From start to finish this was an exceptional process. It was a throwback to a time when customer service was all about the customer. We were kept informed every step of the way, called if there was a delay for any reason, work was done timely, staff were more than competent and I was completely comfortable having them in and on my home. The work area was always cleaned before they left for the day. It was so refreshing to work with a company that does quality work, with quality products and cares about the client experience from start to finish.

If you're looking at a solar install, look no further! Paolo Ricci, Project Developer was my go-to guy and he was great from beginning to end. From the start he came with detailed information, a very well thought out proposal and clear pricing. All that, and he didn't have the typically pushy approach. I think they know that the work they put into the proposal does the heavy lifting. If you're looking for pros to take care of your advanced installation, this is the team. I had them install a SPAN smart panel and two SolarEdge batteries in my system and everything runs great! The team was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process, and always quick to chase down any answers to my very specific questions. They handled all the incentive and connected solutions paperwork and I'm confident they'll continue to support their product into the future. 10/10 would recommend.

Greg Raffa was my primary contact and worked with me to negotiate the system and price, then walked me through the whole process and checked back in multiple times after project completion to make sure everything was operating smoothly and that I was able to take advantage of tax credits and other incentives. Paolo Ricci did a terrific job managing the relationship team fro initial discussion to install to follow up. Technical and install process went according to plan. Everything was transparent with detailed explanations and questions answered as needed.

I started this process by interviewing 7 top-rated solar companies in MA. I created a spreadsheet with multiple comparison metrics (I purchased my panels). I educated myself by reading and asking questions. My goals included being more environmentally friendly, energy efficient, and getting the best material and service for my money. How quickly and thoroughly questions were answered, the responsiveness of the team, the level of respect given, and overall friendliness all mattered too. In all metrics, Revolusun came out on top. I have worked with Paul (in sales and communication), Nic (as project engineer), Lou (through permit and interconnection), Joe (as operations manager), and Dave (master electrician)and his crew of electricians (Jerry Nick, Othman), Matt, Lenny, Jared and Steven as roofers, and spoken with Deta (about my SRECs). I also worked with Richie (who did an excellent job), and is now at Sungage Financial (where I contracted my solar loan). Every step of the way, I have asked many questions and always received timely answers. I have observed strong work ethics. The process has been seamless. The quality has been high. The clean up has been excellent. I purchased 38 Panasonic 370 panels (they use other brands too); have a 10kW AC, 14.06kW DC, with Solar Edge inverter. The team also worked with me because I had two electric meters on my house (one just for my hot water heater). Now I will have just one for everything so it doesn't complicate getting credit for my solar production. So...I'm pleased with the foot work I did in the beginning and the decision I made to work with Revolusun. We did a lot of research and chose Revolusun because of all the great reviews and the best warranties of all the other companies, and the fact that they are local and do all the work themselves. Price was about average for the higher end companies, and well worth any difference. Solid technology and great installation team. They handled all the permitting and other headaches, and entire team was totally professional, ready to answer all questions and concerns. Now when driving around and looking at other installations, we are really glad we chose them as our installation is clearly neater and looks great compared to others. You won't regret working with these guys.

I recently had Revolusun install a 10.8 kWh solar array using Solara solar panels. From start to finish the work was done very professionally, neat and minimalistic. The solaria panels have a new 30 year warranty as of February 1 of this year. - Dan Sacco explained the processes better than any person in the industry I have met. The electricians and solar panel installers are fantastic Craftsman who take exceptional pride in their work. Overall it was a fantastic experience. The only disappointment I have is that there is no consumption meter in my panel to track my consumption on the SolarEdge app. It only shows production and you need consumption as well to monitor appropriately! But overall a fantastic Solar company.

I researched 10 companies, got quotes and inspections from 5 and settled on Revolusun because of the sales team and the existing reviews. I had a myriad of options to pick from and never felt pressured to get anything I didn't want. I may have gone a little overboard even, but the result speaks for itself. The process was pretty quick, all things considered and I was able to get panels on my house within 90 days of signing the agreements and putting down the deposit. I also had to get a new roof so that was an added complication, but they even helped find a good contractor for that. The team is responsive and reliable. I hit a few complications and reschedulings, but nothing unreasonable. I would highly recommend this company from my current experience.

