Solar Forward

They provided me with pictures everyday of their progress and their online secure tracking system revealed all documents obtained for our installation including our contract, site drawings, permits, etc. After researching 5 companies, I can easily say I made the best selection by choosing Solar Forward to install our solar system. The whole team (Mark, Ted, Alex, Juan and David) were eager to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of work they did and they were always open to suggestions. We expect our electricity bills to be close to $ 5 per month!! Without the rebate incentives from our utility company and the federal tax refund, we would not have been able to afford installing the solar system. These were significant benefits, but installing one made us the most proud that we could reduce our reliance on our fossil fuels and help heal our planet.

Mark Smith and Patrick Boos were exceptionally helpful. SCE proved to be edxceedingly difficult to work with and Mark followed up with all of their requests for my benifit. My spouse has been in the PV business for 30 years so both of us were very informed about the product. I chose the contractor based on his reputation and referrals and am very happy with the panels and the contractor.

rebate: amount quoted was not what I received. I should have had in writing. Edison was horrible to deal with but Mark Smith stay in touch with me. Apparently, Edison has a formula based on kw output. Did not know exactly how much I was receivng intil rebate was issued. Would like to add more panels but do not want to deal with rebate problem. After rebare was compledted, I haven`t heard from the solar company. I did hear from the panel accompany whose product was used and they were very helpful.

mark was congenial and knowledgable. Information on the system and exactly how it works- since i have batteries and grid feed- was more complex and had to extracted from mark. he has the answers- if you want to know all you have to ask.

The rebate offered by the L.A. Dept. of Water and Power was the factor that convinced me to do this. I wanted to switch to solar power before but could not afford it without the rebate and federal tax incentive.

Great group of people to work with. Custom work! We are net zero!!! We make more AC power then we use!

Still processing net metering application but expect to be on grid soon. All systems go. Meter is in and for testing purposes system was allowed to be tied while I was on hand.
