Rise & Shine Solar

Decent communication, good team - they replaced my inverter from SolarEdge (the company direct shipped my warranty replacement) after my installer went bust. Cost me $450 for 45 min work, but the job seems to be done well so far. $450 was described as the 'minimum charge,' FYI.

Excellent Customer Service

Even though our request was related to an installation that was completed back in 2016, Joe Feng responded really quickly and helped us submit important documentation to get our home refinanced

Great team of people to work with.

Tim Muller gave me a customized proposal that answered all my questions. Rise & Shine price is very competitive

We reached out to the company to get documentation related to installation that happened in 2016 (by the prev. owner) for our home loan re-finance. The house when we purchased came with solar. Joe Feng responded very quickly and took care of the documentation we needed. It goes without saying these guys dedication to help customers even though its not benefiting them at the moment. If I were to add more panels, I will for sure reach out these guys, no doubt.

Great Service!

Rise and Shine people are easy to work with, and the installation was completed on time.

Thorough and Professional

Rise and Shine Solar were excellent. Joe Feng came out personally to review my property and gave me multiple solar installation options and a very detailed proposal for each of those options. Other companies I contacted wouldn't even come to my house for this, rather provided quotes via email after looking at Google maps and satellite images of our property. From there the project went exactly as Joe had promised and the crew sent for the install were top notch...really appreciated their work ethic, craftsmanship and professionalism. They were not subs, rather on Joe's staff which was another reason I went with R&S. They stand behind their work, and after my first full month' PG&E bill (or lack thereof), I can see why they stand behind the efficacy of their system. I would highly recommend this company for your solar needs...the very least, do NOT exclude Joe from your bid process.

Truely a company to consult for your solar needs. Competent polite professionals that were a joy to deal with. Highly reccomended

Fast ,efficient, clean with no surprises!

I interviewed a few companies . From my 1st meeting with John Cimino he gained my confidence. When I received my proposal he explained it to me thoroughly. The price was competitive to my other quotes. I have no regrets! The panels on my house look great. [ I've seen some unattractive solar panels on on neighbor's houses] Last the installation team was awesome !!! Thank you Rise & Shine Solar!

Fantastic solar company! We researched a list of companies and selected a handful to contact for quotes. Rise & Shine Solar was not actually on our list originally, due to a lack of reviews, but we serendipitously saw their truck in our neighborhood, and are so glad! Details were explained thoroughly during site visit, and we were able to call/text any questions we had at all hours. They had the best price and fastest install (next closest quote was 4 weeks total time, longest was 6 months). We signed on a Wed, and they started install the following Monday. City inspection, permits, all taken care of, and the following Tuesday (yes, only 1 week!!!!), PG&E granted permission to operate! Best of all, when we noticed a minor leak from rain, they immediately sent someone out to look at it. Leak was not actually caused by them, but they still fixed it!!!! Excellent service all around!!! Posting this review, in the hopes that other people (who, like us, may have been hesitant due to a lack of reviews) can benefit :)

Solar installation

We were very happy with Rise & Shine Solar during our installation and continue to be pleased with our follow-up contacts with the company since that time. The staff is competent, professional, reliable and courteous. Every question is answered with an immediate and thorough response. We have recommended Rise & Shine Solar to friends and they, too, are happy they chose to work with this company.

Saratoga Homeowner

The Rise & Shine Solar team has done an excellent job with project presentation, installation, and timely follow-up. We've been pleasantly surprised with the reduction in out PG&E bills. Neighbors have commented how attractive our panels are. We highly recommend this company.

Mullers project

Rise and Shine Solar did a outstanding job on the install. It was done on time and my electric bills have basically been erased . I would highly recommend them to all my friends. I wish I did this 5 years ago instead of 3 years ago
