I have a system installed by this company and its a few years old and issues like a poor install and equipment installed by them failed. I have a warranty but here is the issue it covers nothing! The parts are covered by the companies that made the panels and parts NOT Sunbelt and then they wash their hands of it then they dont even cover their own laber. I was charged $2000 to fix the issue which isnt fixed because 2 panels dont work? They can replace THEM because the company that made it is out of business? So they want another $1200 to replace just 2 panels! WITH A WARRANTY ON THE SYSTEM every dollar spent comes from my pocket and they havent done anything on their warranty!! THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AND OR INSTALL. FIND A BETTER COMPANY SOLAR SYSTEM ARE EXPENSIVE AND REQUIRE YEARS OF SERVICE...THESE GUYS WONT HAVE YOUR BACK! RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE!!! As stated you only really back your work for a year what are the chances something goes wrong after a year and so again you havent covered a single item under a so called warranty so labor isnt covered and no parts are covered seem like I STATED CORRECTLY WARRANTY IS A GIMMICK TO SELL YOUR SUBPART WORK AND SYSYEM!
