Overview of Sky Power Solar
We have been installing high performance solar solutions since 2001 and have an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and have 100s of satisfied local references. The companies and products we choose to represent have stood the test of time and we believe are a safe bet when making this investment decision. There are many companies new to the industry that only focus on price. You have not saved a penny when there is a problem 5 years from now and no one is around to make it right. Ask your dealer if they have been installing solar for as long as their warranty! While we can install any solar panel on your home, this is who we recommend: Sky Power is a Diamond Certified SunPower Elite Dealer servicing the Tri-Valley. SunPower are the highest efficiency solar panels on the planet and will produce ~20% more energy over the life of the system than conventional panels. Plus, their unique all-black looks blend in nicely with your roof. The SunPower warranty is unparalleled in the industry-- this is a BIG DEAL in today's solar marketplace. Make sure you understand the difference! We are also Panasonic, Mitsubishi, and LG dealers-- all names you recognize and trust over the long run.

Disorganized, but eventually got the job done at quoted terms
SunPower was the right panel solution for my situation because of limited roof space which made the efficiency gains worth the significantly higher cost. SkyPower did deliver on price and timing, but was extremely tough to handle logistically because they were so disorganized. I ultimately got what I ordered, but it took a lot of follow through and re-forwarding of correspondence so make sure you save your paper work and read your contract closely. I have heard worse stories out there so it may just be an industry norm to be sloppy, disorganized and difficult.
