The decision to go Solar was an easy decision. $0 upfront cost, $0 out of pocket expense, Federal Tax Rebate to offset the total cost of the Solar system and my monthly payment will be lower for Solar than what I currently pay PGE. What is not so easy is the decision on which company to use, who to trust, pricing, explaining, built out etc., knowing who to work with is not always so easy. I did research, looked online, read reviews, checked licenses, asked questions, asked more questions, sometimes I would ask questions I knew the answer to but I wanted to hear what they would say. Then, I made my decision and went with Sbrega Electric. I can tell you SBREGA Electric was the right choice. There are many steps in this process. From the analysis, the estimate, the build out, permits, to getting it up and running I have felt comfortable, not rushed to a decision, and very impressed with this process so far. From the first phone call with Tom Sbrega he took time, patience and walked me through all this. He also comes out to your home to measure, look at the property, the roof, measure and meet me and sit and talk with the wife and I. A few companies just sent me estimates by phone and email with a Google picture. I would not even meet the representative in person or know who I was going to invest this major purchase with. The entire project is not complete yet, we are now waiting for the County Inspector to come out, but I thought I should write this well-deserved review and update it once the project is complete. SBrega Electric should be the company you choose for your Solar needs. His crew Ray, Auggie and team were timely, efficient, courteous and beyond professional. I had Solar City and also SunRun come out to give me an estimate, but my roof was too steep for either of them, and neither offered a ground mount. I found Tom Sprega and he was willing to do it. He also worked with me and listened to my suggestions and even implemented some of my ideas. He knows his stuff and gave me a great price.

Tom Sbrega designed my ground mounted solar system, whereas two top rated companies in the area were unable to do a roof mount because the roof was too steep and not optimally oriented.
