RISE power

RISE Solar is someone I'd gladly do business with again

I started doing solar research in the late 70's, and have followed the industry now for 40+ years. I've delt with many companies, good and bad and have to say RISE solar is the top solar company I've every worked with. This is the second solar array we've installed at our current home (capacity 10KW), and expect it and the current array to provide a total capacity 25KW, making us net energy neutral or even slightly positive. In review of this installation completed last month, and the performance of RISE solar overall, we are totally pleased: The communication from RISE was very good, substantially better than most any company in any industry I've worked with before. From the president, to their operations personnel, to the installers, they were all very conscientious, courteous and polite. They were flexible with our schedules and in retrospect, honest - everything they told us turned out to be true. Their monitoring of the system is very good, letting us know when they were setting the system up, tweaking performance and communicating efficiently with professions that are all well trained in customer service. I've seldom been impressed with any company to the degree that we are with RISE, and hope to use them again in future.

Excellent experience from inquiry to installation!

Go Solar Power!

I am grateful for the presence of technology to channel solar energy to our homes for electricity and be environmentally friendly to Mother Earth. Tony B. helped me set up the solar panels system at my house. The company had excellent customer service, I was pleased with their responsiveness to all my queries and recommend them highly. The system has been functioning excellent. I often get credit from my electric company for the surplus production from my panels above what my house uses. Tony was knowledgeable in explaining to me the different financing options and help me pick one suitable for me. The process was simple and I am glad I made the choice of solar energy over fossil fuels. I hope every household makes the decision to turn their roof into a power plant and save our planet and resources for future generations to come. Thank you Tony for making it possible for my home!

Turnkey Panels

My experience with Rise was very pleasant. My sales rep, Tony B., was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the HOA approval process and City/Utility Permitting. The panels, inverters and materials are top notch and priced competitively with competitively against contractors with lower quality panels. The install team was professional and speedy, and in general, everyone at Rise played their role with professionalism and customer service. I appreciated the fact that the process was turnkey for me as a customer, and I only had to chime in on occasion to assist with HOA and permitting process. I also appreciate the financing options that removed the financial barriers to renewable energy, making it possible to go green with no money down and monthly payments that are a bill swap for my electricity bill. I would much rather pay for my panels at a rate that is locked in than pay an increasing monthly payment for electricity from my utility company, and I recommend Rise for anyone that is considering going solar!
