I could write a long list of everything that went wrong. Our major problem though is we want to be off grid and he refused to set us up that way. We bought a big enough system to connect to our main panel and have the batteries on the main panel too and he refused to do it and gave us a subpanel with a few connections. Essentially if the grid is down we can still only use a handful of things. If it was hooked to the main panel without a sub and the grid was down/sun shining we could still use our whole house. He will spout off reasons why not to do that, but in the end we want the choice to control the system the way we want and he won’t respect that. Also convinced us to let him build a pole barn because it would be a part of the system and tax write off…. he was wrong. Just proceed with caution, do your research, make sure he is giving you what you want. We would not recommend him to anyone from our experience.

Like I said, he's a nice guy, but because our unit was out of glycol (I'm assuming) because they never came to help and it stopped working properly. Because they wouldn't get back in touch with us, our unit broke and we can't afford thousands of dollars to fix....so we switched back to electric and I've NEVER been happier!! At least when I call someone now, it's an immediate response and can help me within the week....NOT the next year. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Walt and Josef are very professional and were extremely helpful in explaining the process. They were also very patient with us as I had to get pre-approval from the local historical association. Overall they were great to work with and I have recommended them to others who want solar systems.
