I recently purchased solar panels from Sunny energy and had a wonderful experience. Not only were they quick and efficient, they took the extra time to inform us at every step in the process. I would definitely recommend them as a solar provider.

Great customer service

we had several people stop by our house for solar but Sunny Energy stood out above threat. The sales person was great and great customer service has followed ever since. Living in Arizona, it seemed like the responsible thing to do with over 300 days of sunshine. Great company!

Excellent service throughout.

From the initial meeting with the sales representative to the final commissioning of the solar system the service I received was first class. The installation team worked tremendously hard and did an excellent job. They were extremely accommodating too. I highly recommend Sunny Energy for your solar system.

Plus we're making a significant impact to our energy savings. They came, answered all my questions and helped me to best understand how to utilize my solar production during peak hours. Good Review

I met with 4 different solar companies before choosing Sunny Energy. The warranties were the best that I saw. The price was 3 to $10,000 less than the other companies. The installation process was very simple and easy. With my calculations, including the tax credits, the system should pay for itself in 8 to 9 years. I do not have to worry about utility company's price increases on an almost yearly basis. So now all I do is write a different name on the check to pay for my electricity usage. We are snowbirds from Wisconsin, so we are certain that APS will be crediting our account in the summer months.

Solar Panel Installation

HIGHLY Recommend Sunny Energy for your residential Solar Panel needs. Living in Arizona, I felt somewhat obligated to at least consider Solar energy for my home’s electrical needs. I went into the venture not knowing if I could afford it or not, AND with an extensive list of questions. I eventually talked with 9 solar companies. Sunny Energy (Rich M) quickly moved to the top of my list due to Rich’s CLEAR explanations and patience in answering my questions. Only one other company even heard out my entire list. Rich researched a few obscure questions I had—and didn’t downplay my interest in knowing about them. Rich did not use the pushy salesman approach that ALL the other companies had employed. I needed time to decide if I wanted to move forward, but had decided on Sunny Energy if I chose to do so. Again, Rich and the staff were patient and not pushy. Once I decided to move forward, I had interactions with Rich and several of Sunny Energy’s staff over the phone. I was a very inquisitive and detail oriented customer, but Sunny Energy’s staff continued to make me comfortable to call them for any reason. I had numerous calls with Taylor and Kristina during this time. Both were courteous, patient and always either had an answer--or found out what the answer was. Excellent customer service. The installation process includes many steps, including inspections and a LOT of coordination. In every case, things were handled professionally. Again, any question I had about timing or clarification on where things stood was handled by Taylor and Sunny’s team in a flawless and courteous manner. If needed my concern was escalated to Chris W, who was the most reasonable upper management person I’ve worked with in years. He entertained any concern I had, and resolved every one of them. This is clearly a company that is committed to excellent customer service. A+

Very fast

They delivered on what they promised. The system was up and Connected in two and a half months from when we signed the contract to being connected. The only problem we had was the inspector didn’t like the control panel being behind the satellite dish( which is on the ground) and they paid to have it moved.

Keith was our salesman, gave us facts in an easy to understand manner, no pressure at all, everything went smoothly, Taylor was very informative during the whole process. Every person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Installers were very informative as they did there work. Chad the technician went above and beyond in getting our system up and running. Wonderful Service and Follow UP

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. From the initial in home consultation, to the installation, to responding to follow up questions and requests this company (and particularly their customer service rep - Melanie Love) has been professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Nearly every question or text has received a response in less than two hours. Within a year I had them back out to install three more panels because the system is exceeding the original production estimates. My level billing is $50.......yes $50 in Arizona!

Salesman was very friendly and laid out facts in an easy to understand manner; loan process was easy, everything went smoothly, everyone was informative during the whole process. Every person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. Installers even replaced a GFI outlet that happened to go bad on a day they were there but unable to do anything because it rained. I highly recommend this company if you’re considering solar.

Awesome Company

There are so many solar companies out there knocking on your door every day. I have to say that Sunny Energy was everything I’d hope they would be. Their communication was to the point and not overwhelming while at the same time I never felt like I was out of the loop. Someone always answered the phone and always replied to an email. Our system was installed extremely fast and I did not feel like it was a waiting game at all. A pleasure to do business with for sure!

Great Solar System Install

After getting input from a number of my neighbors, I had Sunny Energy prepare a proposal for a full house solar system. They were very thorough with their evaluation and offered a very competitive proposal. I decided to contract with them for the installation. They handled all the permitting and approvals required. They showed up on time with a whole crew of folks and had the system installed in a half a day. They were present for the inspection by the local electric utility and everything went perfect! I would highly recommend them!!

Sunny Energy is the best!

The entire process went exactly how they promised it would, and they communicated with us at every step. We were up and running when they said we would be, and they were just awesome to work with. They took care of everything, and we would recommend them to everyone!

Best Decision for Solar

From our Sales Rep Jordan Kunz and Taylor Candy at the office the decision to go with Sunny Energy was great. Jordan explained everything to us thoroughly as we had not knowledge as to how the solar system worked and Taylor answered any questions we had after we purchased our system. We did nothing after that as Sunny Energy handled everything from getting permits, expert installation. inspections and working with APS to have our system turned on. We are extremely happy with the decision we made with buying our system from Sunny Energy and highly recommend them for anyone considering solar power.

A win, win with a good company!

Sunny Energy was very informative, honest and kind throughout the whole process of getting solar installed at my home. They spelled out all of the benefits for me and explained the government push to promote cleaner energy. This whole process was seamless and relatively quick. That also includes the team work with APS (power company) jumping on board to complete the project. There are a lot of solar companies out there right now. Sunny Energy is the way to go in my opinion! They are up and coming and clearly care about their customers! Thank you!

We were completely happy with our installation and the operation of our system with the upcoming summer heat we are looking forward to saving money and helping the environment by generating our own power. Sunny Energy kept us informed during the installation process and getting us on line.

Good job

I am pleased with my solar. Interestingly, during installation some of my siding was damaged. The installer pointed it out to me. He didn't hide it and said the company would take care of it. They did. Melanie problem solved and didn't give up and fixed it to my satisfaction. She even came out on a holiday.

Fantastic

We had a few small problems with the install, wound up putting us behind for the turn on date. I'm still giving 5 stars as communication was truly excellent throughout the process and every person who came to our house made us comfortable they were there. This company really cares about customer service and it shows. Loved our sales guy, Rich, who followed through way after the sale was done and his responsibility was over.
