DO NOT BUY FROM SUNLIGHT SOLAR INC ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING THE SALE AFTER THAT YOUR ON YOUR OWN I PURCHASE ENOUGH OF THE SOLAR PANELS FOR MY HOME THAT I NEEDED BUT WAS TOLD BY MY ELECTRIC COMPANY 6 MONTHS AFTER THEY WERE TURN ON I SHOULD HAVE MY SOLARS PANALS CHECK OUT THEY ARE NOT PRODUCING ENOUGH ENERGY I DID GET IN TOUCH WITH SUNLIGHT SOLAR AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND SOMEBODY OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT THEM THEY NEVER GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME I DONT THINK THEY EVER SEND SOMEBODY OUT TO CHECK THEM OUT WHEN I CALL THEM THEY CLAIM THAT SOMEBODY DID CAME TO MY HOUSE BUT I DIDNT SEE ANYBODY COME AND NO NOTES WAS LEFT NOW ONE YEAR LATER I AM STILL HAVING ISSUES WITH MY SOLAR PANELS MY ELECTRIC COMPANY EMAIL ME AGAIN ABOUT IT WHEN I CALL SUNLIGHT SOLAR THEY REFUSED TO CHECK THEM OUT AND TOLD ME TO PURCHASE MORE SOLAR PANELS WHICH I DONT NEED I HAVE FILE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM PLEASE BE CAREFULL WHOM YOU BUY YOUR SOLAR PANALS FROM

Had roof, solar, and some electrical done to my ex mother in laws home. Crews were fantastic at what they do. I had plenty of time to pick my roof color, had the most advanced solar panels, and they passed inspection the first time. Overall I was happy that my 84 year mom did not have to chase them down for anything. They made sure they called and checked in periodically which even made her more happy. Thank you Sunlight solar for a great job ! Well Done! Well Done!

Please stay away from this company. I seriously doubt the reviews now though it was these reviews which made me select this company. The service is sub par. They did not update me during different stages of the installation. The worst was when I saw the total amount they charged me for an Qcell 365w 15 panel system with Enphase micro inverters. They charged me way higher then the latest 400 w panels. I regret selecting this company as now I learned that they charged me $7000 more than any other installer. Even after overcharging, I recently found that consumption meters which are normally installed by reputable companies (250-400 typically for a separate install) was not installed and they wanted an additional 600 dollars for the same. Please do your homework. Get multiple quotes for same model systems from same manufacturer. Don't get cheated by dishonest people!

I had my solar installed in 2017 and Sunlight Solar came out to give me an estimate and everything was explained in detail and written up which also involved of replacing the shingles and underpayment and installing new gutters.The reason for my two star review is that they are trying to charge me a transfer fee for the Warranty that I received for the roof as well as the Solar Panels and in my contract there was no mention of any transfer fees and I have since had to file a complaint with the BBB and leaving reviews in the hopes that the President Jeff Carelli will take care of this because I have left two Emails and all I get is an invoice for 200.00 to transfer the warranty which I responded with my contract where it stated that the warranty is transferable and I have left two Voicemails and still nothing, so much for customer service. Sunlight Solar delivered as promised, on time, nothing for me to do but sign the contract and wait while they went through the permit process. It was a good price. I paid $15,000 for 11 350w panels, before subtracting the $3,000 credit, The work was excellent - very neat appearing and secure and they were careful on the roof. I've had the system for 11 months, and it's doing a great job. The personnel were friendly and efficient and personable. It's delivering the power I expected. I do think they could have done a better job of researching my usage, as I think it might be better to have one more panel, but since my bill doesn't "true-up for another month, I can't say for sure. Jan, Feb and March 2019 have been very gloomy months!
