It has nearly been a year since we identified problems with our solar system which was installed almost 3 years ago! Almost brand new and a year into Solar one charge controller of 3 and the main interface pad have died! Scott Earp has been aware since the beginning and has still not repaired or replaced the faulty parts, In spite of promising to get it done over and over! I have asked and asked and asked, called and called and called and still nothing! To add insult to Injury I helped turn a neighbor to add more Solar with Southern Energy View last Summer and figured when Scott or his guys were installing that 8kW and a 10kWh Battery(I believe) and driving right past my house they would stop in for an hour or less and make the repair! Of course I was calling and texting Scott about just that to make sure he didn’t forget! Well he did and still here are are almost 5 months later still waiting for what must be a simple repair! I decided to write this and add one to the BBB too to get his attention and get it fixed! Our solar production looks to have dropped in half or more from Jackson EMCs bills! Who will repay is for that lost Solar I wonder?

I get the panels washed twice a year, and they due an outstanding job at cleaning and checking over the system each time! I cannot recommend them any higher! Delivered on time, professionally installed, the crew was very attentive to wires, conduit, and wire chases and even the Ga Power inspector was impressed! I live near Atlanta, if any potential client would like to visit my site, tell Chris and we would be happy to show you around. Most importantly, everything they promised came out exactly like planned and I am a very anal person when it comes to big house projects!! With Federal tax deductions, power generated and sold, and reduction in over all power bill, I Should be breaking even in early 2020!!

The installers came out and did a great job over a couple of days getting us up and ready to go. We had to wait until an addition to the house was finished before the inverter was installed and activated, but as soon as we called and said we were ready, Southern View came right out and got us going. Chris was available the whole time to answer all our questions. We've been running on the solar panels with a grid hookup for more than a year now, and we've seen a half to two thirds reduction in out electric bill over what we were paying before even though we converted our whole HVAC system and water heaters from gas to electric. We are totally satisfied with our investment.

I pinged a few companies and was most impressed with the accuracy and consistency of this group. The installation itself was painless despite them even having to coordinate the move of a few rooftop vents. I'll be using them again when I expand my panel count (after putting a structure over the side patio).

Chis and his team were fantastic - the solar panels were installed the week that worked the best for us, completing installation and inspection in the quoted time frame and even helped us with getting our first rebate back from the electric company. Very professional and would recommend this company to anyone.

Our solar system was installed the middle of September, 2013. We were very pleased with the company representative, Chris, and the two installation technicians, David and Urban. They were responsive to our questions and did a great job. The installation process was quick and tidy. We enjoy watching our meter run backwards! Thanks, guys, you did a great job for us!
