From the quote to installation, SunLogix was super easy to work with. Joe was my installer (3/4 ton mini split unit) and Katie helped me with payment and financing. I have used SunLogix for Solar and HVAC. SunLogix is at the top of my list for professionalism, service and project control/completion. Their prices are fair and importantly they do their projects on time, completely and neatly. In addition, the follow up and follow thru is the best I have experienced in many years. They bring back "old-school" customer service which is rare in our current tech/AI world. This is the company to choose if you want a stress free experience!!

Wayne was fantastic! he knew exactly what was wrong. My only complaint was that the $150 to do the diagnostic was not waived after I agreed to change the capacitor for a $350 fee. Unfortunately, Wayne did not explain it to me, but I had assumed that the 150 will be waived since the capacitor was going to be charged at $350. Wayne explained it to me that he couldn’t do much because it was company policy. I then retracted not to talk their saleman to get a quote for both AC unit and a new furnace.

I signed a contract with Sunlogix in July 2025 to begin my solar installation process. Unfortunately, the experience was much longer and more frustrating than expected. I had to repeatedly call and follow up for months, and was consistently told that my project was still in the design queue. The panels were finally installed on December 19, 2025, but that was only part of the process. After installation, I had to wait for city and IID approvals before the system could be turned on. That process also took much longer than it should have, partly because the paperwork was initially sent to the wrong office and had to be resubmitted. Throughout this time, I was told delays were due to the city and IID, but there was very little communication or proactive updates from Sunlogix. My loan payments started in March 2026, yet my system was not activated until April 9, 2026. This meant I was paying for solar panels that weren’t even in use, while still paying my full electric bill at the same time. For comparison, I had solar installed at a previous home in 2020 with a different company, and the entire process from signing to activation took about 3 to 4 months. With Sunlogix, it took around 10 months. I understand that processes can vary, but the delays and lack of coordination here were significant. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the technicians who came out for the installation were professional, efficient, and helpful. They did a great job on-site. Overall, the installation team was great, but the project management and paperwork process needs serious improvement. If you’re considering this company, be prepared for potential delays.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quote came in $10K less than the competitor and all of the details were laid out plainly up front. Installation was performed by a well oiled machine of highly competent local technicians. As soon as one task was done, they already had a team ready to take over the next one. Even the liaison with our HOA was effortless and when SoCal Edison dragged their feet on changing our service to a solar plan, they persisted and made sure that the conversion was complete. Can't recommend them enough.

No more power fluctuations that burn out electronics with my newly installed battery backup system. No more wondering if my life will be interrupted by the notorious unreliability of Edison. Loved The People, Great Service, Family Atmosphere

I just really enjoyed the whole experience I was very afraid of solar myself. Because of all the male practices that were going on 10 years ago, all the horror stories. But they came to my home very polite, Covid sensitive, and they install the top line LG panels, which they monitor for the life of your solar panel system, any problems they come by and fix it. I paid no money upfront and there’s no costs for repairs. My bill to Edison is only $10 now, and I only pay $130 for the solar panel system which own. If you were going to get a solar panel system, he simply can’t go wrong with Sunlogix Energy.

Transparency

From my initial call to simply ask a couple of questions about solar and if it was a good fit for me, to the final phone calls given to me not only to say the project was completed but to make sure I was genuinely happy, Sunlogix went above and beyond. I never felt pressured to make a decision and any an all questions asked were answered whether it was a phone call, text, email or a combination of the three. They did not speak bad of any other solar company and in addition even recommended other companies to me in case I was interested in gathering other quotes. Their personnel was very knowledgeable and I was informed about everything going on during the process of my project. The crew that installed my system were all very courteous, professional and kind. Sunlogix did amazing work inside and out. I am very happy I chose them to install my solar system. Not only did I get a great solar system on my roof that will come with so much savings for me but I also gained so much knowledge and have such a better understanding about solar all around! No pressure

I met with 3 companies here in the desert and probably got calls from 20 companies. I almost didn’t go forward just because I felt so pressured from other companies. Sunlogix was the last company I sat down with and not only did they deal with my 5 emails of questions a day they never made me feel like I have to sign TODAY. I really can’t say one bad thing.

I have nothing but RAVES for this experience. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. From the salesman (Ken Waski) to the roofers to the electricians. It was a lot like being at Disneyland, where everyone is happy. During our conversations, 2 different times with 2 different people, where many would say something derogatory about another company, neither one would. They simply sell themselves and quality. I am a retired tradesman. I know what an installation that "Will work" is and what a Craftsmanship Like installation is. These people are Craftsmen.
