After all permits are sighned the workers quickly and effeciently installed my rooftop panels and I also had battery storage installed in my basement for any power outages. I am very happy with the installations and support I receive from RTP and Enphase equipment.

5 stars! I had an issue with my solar monitoring/gateway and Roof Top Power was great about getting it taken care of. They replaced the gateway, kept an eye on the system afterward, and followed up with me to make sure everything was working properly. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and I really appreciate them making sure the system was back up and producing correctly. I would definitely recommend RTP.

Great team…made me Very Happy!!

From start to finish RTP has provided excellent communications, information and support. They submitted and I was awarded RI grants on both the panels and battery saving me roughly $16,000! Every question found nearly immediate answers, never left waiting, in an understandable way. Every team that came out for the installation phases were very polite, respectful and acted like perfect guests. They even sent out a customer relations team out with an install team and made sure I was completely satisfied, and offered up a token of gratitude, I already like different designed coffee mugs but was rather proud to have a RTP solar logo to display. It goes without saying that I wholeheartedly recommend RTP to anyone looking to go greener and gain as near as possible power independence!

Rtp made the process of installing solar on my detached garage smooth and easy. They were easy to work with and kept me up to date and in the loop throughout the whole process. The only bumps in the road were due to the utility provider …..

We chose Rooftop Power for our solar and battery wall install. Graydon was excellent to work with in getting things started. Ally was very communicative throughout the process. When we had an issue a few weeks after install in getting the apps parking correctly, Hyrum and Jake came out and worked tirelessly in the hot sun to perfect everything and explain how to work the system. I highly recommend RTP.

I had 3 companies respond to my request for a residential solar proposal and Rooftop Power was an easy choice - so responsive and professional - far exceeded the others. The installation process went quickly and smoothly. Rooftop took care of all the state requirements and supported me through filing for the tax incentives. The system is returning a bit more than projected! It’s fantastic to get “$0” electric bills in the mail - instead of the former CRAZY ones. Professional Company

Once I decided to go solar,ROOF TOP POWER was very professional and Justin Algiere was very knowledgeable about solar and I’m super excited about my zero balance electric bill

I have had a problem with the solar system shutting down around early afternoon so I have contacted Rooftop Power to rectified the problem so they contacted Tesla in Texas and they said it was a faulty ground so National Grid came today and installed a new pole and transformer dedicated to my home we will see if that works. So hopefully that works. Thank you for the diligence from Rooftop Power for their ongoing work and their team.

Excellent service. All the staff we met are very professional, knowledgeable, Courteous, very friendly. Since we are new with solar system so we have lots of questions and they are happy to answer us. We like their continous monitoring of the system and alerts us if there is something to be concerned about.

A Fantastic Partner in an Intimidating Process

Getting solar seems like a daunting project right from the start -- you have to separate all the quick-sell guys approaching you at Home Depot from the real partners. Rooftop Power combined three great qualities: (1) I never felt pressured in the design and sales process. My partner, Greydon, was always trying to design the system that was right for me and offering pluses and minuses of various systems and configurations. I would always do your own homework, but he was able to answer all my questions and demonstrate that he was looking out for me. (2) Rooftop was very price competitive. And we had fair conversations over price. Price was important, though not the only factor. Remember, they are going to be your partner for the next year. (3) The installation was quite a bit more involved than I had perhaps realized -- at least on the electrical side. Rooftop stuck with me through the whole thing. I never felt like they were anxious to move on to their next job. One of their customer service reps, Heath, has been proactive about staying in touch with me to make sure the system is behaving as expected. They are literally one of the best customer service experiences I have had in the past ten years. All of this to say that it motivated me to want to leave a review. Businesses like this deserve to be supported.

The installation crew arrived exactly when scheduled, and the project started on time. Communication was consistent throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. One detail that stood out was how clean the installation looked—rather than running conduit over the roof, everything was neatly routed through the attic, making a noticeable difference in the final appearance. One of my top priorities when choosing a solar company was finding a team I could trust to be reliable and stand behind their work if any issues arose. Rooftop Solar delivered on both. Seamless easy process!

