Excessive rain caused delays in installation, not really the company`s fault. Accidentally shorted out phone lines during installation, they paid for the repairs without any hassles. Purchase incentives = state/federal tax credits and "same as cash" financing. Contractor facilitated the financing and gave me all of the documentation needed for my CPA to apply for tax credits.