When I was shopping for a solar energy company I really SHOPPED! Read everything I could find, got multiple quotes, chatted with reps and customers, basically did the full "due diligence". In every measure RevoluSun was hands-down the best choice. Now that our new system is installed and running, I have absolutely no buyers-remorse. Quite the opposite. Every aspect, and I do mean EVERY aspect was professional, friendly, timely, and, well, you get the point, including after-sale support. They even clued me in to a Renewable Energy Credit program that earns LOTS more than the "Smart" program. Look no further than RevoluSun for all your solar power needs. I am delighted with their outstanding performance. A little over a year ago they installed a 30 panel system in our house with two PowerWall storage batteries. Our house turned out to be one of the most challenging they had encountered and it took twice as long as expected. But they stuck with it and worked miracles to get it all installed professionally, with great attention to aesthetics as well as quality. Earlier this year, our battery system was damaged by lightning which caused a fault that neither they nor Tesla had ever encountered. Again, they worked miracles and persistently pursued all options until we were restored and fully functional again. It was just in time! Last week we experienced a 43 hour grid power outage in the storm here in the Boston area. The system worked perfectly! We were able to help neighbors who did not have this system. We did not even have a flicker in power. Our only disruption was that Comcast also lost power and could not provide internet connection. That hindered communication to the SolarEdge system and it had to be reset later, though solar production and battery support were not affected. Again RevoluSun was right there ready and able to help us restore the system and all is well. If you are a comparison shopper, you may find somewhat cheaper installers. But you won't find anyone with better or equal quality, responsiveness, and confidence that they'll be there in the long run. From my experience, I recommend you look no further. RevoluSun can supply all your needs.

I made my decision to use RevoluSun in part because of Richie Bonney, the sales rep. He's incredibly knowledgeable and really good at answering questions/explaining things and made the other reps look like chumps in comparison (I say this tongue-in-cheek but it' true, frankly). I received 4 solar quotes. While at face value (gross system cost) RevoluSun looked more expensive, when I drilled down into the numbers it turned out to be the most reasonable when comparing KW size to system cost, so I urge folks to look carefully at those components when making a decision. The Solaria panels I got are supposed to be advantageous in part because the rail system holds up to snow and ice expansion/contraction better than traditional systems since there are fewer penetrations in the roof. That makes sense to me, though I can't speak to being able to witness the difference myself, exactly. RevoluSun was responsive throughout the process when I had questions, going through the process of setting up the system with my utility (no small feat), and walking me through the system once I went through my first bill cycle to be sure I understand how to track it and such. All in all I am quite happy with their product. I bought a hybrid vehicle about a month ago and the system easily pays to run that, as well, and I love to get my negative electric bills and checks every month.

I am very pleased with Revolusun. From the beginning my consultant Paulo Ricci was a pleasure to work with and was very professional and informative and was great at communicating and answering all my questions in a timely manner. The installation was scheduled the day after the permit was received and the installation team was professional and did a great job communicating with me along the way. The price was lower than other solar companies that I looked into. I would highly recommend revolusun and Paulo Ricci if you are interested in solar.

I had RevoluSun put in a solar system on my house about a year ago, and I absolutely love it! The entire RevoluSun team was very professional first of all, and everything they mentioned would happen during the setup process, and working with NGrid as well to get things transitioned, was 100% spot on! So I knew the full process up front from end to end, and that's exactly how it went. As for the solar production, my 24 panel system looks nice, and does a GREAT job. The electric bill cost reductions are over $300/mo. during the summer months, and still around $80/mo. during the dead of winter. Plus the monthly SMART incentives deposits add up too! Honestly wish I had done this earlier than mid-2020.

The team from Revolusun who worked on our home did a great job. As long as you understand that solar is process, you won’t be disappointed. They completed the work as specified in the contract. If there was a hitch, I could call someone and it was addressed quickly, and to my satisfaction. I have worked with several contractors on various home projects over the years, and I found this company to be reliable and very easy to work with. Our panels look very sleek on our home. They cleaned up after themselves, too. We are generating solar and very excited!

This organization communicated extremely well throughout the process from our original phone calls & emails, to our post-installation discussions. Our system has been up and running for about a month with no issues, delivering on the promises that were made. The Revolusun staff have been excellent communicators throughout the process.

I chose RevoluSun after speaking with some of their existing clients, seeing jobs they had performed, and hearing their no pressure pitch as to why they were the best option out there. They consulted with me to understand what I wanted and provided me with multiple options. They were transparent in terms of price, timeline, benefits, etc. They truly wanted to partner with me to make sure I was happy not just with the installation but also with the ongoing support they are able to provide should any issues arise. RevoluSun employees are friendly, respectful, polite and patient. The end product was of extremely high quality (it looks amazing!) and they took the time to answer all my questions, perform a virtual walk-through (due to COVID restrictions), etc. The only negative part of the experience was due to the delays by Eversource in getting the solar meter installed (they took about 2 months to do a job that literally took 5 minutes). To be clear, though, RevoluSun has no control over Eversource's scheduling of meter swaps. My experience was and has continued to be extremely positive with RevoluSun. I confidently and whole-heartedly recommend RevoluSun if you are looking for the best solar installer out there.