Was referred to a RTP by a close friend of mine who spoke highly of their work and I was very happy I took their referral as RTP has been nothing but great for us. Our point of contact for sales, Sheena, was fantastic. At no point during the process did we feel as though anything was being forced onto us, no aggressive pitch strategies, and no smoke & mirrors. Sheena was super accommodating with changes, questions, or concerns we had about the project and really went out of her way to make it known that they weren't just trying to make a quick buck and run up bill with unnecessary expenses. Our project manager Ally kept us updated before, during, and after the build which was super helpful to know where we stood in the process and what to expect. There were a couple additional requests made by our electric company and Ally & her team were on it with responses in minutes when I received notification of request for further documentation. Our install team (Austin, Andy, Oscar, Armanny) were in and out super fast. There were no issues with the install, they were all very respectful of our property, were friendly to our dogs, and played good music! They did a great job of cleaning up what was a pretty large project and circled around several times to make sure they grabbed anything that might've been missed. All and all I am really glad I went with them - had no issues getting my tax credits and was exactly what they said it'd be. Will 100% use them in the future if we add more solar panels or a battery!

Excellent experience

From the moment we decided to have RTP handle our solar installation, we have been well informed about every aspect of the process. We have received texts, emails or calls about what to expect for each step including the financing, installation and inspections. Everyone has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable, which is so hard to find these days. They are a local company which is also reassuring. We highly recommend RTP.

She gave me the space I needed to see for myself, not just with rhetoric but with examples, charts, and various displays. None of my questions were left unanswered, especially considering some uncommon challenges others were not willing, or unable, to address. Always there for me, Sheena has been my anchor throughout the duration of our collaboration. When completing the project, all came together just as presented to me. As for me, I always felt I was in good hands with her, and now my satisfaction gives proof! Perfect Satisfaction

Starting from Sheena who helped us through the process, to Jake and Reagan who did the evaluation to Gerry, Russ, Randy and Armani who did the installation to Andrew who did the inspection and to all the office staff who communicated with us, our experience was nothing short of perfect satisfaction. What we like about the most about RTP are the professionalism of the staff we dealt with; always on time; very responsive to our queries and prompt/timely with their overall communication. Inspection review

Had my inspection today and andy was on time and professional. He handled my inspector well and was very forthcoming and informative about what the inspector was looking for. Katy and Tonia scheduled everything and kept me well informed. Overall experience was very good.

Very skeptical at first probably like everyone else. The sales team with Dylan, answered all my questions from the actual solar panels and equipment to the service and warranty I would expect. He was outstanding knowledgeable and readily available for my many calls. As for the team the electricians Ray and Jarret went the extra mile for panel placement, conduit hidden very well wiring in the attic on a hot day. Both extremely knowledgeable for many more questions. The roofers Jason and Juan were neat did a fantastic job and I am pleased with the appearance. 6 hours installed perfectly. Unfortunately the slowest process waiting for RI Energy to change out my meter. I would highly recommend RTP over anyone else. They truly are a team.

I can’t say enough about the service from Rooftop Power. They were very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They tell you what to expect during each phase, and they take care of all the leg work. There was absolutely nothing I was required to do. Installation was very professional, and the solar panels were placed very neatly and uniformly on the roof. Every aspect of this company from start to finish was top-notch.

Solar Install

We bought out hone about 8 months ago and starting talking about goin solar. I was sitting in my barber shop on day and my barber mentioned how he had recently gone solar and he was very excited about the whole program He showed me an app on his phone that showed a complete monitoring system. I reached out to Roof Top Power and set an appointment. A few days later I had a solar rep sitting in my house going over the benefits of solar! From the sale to the install and now the inspection from the town, everything has gone very smooth! I highly recommend Roof Top Power! I also highly recommend Sam Kerby, my sales consultant!

Rooftop Power - Great Communications - Before, During and After

When I started on this journey, I was put in touch with Scott Brown. He explained everything clearly to me for every step of the process (including after an after install question). The team of guys who did the electrical and the install, Evan, Austin, Tanner, Kyle and Hyrum - were great. Any question I had during the course of the day, they answered. The company has communicated with me on every step of the process. They took care of everything. I just received our final inspection approval today and I'm just waiting on the electric company to install the meter so my system can be turned on. Overall, I am very pleased with my dealings with RTP and highly recommend them.
