Three years after installation, we had a panel get damaged. Mr. Mendoza and company responded quickly and the panel was replaced within a week.

I was very pleased with Mr Mendoza and his staff. They added panels to my existing system and did a far superior job than the company that did my first ones. If you are the market for Solar I highly recommend Smart World.

Gustavo and his company, Smartworld Energy did a great job installing our 9.3KW system in Oct 2012. Our installation was a little non-standard, with 3 solar arrays placed on a 10 ft berm and the Enlighten reporting system working through the house power. He got it working perfect and made several return visits to make sure we were happy with the installation. Our system has been working fine for almost 6 years.

Using Smart World for our solar panel installation was an extremely good decision. Gustavo was very helpful in making our decision to go with solar panels and the installation went great! The installers were all personable, especially Maurice. They took time to work safely and did a fantastic job in making sure that all debris was cleaned up. We have had the system for over six years; when issues have come up, they have been timely in getting them ironed out.

Thorough, professional and personalized service and installation. Took time to thoroughly explain associated factors such as home oriention, placement of solar panels, types of wiring, pros and cons of panels, inverters, etc. Installation was quick and Smartworld Energy went above and beyond with “little things” like hiding wiring conduits. Follow up has been great. Responsive to questions, timely actions and personal contact. They are much more than just “salesmen”.

Gustavo did a terrific job in setting up the solar panels on our roof in King William. He knew exactly how to design the solar panels so they are not visible from the road to ensure they passed with the HDRC, while maximizing power production. The process took about 4 months from start to finish, but a large portion of that was waiting on CPS. Overall they did an awesome job!

You always get what you pay for right? We got our money's worth and then some.

Mr Gustavo Mendoza, while a small company, provided intimate involvement with the entire installation project. He was present on site frequently and personally supervised the entire process. I would personally recommend Smart World energy to my collegues, family and friends

Craftsmanship of the installation was not satisfactory. Other than that, good experience.

The pool/spa heater installation was good. It needed some after sale support due to materials issues, and Gustavo was excellent about getting the necessary changes. My solar water heater installation was non-typical, and Gustavo was very flexible and reasonable in his approach.

Very Professionals, helpful and honest. We will use them in the future for our solar energy additions.

At the time, we were the first ones. The process can be described as a "leap of faith". Looking back, I think that I was quite lucky to have chosen the right contractor for this project. We would use SmartWorld Energy again.
