Sunny has the best people and gives Outstanding service. The salesman,install team and the rest of the company staff that we dealt with were the best in the business. The six man install team only took 3.5 hours to completely install the whole 34 panel system. The after action interview was Great and all of our questions were answered. Overall a truly fantastic experience!!!

My experience with Sunny Energy has been phenomenal, from the sales person to the installation. Everyone from the company that I’ve had contact with has been super friendly and professional. They walked me through the whole process and always kept me informed on everything that needed to be done. My panels were installed faster than what I expected. Sunny Energy provides what they promise

I’d like to take a minute to reflect on my experience with Sunny Energy. I decided to do a solar system last November and contacted several recommended solar systems. After talking with four of those companies directly I selected Sunny Energy. The sales person was very knowledgeable and recommended a system that none of the others educated me on. It was a system with limited panels but got me the best rates. They were really great at explaining the various electric company rate systems and how I could do the best, without trying to sell me a huge number of panels. I appreciated their honesty. Once I decided they immediately went to work. They were also honest on the timeline. I was kept informed by email and phone calls every step along the way and always made sure I knew what was coming. They always showed up on time and did what was promised. I now have a working system and I am very happy with the system and the company. They even said they would come back and paint the conduit the same color as the roof as per HOA reminder. I think you will like your experience working with Sunny Energy and to this point the equipment is working as promised. I would certainly recommend Sunny Energy to family and friends. If I ever find that a larger system would be advantageous to me I will call Sunny Energy to do that work.

A big win all the way around

We had Sunny Energy install our system on our new home and could not be happier. The process was well explained in clear and educated way. We had talked to other vendors and the sales pitch felt fishy. Sunny Energy was very transparent and honest with the entire process. Timelines were clear established accomplished ahead of schedule, even the APS turn on. On top of that our solar production is better than I anticipated. We are very pleased with our choice to use Sunny Energy and Highly recommend them.

Extremely Easy Process

Sunny Energy installed a 9.1kw system for us. The entire process was very easy for us, from an online meeting to go over the steps, process etc. to meeting in person for a site review. After we chose Sunny Energy, the process started very quickly and we were informed of each step. In addition they have a website that tracks your project and lets you know what is next...so communication is good. Installation went smoothly and once APS was ready activation was done promptly. All in all from sales, to customer service to installation the process was easy, quick and painless. Our system is up and functioning and we enjoy following the tracker to see how things are working. Highly recommend.

Excellent Products and Services

After doing a lot of research on solar energy providers, I chose Sunny Energy because this company offers high-quality solar panels, professional design and installation, and superb customer followup. Sunny Energy takes all the hassle out of going solar, which makes good economic sense in terms of generous tax incentives, relatively short payback period and home resale value. I have two other residences that could benefit from going solar and would have no reservations about engaging Sunny Energy for these installations.

Fantastic Company

No reason to look further for a solar company. Sunny Energy has been nothing more than pleasant to work with. All the staff I've come in contact with have been very helpful and efficient. They go above and beyond to get things done and even throw in a free critter guard around the solar panels. After care is also above and beyond. Someone comes out to your house to explain everything you need to know about your panels and monitoring your system. The warranties on their products are excellent. I will definitely be going back to Sunny Energy if I ever move again.

From the very first call I made with Sunny Energy, I was immediately taken care of! They had a rep within a day come out and thoroughly go over all the details about our solar energy potential and was extremely kind and personable! The installation process was one of my husband and I's biggest fears about the whole commitment to going solar, but afterwards, the installation was a breeze and it turned out beautifully. I highly recommend this company, they have been with us every step of the process and have made it such an exciting endeavor!

The best local solar company I could find.

When we decided to move to AZ a few months ago I knew that solar was going to be one thing that was on the top of my list to have installed on our house. Where we came from “MS” the availability of solar is pretty much “0”, mainly due to the amount of shading from trees and absolutely no support of it by the state. I have a background in electronics “pretty much everything with electricity flowing through it” and knew all the basics about solar already. After moving here I started researching what is currently available at the time and then set out to start meeting with companies and getting quotes. We didn’t have to look far, as within a week of moving in we had multiple door-to-door solar sales people knocking, all trying to get our business. All of the door-to-to door people were high pressure sales, trying to get us to purchase / lease as big of a system as they could sell us “hoping we didn’t know better”, those I ushered right out. I met with about a dozen companies including the door-to-door people, and narrowed our search down to three companies, one happen to be Sunny Energy. Our sales person “Mike”, was one of the easiest sales people to deal with, he was laid back, not high pressure, and he didn’t try to over sell us a system that would not be worth our ROI. The other two companies were actually more interested in what they were selling us as both of them immediately wanted us to spend a few thousand $ more, that pretty much cinched the deal with me. All the equipment Sunny Energy is high end equipment too, nothing cheap or short lived about it. The system comes with a 25year warranty on top of it. The REC panels they use are one of the top rated panels on all the review sites, and the Solar Edge converter is one of the most efficient available. We didn’t have to do anything after signing either; Sunny Energy took care of all the permits and paperwork. They designed the system layout for optimum performance “they didn’t just throw it up on the roof not worrying about where the panels were facing”. Their installation crew was even showed up early to do the install and had everything installed in just under three hours “very impressive for the amount of work they did”. After everything was approved and the switches thrown everything worked perfectly, no going back and trying to figure out what went wrong, “actually had a neighbor experience that after going with a different company and they had to come back twice to figure out why the system wasn’t working right”. I really like the Solar Edge monitoring platform; we can watch all of our solar production and see just how much we are producing on a daily basis, anxious to see the impact on the APS bill. Over all I would give Sunny Energy 5 out of 5 stars as they were honest about what we needed, nothing high pressure and they were always happy to answer any question we had about the system. They also kept us fully informed every step of the way from start to finish.

We've had such a wonderful experience with Sunny Energy. They have been extremely helpful, quick to serve, and very friendly. We were nervous about dealing with a shady company, but we really lucked out with them. I recommend them a million times over. Everyone from sales to installation to post-installation has been amazing.

I researched several solar companies, and also came on contact with a person nearby who had researched considerably more before deciding on Sunny Energy. Our salesman Chris explained everything in a total professional manner, and not once was pushy during the process. This company is clearly committed to excellent customer service-they sell and service their product without out-sourcing labor. process went quickly and smoothly-both Taylor was on top of all the details from then on, making sure the paper work was completed for City, county and APS, always informing me where the job status state was. Even OK to operate went quickly and seamlessly, and our salesman did a followup visit to may sure everything was explained and in proper order.

Over the top Service

I really want to recommend Sunny Energy. They have been nothing but helpful and communicative during the entire experience. Right from the start they were over the top helpful. When the panels were to be installed, I noticed that they were not where we wanted them. I immediately called my sales rep who got in touch with the "boss". The crew actually turned around (they had already left) and returned to move the panels into the correct placement. The crew were happy and friendly and didn't seem to mind at all. Truly over the top service. I am so glad I went with Sunny Energy.
