Simply Awesome!

We bought a 10.2kw system from synergy power and its worked very well. I had talked with several companies, having just bought an electric car, my power use going forward is different from the history shown on my power bill, Most installers only wanted to see my power bill or worse wanted to run my credit before even sending someone out to tell us about their solar systems. Synergy both listened to me when we described the the change in our power use pattern due to the car, and was able to answer my many technical questions. No other installers sales people where able to answer my questions about the kind of solar panels they used, or how their inverter/micro-inverter where setup. The system is also allows for the addition of a house battery later on when rocky mountain power decides to change the rules for net metering again. The install itself was very well done, they used matching brackets and solar panels on the roof, The wiring was very well done, even the wiring in the utility box they added for the system was carefully and cleanly routed. The price was better then any of the other quotes we had received. Overall fantastic company to work with, I would recommend them to anyone needing a solar system for their home.

Residential Installation

Synergy was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different type of panel configuration which helped us make a informed decisions. They have been responsive to all the question I have had and resolved all issues in a timely manner.

Phenomenal!

Synergy was a great experience for me and my wife. We both have electric cars and decided to go solar. Eric Law was phenomenal at helping through the process and consulted with his engineers to calculate our power usage. We have an Enphase system and We love it! Our first bill was $16 dollars Thank you Synergy Power!

My experience with Synergy Power was fantastic. Eric was knowledgeable, helpful, and very easy to work with. I had done a lot of research previous to meeting with him. I had estimates from multiple companies. He answered my questions. Helped me to better understand my system and explained in detail the differences in the different system components. He then gave me plenty of time to do more research. I was never pressured to buy. Once I made my decision the process was simple. They completed all of the required paperwork for me and sent me copies of everything.The 25 year warranty on everything was a big incentive to me. The installation was top-notch. I had been to other homes and compared installations and knew what I wanted on my house and what I didn't want. They did not disappoint in any way. Every thing has worked great since the installation. My power bill has been around $8.00 a month. I could not be more satisfied with the service and product I received. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Very satisfied. Synergy Power did a great job getting me all set up but what was really awesome was the followup service after the install, they actually answer their phone. Synergy Power is great and Eric was very good at educating us about the whole process and still takes care of us when I have any questions or need something. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Great Company! Best Pricing with Name Brand Panels!

From start to finish Synergy has been great to work with! The sales person Marshall was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my difficult questions. Greatest part was he was not pushy like the other companies. Synergy's pricing was better than all my other quotes I received. And even with name brand panels. The install team was very professional and actually cared how they looked on my roof. I will refer all of my family and friends to synergy power!

Good experience, quality product, best price

I got 8 bids from solar providers in SLC area. In the end of my evaluation of price and what I got for the $, for me it came down to 2, Intermountain Solar and Synergy Power. I decided on Synergy because they are not stuck on a single brand of panels and inverters, and their salesman Brad was not pushy, and went out of his way to get me what I wanted, and they use the best panels and inverters, plus the price was a lot less and you get more panels than what those big names provide. Don't get fooled by gimmicks and pressure!! The installation was very professional. I really like how they use rails and run wiring in the trays. No ugly conduit on the outside of the house which I often see on other homes.. What was interesting is the installers really liked working for the owner Chad, and some of them came from other local solar companies. I had a minor problem after it was installed, an option that I really wanted. They could have done nothing or made me pay extra for it, but Brad knew from our conversations it was something he knew I wanted. Some additional hardware had to get ordered, and it has been installed at their expense. This place also has integrity. The system is working great, I can see good performance on every panel. Neat and clean install. Highly recommend these guys!!

Happy with Synergy Solar Install-Free power!

Brad was very friendly and low pressure on the sale and even added another panel after the contract to bring the projected power numbers up! There were a some minor hiccups on the install but they were followed up on and resolved to my satisfaction. The panels look nice and the install was clean. I just got my first Rocky Mountain Power bill and it came in at $9 vs last months $149!