I chose Revolusun because they helped me understand the solar energy process and advantages for my home and rental properties. I researched installers in MA for two years and have several quotes before deciding on RevoluSun. Richie was the most knowledgable of all the people I talked to and did a great job walking me through the process and designing an efficient, great, and very nice looking system. My all black panels look very nice and there are no external wires or conduits visible. Do yourself a favor and talk to Richie before you make your decision on who will install your solar.

After checking with several companies I found that not only did RevoluSun meet my expectations they beat them! From the moment Richie Bonney met with us until final installation everything went with no problems. I have only had the solar for 2 months and already have saved so much and I'm building credits for my Summer ( heavy) season. I started my journey to solar in June 2019. I did a lot of online research and joined EnergySage.com. I received six different quotes and contacted a few of the installers who were local. EnergySage includes a lot of national installers which is not what I was looking for. One came to my house, looked at my roof and confirmed the estimate. I did some additional research on this company and found that they hadn't done a lot of solar jobs in Massachusetts. They also didn't provide any financing. I decided to look elsewhere and inquired about SunPower who referred me to RevoluSun. I met with a sales rep named Dan Valianti who came to my home in late September. We had a very thorough meeting one Saturday morning. Dan walked me through the process, told me about SunGage which offers financing, and answered all my questions. Dan was not like other salesmen who can be pushy to get the sale. He was very responsive, straight-forward and made no promises. One thing that stood out about RevoluSun is their warranty which is 25 years. Dan mentioned how SunPower panels are harder to get so I settled on Panasonic panels. RevoluSun's estimate was higher than other installers, but with their warranty and parts used for the install which is of superior quality than competitors, I signed the contract in October. The process for solar can be long. Dan warned me about this. There is a lot of waiting involved. I also purchased a new roof which RevoluSun referred the work to Millstream Construction. I had some issues with this company which can be found on my separate review of them, but RevoluSun did their best to move the process along. I met with Ian Clifford who did the design which included 12 panels on my front roof and 12 panels on the back. Ian was great to work with. I would text him at different times of the day and he would always get back to me including after 10pm at night. He is a very dedicated individual who wants to make the customer happy. The roof was finally installed in December, but due to bad weather, the panels were installed in early January 2020. The install came out better than I expected. I recently setup the SolarEdge app so I can monitor my energy production. Ian came to my house on a Sunday to help me with Sense Solar which is an add-on to my Sense monitor that I already had in my house. The RevoluSun team is awesome. From Dan to Ian to Joe who is one of the installation managers to the team at the corporate office that helped with permitting and the SMART program application, they were all a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend RevoluSun to others looking for solar panels.

From start to finish, the experience was a triple A level. Had another company looking for our business and was very persistent. Had looked at about 5 other companies with estimates and did not feel 100% comfortable with any of them. Somehow, I got a hold of RevoluSun and an appointment was made. Started with Todd, very patient, very knowledgeable. After meeting him, we went through the timeline/application process for the rebates. RevoluSun was responsible for all the paperwork needed with my municipality to get the process underway. Having met Todd, the reservations I had with the other companies was non existent and I was ready to sign the contract immediately after meeting him. It took about another 3 months to get on the books for the install with the paperwork/permits needed. Ryan, the point person for the install was equally professional and very customer service focused!! We are off the grid and happy to be a part of the RevoluSun family. Have heard from various other departments from RevoluSun after the install and they have all been very easy to work with and responsive. Just met up with Todd for the final walk through (a month later after the install) and again, the customer service/response time is impeccable.

We looked at a number of providers and had a couple come in and look at the project. Many would not even come look at the site and instead relied on old satellite images. RevoluSun came out and worked with us to come up with a plan that fit our needs and clearly communicated what to expect. We had a very tight timeline and everything went as expected. Even the unplanned hiccups fit into the original plan. We are now set up and excited to see the system at work.

In mid 2018, my wife and I requested quotes from a number of local installers. The honesty of Todd (sales), the knowledge of Ian (engineering), and the comprehensiveness of the warranties offered led us to work with Revolusun. A few months later, the team had finished the install of a 5kW system in our home and we have been producing happily ever since. We will likely reach out again once battery prices come down to complement our system.

RevoluSun installed about 11kW of solar PV system on our home. From the first contact with Project Developer Mr. Greg Raffa, engineering assessment done by Mr. Ian Clifford, and till the final quality check after installation and commissioning, all work and all dealings were done professionally and all work by the crew was done in high quality. Since our roof was quite old and in need of replacement, RevoluSun was flexible with the timing and with relevant amendment of contract documents. They also helped with the financing process, when needed/desired. Since the system is quite new, its performance parameters will need to be verified, but we are positive it will be within the reasonable range from calculated values. Overall, were were very satisfied with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend RevoluSun for the solar PV job.

