SBS Solar

I decided to use SBS Solar based on recommendations from a friend and associates. Ralph was very attentive and was quick to reply to my questions and requests. Everyone envolved in the process was very knowledgeable and did a great job. There is a lot of planning and scheduling that needs to be completed by a solar installer from getting the panels on the house, electricians, and coordination with the power company, and SBS has the process refined!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. They answered every question we had and did an excellent job. Would recommend them to anyone in Missoula.

Excellent professional service

Staff have been entirely responsive, kept us thoroughly informed at every step, and have completed highly professional work. Our panels are working splendidly and the solar tracking app is awesome. I'd recommend SBS in a heart beat.

Personal and professional service

SBS Solar installed a solar system at our home this fall and did a stellar job. They worked as quickly as NW Energy allowed, provided friendly/personal service, responded quickly to all inquiries or concerns, and returned repeatedly to insure the system synchronized through our router for reporting and monitoring purposes. They were a pleasure to work with; we highly recommend them.

Love SBS Solar!

SBS Solar was great to work with! The team at SBS Solar has great customer service- they answered all of our questions throughout every step of the process- from estimating our solar potential and getting the panels installed, to showing us how our system works and how we can track our energy gains and use. Everyone was friendly and the work was high quality. I highly recommend SBS Solar!

homeowner

SBS Solar was a wonderful decision. I highly recommend them and going solar. Great company. Professional and efficient and easy to work with.

Second time using this excellent company.

Very happy with SBS solar

The staff treated my project as if it were their own. They are professional, neat and conscientious. I am very happy with the solar power addition.

Thrilled with our 20 panel array!

SBS Solar was wonderful to work with, and our 20 panel solar array is already making a big impact on our monthly energy bills. We chose to place our panels on our south-facing garage roof. We're thrilled with the result. Ralph and his team helped us figure out the best design for our needs. I highly recommend SBS.

SBS - a professional operation from start to finish

Dan and the entire SBS crew did a wonderful job on our recent solar installation. Their attention to detail and effort to do a truly professional job was much appreciated. They also spent the time to explain the process, the equipment, and the monitoring capabilities. In total - a job well done!

Excellent experience and SBS Solar is wholeheartedly recommended

Ralph and his team were excellent! Great communication, professional and delivered when he said they would plus he put a lot of extra time into helping us obtain a USDA grant for our project which offset the expense tremendously, on top of pointing out a tax credit available from both the state of MT and the Federal government eventually making the overall cost of the project very affordable. We are very happy campers and highly recommend Ralph and his team!

Solar Panel Installation with SBS Solar

I worked with SBS Solar to install solar panels on my business building in Plains, Montana for my businesses WHP Properties and Plains Physical Therapy. It was a wonderfully easy experience. They walked me through all the details and helped me apply for Small Business Rural Grant Funding to help pay for the solar panels. I would definitely recommend SBS Solar to anyone looking to install in solar panels.

Marvelous experience buying solar from SBS Solar

I am a first time beginner at reducing my electric bill with solar. Ralph was simply elegant in his educational style - brief & direct. True to his word every step of the way, his crew showed up & competently installed everything I needed. It's also very aesthetically pleasing to my eye. I would recommend them to anyone I treasure. All such good people with high integrity.

Easy to work with, very professional

I have worked with SBS Solar several times now, most recently having them upgrade to a larger inverter and adding 14 more panels, and once again the company has been a pleasure to work with. The price was good, there were no surprises, the quality of work was high, and the crew seemed very professional.

SBS Solar to harness the power of the Sun

I consulted with Dan from SBS Solar on our solar needs. During his site visit, he gave me all the information needed to make an educated decision on type of solar install that was best for us. His office staff was efficient providing all needed documents tao make the Solar loan application process relatively painless. They coordinated with the energy provider to get all the paper work and permits in order for the solar installation.. SBS Solar has a crew of technicians who are punctual and respectful of your time and property. They finished the project on time and followed up post installation to program the system as per-my needs. Upon being informed of two panels that were underproducing, they reached out to manufacturers and later replaced the panels to ensure I was getting the best output from my installed Solar system. I was really pleased with their service and would highly recommend SBS solar for your solar needs

Made the process easy, Very professional.

Knew their reputation and experience.

We were very impressed with SBS.

We chose SBS because all reviews and individuals that we spoke to had only good things to say.You have been in business a long time and that says a lot for your enterprise.

My experince with SBS Solar was excellent from start to finish.

My experience with SBS Solar was excellent from first contact with the company until the completion of the project. I had originally thought that my flat roof would be unsuitable for solar panels. SBS reassured me by explaining exactly how the panels would be installed without damaging the integrity of the roof. The estimate was reasonable and contained an explanation of the tax benefits and work commenced within a short time. Each step was explained by the workers and when the panels were installed Suzie, in the office, walked me through completing the necessary paperwork for Northwest Energy. Once the new metering connection was completed a representative came to the house to explain how to read it. I strongly hesitation recommend SBS Solar to anyone planning to have solar panels installed.

Great Team, love my system!

SBS Solar is a knowledgeable and efficient team - it was a delight to work with Dan, Becky, Suzie, Flint and the whole SBS crew. We had to navigate some of the changes steps around net-metering with Northwestern Energy, and they made it easy to get it done in a timely manner. They are verified installers with Clearwater Credit Union's solar loan, and we were able to make the financing a breeze with SBS and CCU. I highly recommend them for your next solar install.

Success! Our solar panels are up and running!

Our solar installation by SBS Solar was fabulous! From the concept/design through installation and finally the on-line monitoring of the system was all smooth and professional. Two thumbs up from us! (or 6-Stars!)

A great installation.

Crews were true to word a clean professional installation. Pleased with it all.

Fantastic service, great results

Just put in solar -- wow! SBS Solar is fast, efficient, clearly explains everything, reasonable cost and easy to deal with. Did all the necessary coordination with local utility, no snafus there. Seamless installation. SBS couldn't be better!

Professional with no pressure

Dan and his crew at SBS are consulate professionals. He knows his industry, product and how to match your needs to equipment. He has a straightforward approach, gives no cheesy salesman pitch, looks at what you want to accomplish, makes it realistic and has several options to get to where you want. I could not be more happy with my service, and product.

Very Satisfied

We are very satisfied with our SBS solar system. It performs as they said it would and withstood a severe hail storm a week after it was installed!!

Quality Job

Fantastic service! Dan and his staff maintained great communications with me from the very first contact with them until well after the panels were installed. Dan is passionate about his work and extremely knowledgeable about his industry. He and his staff got to my project even sooner than they had promised, completed things in a very timely fashion, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you'd never know they had been there (except for the panels, the associated equipment, and the huge reduction in my electric bill). There was no trace of the ditch they dug where they had to bury some line. They handled all the inspections and lined me up with the necessary paperwork with Northwestern Energy. After the system was operational, Dan came back to explain how to read the meters and track how much power the system is making. I couldn't be happier with the project or the process.
