Very good experience on our project
We found Solar Harmonics on the Diamond Certified website and they had very good reviews. We got a quote from them and one other local firm. Solar Harmonics proposed panels with higher production capacity at about 20% lower cost. The project involved adding 6 panels to our existing system installed by a defunct installer. We appreciated how Solar Harmonics was willing to quote on this project because it was a small addition to an existing system. There was a minor wrinkle on the drawings for the new panels but that got sorted out and the installation and commissioning went very well. Communication with the installer was very good. The panels produce a slightly more than estimated and follow-up has been good from Solar Harmonics. I would recommend Solar Harmonics.

A wonderful experience with Solar Harmonics
After searching for some time for a Solar provider, we finally chose Jamie and Solar Harmonics. It ended up being a fantastic decision! From the start, I got the feeling that Jamie was there to help me, and not just to make a sale. He understood what I was looking for, and told me first whether I was even a good candidate for solar or not. Once we found out we are good candidates, Jamie was in contact throughout the entire process, and was very responsive. To me that is one of the most important things, and Jamie always responded in a very timely fashion. His operations manager Jared also deserves commendation. He answered my barrage of questions with patience and kept me informed throughout the whole process. We are really glad we chose Solar Harmonics, and if we ever move houses in the future, I know who to contact for more Solar.

Great experience from start to end
After reaching out to a bigger player and getting disappointing service during estimation and planning, i reached out to Jamie to get estimates for solar installation at my place. Jamie was great in explaining all the steps and provided detailed estimates and plan. I really liked the professionalism and patience demonstrated by Jamie to answer all the questions and concerns. The installation was completed as per the schedule (without any delays) and Solar Harmonics made sure to be available till the installation was registered with PGnE. Would definitely recommend Solar Harmonics for potential solar installation.

Excellent and Great Service!!
I was contemplating to install solar 2-3 years ago. I received multiple quotes from other providers and came across Jamie with Solar Harmonics. I looked through the reviews here and after a quote and discussion I decided to go with Jamie. However, I actually ended up doing something else instead of investing on solar so told him to hold off. Fast forward to this year, I reached out to him again and good thing he still remembers me and we hit the ground up. Everything went smooth, system looks solid. The team showed me how things work through mySolarEdge app. I am really happy with the system and i am really glad i waited and chose SH. It took a while to get approval from the city but Jamie assures me everything would go through and it did. Thanks Jamie and team for all the hard work and getting this system up and running.

35 Panel / 11KWh System Very Happy
Had such an excellent experience with Jamie and team. Straight forward, approachable and ultimately a non-stressful engagement. We installed a 35 panel / 11kwh system (should have gone bigger!) with Solar Harmonics and comparative to the Energy Sage quotes and searching around with other providers we ultimately chose Solar Harmonics because they've been around so very long! To be clear I did an exhaustive search and price comparison of 16 different options/vendors in 2017. When I finally moved forward with this project in 2021 I found that quite a few of the installers were no longer around or available. The fact that SH has been around and has a very excellent track record gave me confidence in working with them. Would totally recommend them for future projects and my (likely) solar expansion!

Great work from a great company
An incredible company with incredible attention to detail. We met with several solar companies and out of them all, they were the only ones who did not try to oversell us. They qualified our needs and provided excellent information for the system they installed. They were the only company honest enough to give accurate information regarding the batteries and what we could expect from the current technology. Jaime Duran is definitely one of the most knowledgeable in the industry. They never missed an appointment, had the material on schedule, and did a perfect installation.

Exceptional Solar Company experience!
We chose Solar Harmonics based on research and recommendations, especially our son, who was so pleased working with them. Upon initial contact, we were absolutely delighted with the conversation we had with Jamie. He was respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable and worked diligently with us to insure we had the correct system to produce our desired outcome – notice we said OUR desired outcome. They did all the ‘leg work’ and obtained everything we needed regarding installation – material, permits and even Home Association approval. Once everything was finalized, the team that did the installation was professional, quick and thorough. They even painted the piping/conduit so that it blended in with the multi-color roof and siding on our house. Start-up of the system was fast – within 24 hours they received the proper notification from our electric company so the system was activated. One aspect, which we believe, is important and notable…Jamie’s quick follow-up and follow-through! Jamie followed up for the first couple of weeks to insure our satisfaction and that the system was producing as it should. Any issues, questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed, usually within a few hours or the same day…something that everyone will appreciate, as so many businesses today are slow to respond and correct any situation. Great company and staff
From my first phone calls and emails through installation and explanations, Solar Harmonics was amazing. Jamie Duran and his crew were knowledgeable, patience, and thorough. The solar panels on the roof, the battery, breakers, wiring in the garage are truly beautiful.