Why I would Choose Synergy Power again and Again

A little over a year ago I started the process of having solar panels installed on my personal residence. The reasons I did it are many and I am happy with the performance and installation of the Synergy Power Solar Array. The company I chose was not the largest or the loudest in fact it is a company that has the owner answering his own phone. I had a great person who walked me through the process from beginning to end and made sure that everything moved along. Brad Woodward is the Synergy Power solar consultant that walked me through the process. Garnering permits and such took longer than I had hoped and since Solar comes with great anticipation because of the personal and environmental it was like a kid waiting for Christmas. I am sure there was a time when I called Brad Woodward everyday to check on the progress of the permits, engineering drawings for the city and such. He was very patient with me and always had an answer for me. Then the wait for the Net meter from rocky Mountain Power but that day finally came. Brad was there to walk me through the procedures to start generating electricity. I must say that it has been awesome to have a $9 a month power bill as promised. Because of Brad I went into the decision with my eyes wide open and knew the benefits and the cost, everything was there in black and white. Synergy Power stuck to their contract price not a penny more than the day I signed up. It may not be the fastest installation but I know from looking at some of the other installations around my neighborhood it is the cleanest looking, no conduit on the roof. My panels produce on average 30 to 40 kwh of power on the cloudless days. I have recommended Synergy Power to my friends and actually anyone who asks about my Solar Array. Best decision ever!

Everything was explained so thoroughly and all questions answered before install. They made sure we were in the know throughout the process. We felt the salesman was genuine and patient with us and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We were worried the tax credit wouldn't end up being as much as they told us but it was exactly what we were told. These guys are the best!

Amazing service

These guys are amazing at customer service, speed, quality, etc. Other companies didn't want to install solar panels because we had a small home and didn't need very many and it would be too little for them to be worth contracting out for. This company does EVERYTHING in house, so small systems or large systems they can do it. Fast, efficient, and awesome.

Pleased with Synergy Power

Synergy Power was very professional and easy to work. The sales rep was knowledgeable about the Synergy product compared with other companies. Along with doing a great job, installation crew was easy to work with and accommodating with our schedule. Synergy Power kept us informed every step of the way. They did what they promised – when they promised. We were never left wondering. When we had a question about the panel positioning, the President of Synergy Power (Chad Hofheins) responded to emails in a timely manner and took care of all our needs. We especially liked that Synergy Power made sure we had all the information and paperwork for the rebates. We have had the solar panels active since April; the online monitoring system shows exactly what is being produced and we have been very pleased. As we compared prices on panels, installation, and the fantastic warranty we feel that Synergy Power is the best choice.

I received quotes from multiple companies before going with Synergy Power. They were by far the best value and price. From start to finish working with Synergy was a breeze. No pressure sales team, very competitive pricing, great installation, and excellent followup if I had questions or concerns.

Fantastic company

I chose Synergy based on pricing, reviews, and their response time. I narrowed my choice down to two companies and emailed to ask questions. Brad from Synergy returned all my email questions almost in real time, whereas the other company took a few days to get back to me--after they had bragged about their quick response time! Easy decision. Synergy wasn't the cheapest, but less than 5% difference. The two finalist companies were 50% below the highest priced dealers--Ridiculous! I ran into some problems with the design from my HOA and the permit from the city, but Synergy took these in stride. Everything was delayed, but they kept me informed on the process. Due to the HOA issues, some of the panels were installed in a not-ideal location. Synergy came back out and moved my panels after I raised my concerns. They were quite busy at the time, so it was delayed a few months, but they were willing to finish the job, despite already being paid. I've had bad experiences with contractors who aren't willing to stand behind their work once they have have been pain, but that wasn't the case with Synergy. Overall, I am pleased with the project so far. Synergy was fantastic and I have no worries that if I run into problems in the future, they will be there for me.

Best Company

After discussing and reviewing bids from multiple different installers we choose to go with Synergy Power. They where one of the only providers with out a car salesman pitch. They also where the only one with a detailed breakdown of every part, labor and misc expenses. This allowed me to compare apples to apples and throw out the over priced bids. They where the best price, you get to deal with the owner, and they follow up to make sure you are enjoying the system. I am glad I didn't give up and called them.

Exellent Companny

I had been looking into installing a solar system on my house for several years. I, myself have designed and installed a small system on a cabin and have done lots of research in design and availability of systems over the years. Even as late as a year ago I had a quote that was more than double what Synergy quoted. I have a friend who, earlier, also researched prior to his installation and found a good price, but didn't beat Synergy's price. Synergy not only beat my expectations for price by thousands, every thing they promised, they delivered and on time. I highly recommending Synergy Solar for anyone that needs a solar system.

Very Pleased
