Solar Tech Elec LLC

After the company that originally installed my solar system five years ago went out of business, I wanted to find a reliable team to add battery backup. Many companies I contacted never responded, but Ross from Solar Tech was incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. Most of the other installers I spoke with recommended Tesla, which definitely aligned with the top brands I was seeing in my own research. Ultimately, though, my main priority was finding an installer that I felt would be around to honor their warranty and equipment that would stand the test of time. Brandon performed the installation and did a fantastic job. Both he and Ross made it clear I could reach out anytime with questions. The system has been running smoothly for a week. I still get the same great solar production, but now with the added peace of mind of instant backup for my critical loads during stormy Florida weather. The monitoring app is very intuitive. Finally, addressing other comments I've seen: I was never pressured into leaving a 5-star review. After following up multiple times to ensure my system was working properly, they simply asked for a review if I had the time, like virtually every other buisness in this digital age. It was a great experience, and I highly recommend Solar Tech.

I just had Solar Tech Elec install an 18 panel array on my roof decking. The initial phone conversation with Daniel was very welcoming and he made it easy to understand how the whole Solar process works and also provided plenty of supporting materials to further highlight the many benefits of transitioning into Solar Energy as a way of life. The install process was flawless and the installers keep me well abreast of the all the details along the way. I would highly recommend Solar Tech Elec if you are thinking of making your electric bill a thing of the past. They can hook you up with everything you need to make it happen. Thanks Again.

Solar system

After due diligence, I decided to go with Solar tech. They were upfront and prompt to design me a system for my home. Installation was quick, permitting not so much. I did have a roof leak, promptly fixed by them, but hence the 4 star rating.

SolarTech Electric

Solar Tech Electric was thorough in their sales presentation and answered all of our questions. We asked for quotes from Momentum Solar, Solar Trek SolarTech Electric. SolarTech came through with the first proposal and it ended up being the best price. After reviewing we decided to go with SolarTech because of the thoroughness of their proposal, their response, a good review from our friends who had used them and price. I can’t honestly say that everything was perfectly smooth once the contract was signed but, all in all, SolarTech performed well and got the system installed when they said they would. I would also add that in our current difficult climate of employers having a difficult time hiring good help that SolarTech has some great employees who seem to have a passion for getting things right. I recommend them and will not hesitate to call them if we need solar on our other home. perfectly smooth once the contract was signed but, all in all, SolarTech performed well and got the system installed when they said they would. New install

Professional group of guys and the way the system has been constructed Looks like they take pride in their work. Just had system installed and the app works well. Nice look.

Darned Good Job

I am quite pleased with my Solar Tech Elec installation. My January 2021 utility bill was $547, February was $466, March was $300. My last 2 bills were $28.28! The installation process had a few hiccups, therefore a little lower rating. Some of the delays were due to my city's permitting process, some due to Solar Tech. I would overall rate this experience at 4.6 stars. The installation team was top rate; Chris the site manager, was terrific. I would recommend Solar Tech Elec to friends (and have). I would consider using them for future solar projects.

Solar

Fantastic price, excellent product, I highly recommend everyone go Green with Solar Tech Elec!!

Great price, quick install.

Install of panels was fast. Contract then about two weeks of wait and two day install. Then it was a 4 month delay waiting on inspector and Gulf Power. Solartech paid my solar loan bill while waiting. Panels seem to be performing well and hope to see an almost zero electricity bill. I have one panel that isn’t showing on app, but am assured it’s working, just a number mix up. I’ll update once 100% on my end and performance has had time to evaluate. The panels incurred no damage through the eye of Hurricane Sally and no leakage.

We love our solar system!

The team at SolarTechElec we’re awesome. They worked with us to design a solar array that exceeded our expectations. The lead installer Glenn was just amazing. He helped us with every step along the way to make sure the system would perform the way we were hoping.

Amazing Team & a wonderful experience!

The process was fairly smooth! The occasional hiccups with permits & electric company occurred but those were out together the control of Ross’ team! Overall, we had successful installation! I’m very pleased!!
