Solar Centex

Best Experience Ever

My experience with Solar CenTex and their sales director, Sabrina Arnold, has been nothing short of amazing. Keep in mind that I am writing this review 1.5 years after our installation. I originally contacted multiple companies regarding solar panel installation in the fall of 2018. Most conversations I had were with pushy representatives. It seemed like these individuals would say anything they needed to get the sale. My meetings and conversation with Sabrina seemed informal, but very informative. She was able to answer all my questions as well as prepare a detailed binder/folder with our current electricity costs based on an annual statement from our electricity provider and the benefits, steps, and finance options of going solar. We decided to pursue installation with Solar CenTex shortly thereafter. Fast forward a year and a half later. Sabrina is always available to answer questions I have regarding our monitoring device/website or help with troubleshooting, which most of the times is simply restarting or replugging our eGauge or Solar Edge monitoring peripheral. There has never been an issue with the actual panels. She always responds to my texts the day I message her, most of the times within an hour or two. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in any industry, especially this long after the sale. I can’t recommend Solar CenTex enough. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, timely, and attentive. I am very happy with my investment. My only regret is that we did not do it sooner.

SOLAR CENTEX

Sabrina and the team manager and team member, was very professional in all area. Sabrina was able to explain ever thing to me and wife in detail. Everyone who was involve wasted no time in getting the job done. Me and my wife was very happy, and like to thank you all for your service. You have provided me and my family a Solar system that will save us money, and we very thankful for that. Thanks again from the Lewis family.

Excellent Company

Best Quality from a Company by far.

Great Service

Solar Centex is great they were on time and efficient. Worry and responsive to questions and concerns

Best company

Where can I start. I want to start by giving Sabina Arnold a shout out. Talk about professionalism. That girl knows her job, is serious about her job, and have fun doing it. She is well knowledgeable about the process, from start to the end. Centex Solar, you couldn’t have hired a better director for your sales and marketing. Sabrina made herself available for you anytime that you needed her. She does not push you in buying the solar system. She explained every detail/information to you so you can be certain of what you are getting into. The installation crew did an outstanding job putting the solar on my roof. I will recommend Solar Centex to anyone who is thinking about changing to Solar. Even if your have doubts, I recommend that you speak to Sabrina because when she gets through explaining everything to you, not just about Solar Centex but about solar in general you will want to change to solar. The best thing about having Solar is that your monthly solar bill is less than your normal electricity bill and you wouldn’t be paying a solar bill all your life, you can pay it off now or later. Thanks Solar Centex!

Great Company easy to work with

They were very professional even the worker they cleaned up after themselves and were very easy to work with. Great Company I would recommended them to anybody interested in getting a solar system installed on their home or business.

Outstanding Company and service

Our overall experience with Solar Centex has been outstanding. Our neighbors had them install a solar system and were impressed from start to finish. We were going to get three estimates and did get one with a company out of Austin which was more expensive and somewhat pushy, before setting up a meeting with Solar Centex rep Sabrina Arnold. Ms. Arnold is a complete professional who patiently listened to all our questions/concerns and explained not only the process, but also the benefits in a way we could easily understand. We decided after meeting with Sabrina to not get any other estimates and moved forward with a Solar Centex system install. When we were having an issue with the online monitoring system, Scot Arey, the owner, personally came by and checked on the problem and quickly resolved it. Everyone we have worked with from Solar Centex has been professional. We could not be happier with the installation process, the look of the system, and the almost instant satisfaction of seeing the "meter" move backwards!

Smartest Decision i made this year

From the initial meeting with Sabrina all the way through installation and the subsequent 6 Months i have been nothing but pleased with everything to do with Solar Cen Tex and my new Solar Panels. like i said best Decision i have made this year.

Best Customer Service, Open and Honest!!!

From the beginning Solar CenTex made us feel comfortable with the whole process of making the switch to Solar. Sabrina clearly explained in detail the entire process, and was able to answer any questions that we had. She was very open and honest with all costs and contract details, and even handle most of the paperwork! The install team was very professional! With the completion of out solar system, Solar CenTex provided a seamless, and aesthetically pleasing system. We are so happy that we chose to become part of the Solar CenTex Family, there is no doubt that they strive to provide the best services and experiences for their customers! One of the best investments we have made! Thank you Solar CenTex!

People Perfect Service

Almost a year after our initial visit with Sabrina we finally signed the contract, however, there was absolutely no pressure calls or hassling in between that time. The panels were installed, extra care was taken and the conduit was painted the same color as our metal roof and that day we watched the electric meter returning power!! Amazing! Scott, the owner came and talked to us during the install while checking on his crew. We couldn't have asked for a better personal service than Solar Centex!

So happy with our solar array

We chose Solar Centex for several reasons. They do great work, hire Veterans and help you get the best bang for your buck. Chris Graham was so helpful in sizing the solar array for us, he met with us several times to make sure we had taken into account not only our current needs but also our future needs. We received our first full bill with solar and actually have a small credit. This was after running welders and 2 rv’s in addition to our regular usage.

