanie problem solved and didn't give up and fixed it to my satisfaction. She even came out on a holiday.

Fantastic

We had a few small problems with the install, wound up putting us behind for the turn on date. I'm still giving 5 stars as communication was truly excellent throughout the process and every person who came to our house made us comfortable they were there. This company really cares about customer service and it shows. Loved our sales guy, Rich, who followed through way after the sale was done and his responsibility was over.

Great Job

Great experience and great people at Sunny Energy. The process explained up front, the designers worked with me to move some panels around on the roof, installation took about three hours and now waiting for the electric company to permit the system to run. Sunny Energy staff kept us informed throughout the process. Better equipment and better price with Sunny Energy than other providers.

This company is a joy to work with. Everything went smooth and amazingly fast! Everyone has been beyond courteous and helpful. Installation went super quick and the only real hold up was the utility company inspection and final write off. Thank you Sunny Energy. Biggest residential solar system ever!!!

I was referred to Sunny Energy by some friends of mine and right away I knew I liked the sales guy. You could tell he was just one of them good ol’ boys. He and I went through several options and I’m not sure he know what to think of me at first. I’m an electricial enegineer and work in the utility world so I was asking a ton of questions. So after he and I got through several conversations we came to an agreement so I signed up. I will say I demanded several items that was outside the normal way they do their projects but they did everything they promised and I couldn’t be more happy. I had to upgrade my utility service from 200amp to 400amp because my system was so large. (25000 Watts) the survey crew, engineers, installers, and start up guys where nothing but amazing. They never at anytime made me feel as though I was just another project. They even adjusted schedules and work flow to accommodate my personal life activities. Not one time did they ever complain behave as though it was their way and there were no other options. I could go into details but don’t think I’d have enough room to write that book here. So to sum up my comments, Sunny Energy is absolutely amazing in every way. If you don’t use them you will have made the biggest mistake of your life.

We have been a customer of Sunny Energy for almost 2 years now. Not a day has gone by that I have not regretted our solar decision! The system is still working great, their customer service ( Melodie) is outstanding!! And my electric bill is in the back of my mind knowing I am covered by solar. When I was first approached by Sunny Energy LLC I was pretty unsure of trusting them. Since the first day I had always keep a keen eye on them and after about 6 months now I have to say I am very happy. The customer service is great and the employees who installed the equipment were really great also. I am extremely happy with their performance.

Solar System Purchase Experience

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Sunny Energy LLC for exceeding my expectations regarding the purchase and installation of my home solar system. When I initially approached Sunny Energy, I had very little understanding of how a solar system worked, the cost of a system, return on investment and all of the other benefits of going solar. We had an excellent Sales Representative who was very knowledgeable and was able to present me with a very compelling rationale for moving forward with the purchase. Once the contract was signed, Sunny Energy took over and professionally managed the entire installation. The site survey, system design, permits, physical installation, connection to APS and turning the system on was all handled by Sunny Energy with little or no involvement on my part. Once the system was installed, I was thoroughly trained on how to the use monitoring system which I happen to find very useful. If I had to select a solar system vendor again, and knowing what I know today, there would be absolutely no hesitation on my part in selecting Solar Energy. Needless to say, I highly recommend Sunny Electric to anyone considering an investment in solar.
