SUNation Energy

Awesome Panels, Awesome customer service

I installed 27 panels a few years ago using SUNation. They have the best customer service and are always on top of their game. These panels work flawlessly and we are very happy wit the installation and entire process. Thank you.

Responsiveness

I worked with Mike Copeland and that made a difference. He is straight shooter, no BS and he was always on point with other members of his team delivering on schedule

Wonderful

SUNation is hands down one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. The communication, sales process and installation was all top notch. Our salesman Rohan was absolutely fantastic and did a great job explaining everything to us and keeping in touch. The installers were very prompt, professional, and courteous. Overall, SUNation is one of those companies that truly cares about their customers and the environment unlike some other solar companies that try to scam you. I am 100% satisfied and happy that I chose to do business with SUNation.

10 stars if possible

Salesman (Bill Auth) was incredible and the install was flawless

Professional Solar Installation

It took me several years to move forward with a financed solar system to offset my PSEG bill. I knew I needed a new roof and tree removal and Sunation offered the best deal with complete installation. All equipment comes with 25 year warranty along with 25 monitoring and customer service. Peace of mind for years to come making the outside of my house looking great well into the future!

net metered 8 kw roof top

Excellent communication and follow up. no hidden fees or surprises. All issues were brought to our attention early in the process with solutions.

SUNation is spectacular

The transition from Level Solar to SUNation Solar Systems was seamless. I was very happy and relieved that such a great company took over where another dissolved. One of the great things is their customer service. They make you feel happy and like you are part of a family no matter what you are calling them about and that is a good feeling to have. Their referral program and other countless ways that they give back to others is a great thing to see. It's a no-brainer why they won 10 years in a row for the best solar business on Long Island!

Free energy!

I shopped around at a Few different solar companies before deciding on SUNation. A few factors that led me to that decision were: very knowledgeable and responsive sales rep who wasn’t pushy; great pricing compared to other companies; excellent solar panel options to choose from; and low cost financing with option to pass on the unpaid balance to whoever you sell your home to. That gave me the confidence Needed to know I was making a great investment at an unbeatable all around deal. Go solar! And go SUNation!

very professional, it was an amazing experience.

no pressure. they gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision. A very rare trait to see in a salesman in todays high pressure world.

SUNation

Great experience using SUNation! Install was done professionally! My bill is not existent with energy credits to get me through the winter! Thanks SUNation

Seriously the Best

I've had my panels for three years now--CONSISTENTLY delivering exactly what they promised. Haven't paid an electric bill since!

go for it!

Sunation made the switch to solar very easy - the panels look great and I'm very much enjoying my $13 electric bill!

I have had their system since 2015 has performed admirably

I was referred by a close friend and have referred sunation to several others

Go solar

Go solar. Definitely recommend SUNation. They are highly professional and work great.

Awesome Company

I chose SUNation because they were the only Company able to meet my needs! They did meet my needs and exceeded them!

Great people to work with

I got 5 estimates from different company’s and most prices were close. Sunation instilled the most confidence , and were the most honest I was surprised how other companies were so deceptive.

First class from start to install.

The rep John came and had a proposal done based on my request. He set up an inspection to check readings and access. We then got together and he had a proposal we were happy with. Permit got through quick, Panels are up. Installation crew was very neat and clean. I am a Kitchen remodeler and I like the work a lot, as well as leaving the jobsite clean. Best yet is they quoted an 81% energy production and after 3 weeks we are slightly over 100%. Great company!

Five stars! Great Service, Great People.

Installation is highly professional. Rob, the installer, had high standards and made sure all the details are proper. Follow through by SUNation team have been excellent. I got my first bill of $12.88 - PSEG service charge only, $0 electric charge. Instead I got 700 kwh credit that I can use any time for the first month. Very satisfied to see constant energy production working for me for many years to come.

Happy for 6 years now!

Had my system installed 6 years ago. Was promised 10,200 kwh per year and the system is spot on. Slight degradation, but expected. Happy from start to finish and for many years after.

Great company to work with!

SunNation is a great solar company to work with. Any issues I’ve encountered have been resolved fast. Excellent customer service!

Awesome Solar Company on Long Island - The Best

Top Notion Company All Around. Best Solar Company On Long Island. SUNation sold and installed our system 2 years ago this month. They did such an awesome job. They stand by their installation and products. We have a minor iusse just recently and with no question fixed the issue on site and upgrade the service for our solar all for free. Hard to find a company to stand behind their product after two years. They did is with stellar performance.

Fantastic company that values their community

The process from beginning to end was quite easy and absolutely worth it. I no longer receive an electric bill, except for the $0.40 per day line usage fee. I had the system up since August 8th 2019 and it has produced 2.63 Mwh of electricity, exporting back to the grid 1.09 Mwh as a credit for future use in case of cloudy, snow and shorter sun days in the winter. There was only one day so far that they produced less than I used. It was 85 deg's cloud rainy and very humid. I understand each application of the panels will be different for everyone, but not having to pay PSEG $233 per month, which is a lot more than what I am paying for the panels, is great. I really encourage everyone to at least see if this is for you. They do not employ high pressure sales tactics and really do understand the needs of New Yorkers. Also they are a local Long Island business, not some company from out west that has been in business for 6 months.

Sunation was recommended to me by friend. They did a great clean job. System works great.