A Great Experience with Solar Centex

My husband and I had been thinking about and discussing switching to Solar energy for about a year. We spoke with a couple different Solar companies from the Austin area, but after listening to their presentations, it didn't feel right. We heard about Solar Centex in Harker Heights, which is close to where we live, and decided to contact them. Chris Graham, Solar Centex sales representative, came out and gave us all the information and answered all of our questions. It didn't feel like a sales pitch, it felt like a laid back conversation about solar panels. Chris was very thorough and was easy to get in touch with when we had additional questions and concerns. He even provided us with references; people we could call and ask about their experience with solar panels. We decided to go through with it, and the installation was scheduled for just a few days after signing the contracts. The installers worked efficiently and professionally during the 2 day installation. If you are interested in switching to solar energy, give Chris Graham a call at Solar Centex.

Excellent value and customer service

We have nothing but good things to say about this company. Prior to installation, I never felt pressured to make the purchase. Sabrina was great. She walked me through the steps to installing solar, estimating our solar need and discussed financing options. After install, they set up all the needed agreements with Oncor for net metering. They really made it easy on us. Overall, the price of the install and the customer service we received from Solar Centex was top notch.

Solar Centex is the best solar company in Central Texas

I have contacted multiple solar companies in Central Texas and one company standout at the top – Solar Centex. Sabrina provided the best customer service compared to the competition. She is very honest and exceeded my expectations. She provided a timeline of the entire process and very meticulous in explaining the minute details of the solar technology. It only took 3 weeks from our initial contact to install my 36 solar panels. I’m already producing enough solar energy to power my entire house of 3,600 square feet. She will do a walkthrough after the installation and I am confident that I can easily contact her if the need arises. Furthermore, compared to other Solar companies, Solar Centex provides the best aesthetically-designed solar panels. I highly recommend Solar Centex to those who are serious about savings in their monthly electric bills.

Excellent Quality and Customer Care

Referred by a friend and saw first hand their Quality product over others. Extremely satisfied with the whole “Solar Centex” experience. Sabrina is professional, detail oriented and patient with the questions and responding to every need with extreme accessibility. Every member of their team follows the same description. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service, quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism, transparency of work and all information and already getting credit on Bill. Most of all making new, beautiful and long lasting family memories in the Beautiful Pergola on my backyard built by them. Cordially; William Satisfied Customer

Best Price and Best quality

I was referred to Solar Centex by a friend and the experience was amazing!!! From the start of Sabrina reaching out to me to make an appointment, to the actual appointment and beyond. The presentation was GREAT-very informative, answered all of my questions, didn’t bash any competitors, showed me the product that they used (which is quality), not pushy and best of all the process was easy!! The installers were also all very polite, professional and on time! My end product looks amazing and already working! Along with all of this, they beat the competitors pricing and best of all customer service!! Thank you Solar Centex

Great

Great, Great, Great

Great Local Company

Excellent company. True to their word. Have already started producing credits to our first electric bill. Love how clean and seamless the panels look on the roof.

Helpful from start to finish

Sabrina was able to not only help us with the solar pergola but also build the outdoor living area we needed. She helped from the start until the finish and still keeps in contact with us. Install was quick and professional. All questions were answered instantly. I have recommended them to my parents and co workers. Couldn't have asked for a better sales director or experience with Solar Centex.

Quality work & very professional.

After doing my research & reading the great reviews; I decided to reach out to Solar Centex. Sabrina Arnold was very personable & professional. She had an answer for every question we threw her way. We didn't have to take time to decide whether or not to move forward. We got the ball rolling the same day. Our panels were completed April 26th & immediately the meter started going backwards. We are very happy customers.

Highly recommend

Best price and best solar company in the area. Very professional and courteous crew. Sabrina (the sales director) was there to answer our questions everh step of the way. My husband and I highly recommend.

Fast Professional Affordable

When it comes to solar, centex is hands down the best solar company. Before going with centex, i did alot of research on panels and alot of companies. Centex was an obvious choice and im glad i went with them. They handled all the paperwork and did the job in 5 hours. I went with a 10 kw with 32 panels and now my meter turns backwards. I cant say enough about Chris as he answered all my questions even late at night. Top notch company

Solar CenTex Best Company en Central Texas

Very professional and knowledgeable with solar systems. All members of this company are very professional, beginning with the owner, sales representative (Sabrina) and the rest of the team. Just call them and don't wait to go solar.

Great company

I was referred and was so pleased with their product and customer service. Sabrina my sales rep was always there. She even answered my phone call while on her bday cruise.

Excellent quality/Service

Solar Centex is OUTSTANDING! Sabrina was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I’m pretty sure she answered several of them outside of her normal business hours too....sorry, but THANK YOU! Their communication throughout the process was outstanding! They took care of 99% of dealing with my HOA to get everything approved. (All I had to do was sign the paper) Everything was signed digitally. I didn’t have to schedule a time to meet up and do the paperwork. I used my smartphone and was able to do it when the timing was best for me. (At home, work, or sitting waiting for an appointment) System was installed earlier than expected. The install took 2 days, and the installers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The system looks great! All the lines in the attic are tacked up nicely, and are professionally run. They even painted the the conduit coming from my attic to the power meters to match my brick! All and all, high quality workmanship and professional people throughout the process. I highly recommend Solar Centex!