We had 20 solar panels installed a couple of months ago. So far we are glad we've made the decision. RevoluSun was our choice because of the Panasonic Solar product, which we found had strong reviews and a great warranty. The minimal punctures to the roof due to the brackets they use was a bonus. The salesman was well educated and very nice. The install was okay. We are excited to see our first electric bill and even more excited to be doing out part to help the environment.

Last year I spent a considerable amount of time to review different proposals for installing electricity-producing solar panels. I met with 4 vendors, including Revolusun. Not only were they the most honest, they also gave me the best offer - lowest cost and highest capacity, with a 90% guarantee on the output, and the best warranty of all offers. So, it wasn't even close - in every category, when I compared Revolusun's offer to the competitors, their offer was better. The execution was flawless, communication was great - an easy 5 star review from my point. My advice is to include them in your search. Get a few offers, but don't be surprised if theirs is the best. The cherry on the top of the solar cake: after signing the contract, they came to do final measurements, and found out that they can fit 1 fewer panel, but the system, with a modified layout, will produce 5% more electricity. They lowered the price by $900, and increased the projected capacity (and guarantee!) to match the new forecast. It doesn't get more honest than that. I'd be happy if they kept the *same* forecast with fewer panels, but they ended up getting even more out of the system. Blew me away.

Go with RevoluSun if you are deciding between your last 3 companies. They did a nice job telling me what trees to cut down to get the most out of our solar panels. Ian the engineer was always very responsive even when I knew he was super busy. Todd the saleman was also very quick to answer questions and get back to me quickly. I was a little worried as there were all these promises of all these warranties. They sent me the warranties to look at ahead of time before commiting to anything. They were fairly priced right in the sweet spot of the middle but better panels and better reviews than a slightly cheaper company and not by much. And way more responsive than the other companies. Over all the process was pretty simple. One thing to ask other solar companies is if they sub contract RevoluSun does their own work 100% no sub-contractors. My experience with RevoluSun was great right from when Ian came to do the site inspection. He was really nice and even cleaned up some debris that was up on my roof which was very helpful and an unexpected favor. He even took pictures of a spot where singles were missing for us. Then when the roofing guys came to install the racking system they were the nicest workers I have ever met. They even took care of 1 shingle that had fallen, they did not have to do that and that just showed me the type of company they are (it was very minor so don’t expect them to do a ton roof work, literally must of taken 3 minutes). They were super friendly guys and always greeting us and letting us know what was going on. Then came the electrical team. Along the whole process Todd and Ian said they really cared about how the panels will look up on the roof and this ended up being very true I thought it was just a sales pitch. And I am happy I went with these guys, there is no conduit showing on the top of the roof at all. I now silently make fun of other solar homes with conduit all over the roof. They actually plan for this, and I am sure takes way more time. So the reasons I would go with these guys are that they really care about astetics. They are super responsive. They are not the most expensive they are fairly priced. And their workers are informative and the nicest you will have at your house. They also give you time to pick out your layout of the panels this is also important to them that you are happy with the layout. And finally after the panels are turned on they get you on board to monitor things ASAP. I will also add use this site to do your research. I had like 7 companies come to my house the first one was like 5.25 a watt claiming they used the best panels. Well after coming to this site the average is $2.90-3.85 in MA. So this was helpful in knowing this and this way you can toss the $2.90 or $5 companies. Plenty of great companies with great reviews but I doubt the workers will be as nice as RevoluSun and that everyone will be as responsive even at 10pm at night when I expected as response the next day.

I met with representatives from 5 solar companies. My gut told me RevoluSun would provide the best service. I was not disappointed. They responded immediately to every question or concern. Installers were prompt, courteous, and worked tirelessly through 3 days of heat and humidity. Installation was very "clean". No conduit can be seen other than from inverter to solar panels. Very happy!

Dan Saraceni, Fleet Installation Manager arrived within 4 hours after being notified that we had a roof leak, of undiagnosed origin. Within 1/2 hour he had not only determined that the leak was unrelated to our solar system, but went the extra mile to identify the source of the water, explore the extent of the resulting damage to insulation and such, provide us with photos, and offered to help us find someone to fix the problem.

RevoluSun was an absolute breathe of fresh air, I've literally never worked with ANY contractor that displayed the professionalism and attention to detail these guys did. Every crew that showed up was clean, courteous, respectful and above all, friendly and professional. I would recommend them #1 above any of the companies I shopped around with, I still can't believe what a nice job they did and that ANY crew member that showed up was awesome to work with... the entire process went smoothly. I would suggest that if your want solar it is best to get it installed early( April) in the year in order to bank excess to offset usage in December and January when solar production is at a minimum.

I was then connected with Richie Bonnie from RevoluSun from a friend who recently installed a system. The process was night and day.
