Rooftop Solar

We love our solar

Rooftop solar was great to work with. They were very thorough in helping us understand our options and investment opportunities. The inspections and installation are a multistep process and can be pretty complicated. Rooftop solara team excels at community. They were always clear about what's next and setting our expectations from the beginning. Overall we are happy with the product , price and service.

Rooftop Solar is outstanding!

I did the install, which saved me a lot of money, but Rooftop Solar sold me all the equipment except for wire. They provided great support, drawing the plans for the permit and they came out to my house many times to check my work and see that I would successfully pass every inspection. Everything went smoothly thanks to them.

Smooth reroof and solar installation

I picked rooftop solar because I wanted one company to do my roof and solar system at the same time so I wouldn't have two entities pointing fingers at each other in case of problem. Everyone I dealt with was great. Reroof went smoothly, and when that was done they banged out the solar system ultra fast. Result is great. Roof looks great and solar system produced exactly as estimated the first year.

Outstanding Experience with Rooftop Solar! Highly Recommended!

Rooftop Solar went above and beyond to provide great service throughout the entire project for our home in Phoenix, Arizona (north Phoenix / Scottsdale / Cave Creek). The installers were some of the best I've worked with, the electrical work was clean and neat, the subs always showed up on time, and we're still getting compliments on the looks of the array and equipment installation. I referred a fried to them, and the feedback I got from him and his wife after their install was right in line with what I experienced. The staff at Rooftop are awesome to work with too! I can't recommend them highly enough.

Rooftop Solar Rocks!

We recently had our solar system installed by Rooftop Solar. From the beginning of the process to the end, they were helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and constantly available to answer the smallest question. Everybody I encountered with this company was outstanding in their customer service and knowledge of the product. If you want the best possible service and outcome for your solar system, I would highly advise using Rooftop Solar.

Solar System Purchase

All though it was a bit of a slow start to get the project underway, the project began to move right along with the help of Rooftop Solar representatives. The installation crew was professional and they quickly installed the system in a day, and the system checked out operational. After approval by SRP and the City of Avondale, the crew returned to put the system on line and set me up with the ability to monitor the system via the web site. SRP requires the system to have a monitoring system to control any possible high load use. That system was installed after the solar system was operational. It will shut down our clothes dryer, and A/C units in the event we are reaching a high demand rate. It will also cycle the A/C units during this process. The demand system can be overridden if necessary. The crew was great and very helpful in showing me the in's and out's of the new solar system. All in all, a great experience.

Great company

Rooftop Solar is great to work with on your solar project. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and courteous. The quote was right on and included everything. There was no additional charges. The installation was completed on time without any hitches. All the workers were neat and tidy. There work was exceptional. The equipment that was installed works perfectly and the connection and interaction with the power company was handled by Rooftop Solar. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a solar power system.

Excellent Company and Results

This is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. They provided complete information, kept me informed through the entire process and delivered to their commitment! There were no hidden issues or unexpected problems. Additionally, the installation crew was extremely professional. Provided me complete and through information. Once they completed the installation, they did a full and complete clean up. No trash was left or incomplete work. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends.

Solar panels by Rooftop

I’m very happy with my solar system that Rooftop installed. From the time of selection to final install, the folks st Rroftop were excellent to work with, answered all my questions, and took care of all install items, including working with my HOA. Love the final product and the app that I can review to see output. Highly recommend this company.

Rooftop Solar Arizona

Rooftop Solar came up with a great solution for my solar project, which was challenging. They were not the cheapest bud I got, but their equipment selection and local team were what sold me. We did have challlenges came up during the design and permit phase, and Rooftop handled everything professionally and honestly. Highly recommend this company. Their monitoring help and service after installation was super valuable and my system is doing as expected. Bring on the summer!

Big Bear Lake Installation

This was an installation in Big Bear Lake, California. This is an area that is not heavily marketed by solar installers. Rooftop was very willing to come out, advise me on the feasibility of solar installation, and provided me with a defined cost proposal. I went with them and their work was timely and professional. The system has been in approximately two years and I am still very satisfied with the product, the installation, and the results.

Ms.

My solar panels were installed a little more than a year ago, and I have been well pleased with them. The installation was prompt and on schedule. Keith, the salesman, was very informative, patient, and helpful. The crew also was amiable, skilled, and pleasant to work with. All in all, the installation process was very professional, and I heartily recommend Rooftop Solar to one and all.

Rooftop Solar Review

Customer service was great, project completion was quick and professional and looks really good - I think it added to the aesthetic as well as monetary value of my house.

Excellent company, start to finish

I am very pleased with our solar installation. Rooftop Solar and all of their workers completed all the preliminary paperwork regarding permits, and inspections during the installation. They completed the project in record time, even working in inclement rain showers. Even my cats weren’t bothered by the occasional loud noises. They explained everything and were in constant contact with us during every phase of the installation and followed up with us after the installation. I won’t forget them because I can see that they will continue to stay in touch with us to make sure everything is going well. Their service is outstanding.

Jason and his Team are a pleasure to work with!

Me and my wife spoke with several companies before choosing Rooftop Solar. They were strait forward, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We've referred them to several neighbors who all express gratitude for the introduction... I highly recommend Rooftop Solar.
